We had a winery tour & tasting. The wine's generally very good. The tour and wine tasting were run by charming people but it sometimes felt a like lacking in refinement

Torciano Winery was absolutely fantastic. The service was exceptional, the views were breathtaking, and the food served during the tasting was truly outstanding. We visited last year and enjoyed it so much that we had to come back again this year, and somehow it was even better than we remembered. The wine selection was excellent, and the food pairing experience was top-notch. They brought out three courses, starting with a beautiful assortment of cheeses and cured meats paired with their incredible balsamic vinegar. The lasagna was a perfect 10/10 and one of the best we’ve had in Italy. For the final course, they served pork that was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. From the scenery to the hospitality to the food and wine, everything was first class. This has become a must-visit stop for us whenever we’re in Tuscany, and we’ll definitely be back again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

I went on a tasting of 4 wines as part of the Gyg tour. The wines were good, but nothing special. Since the tour was quick, there wasn't much explanation of anything; we arrived, ate, drank the wine, and that was it.

We stopped for the wine tasting and lunch. The various wines were delicious, the food we were served was just as delicious. We had an amazing server, she was very attentive, and explained the history of the wines, the regions, and the pairings. We met a nice couple next to us. This is exactly the experience we were looking for in tuscany. We ordered a box of wine and oils!

Dinner in the cellar was a wonderful experience with a sommelier who carefully selected the wines and paired them with the food. Their homemade oil, with rosemary, lemon, truffle, basil, and so on, was also delicious.
