Had a wonderful group dinner (±16 people) at La Mandragola in early May. Menu was pre-set by our hosts and allowed discovering pastas and Bistecca alla Fiorentina, paired with good wines!
Service was excellent for such a large group, food came for everyone at same time, and everything was great. We did not leave hungry. We sat inside due to cool weather, but there is a nice outside patio that must be very nice in summer.
I would return for sure, either as a group or just as a couple for a romatic evening under the stars. Hidden gem in San Gimignano!

A very pleasant setting in a garden where the scent of jasmine accompanies the meal. The staff is very attentive. Disappointed by the size of my dessert, I ordered a second one. Without me even asking, it was offered to me free of charge.
It's a family business where customer service remains a priority.

We went to the restaurant. We tried without a reservation but it wasn't possible. We returned the next day with a reservation. The place is very pleasant, the food is of good quality, and the wine list has a wide variety of options.

Good food, nice ambiance and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and makes the guest feel welcome. The view is beautiful and nicely complements the whole experience. I recommend it for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

I don’t understand why this restaurant only has 4.4 stars. The food was incredible. The service couldn’t have been friendlier. And the vibe was spot on.

We ate dinner here, and we had a great experience! The food and drinks were incredible, and the staff was so kind and helpful! The restaurant is so lovely, and it feels so warm and inviting. Would highly recommend dining here if visiting San Gimignano area.
