26/09/2025: We each paid €45, a group of 17 people, and received poor service in terms of wine, appetizers, and main course. The dessert also fell short of our expectations. It's not worth it! Tiny portions. The total portions didn't even amount to a glass of wine. Completely disappointed.

27/10/2025: Excellent service and availability, the only sore point is the lack of wheelchair access ramp for the elderly and disabled.

05/06/2025: Recientemente pasamos 3 días en Fattorio Poggio Alloro y fue nuestro favorito 3 días de nuestro viaje de 2 semanas! La gente es maravillosa allí, la comida era excepcional y las vistas eran espectaculares. Cerca de San Gimgnano, así que mucho que hacer. 05/06/2025: Estando en Toscana desea probar el vino Chianti. Sí, lo tengo y mucho más. Hemos paseado junto a los viñedos y olivos, hemos saltado a los establos y hemos aprendido dónde y cómo se crea el vino. Todo el grupo de nosotros tuvimos un maravilloso tiempo de cata de vinos, disfrutando de maridaje de vino con productos locales. La cena se basó en la granja local y la comida de temporada y hemos aplaudido. Una señora que estaba celebrando su cumpleaños el mismo día tuvo la oportunidad de beber vino de la copa muy especial. Quedamos fascinados con el paisaje, la comida de gran calidad y el vino de Dios y sobre todo apreciamos el amor y el cuidado de la familia y todo el equipo. 28/10/2025: The staff clearly don’t like tourists. They’re very willing to take your money and then treat you with absolute disdain. We spent 100 euros on dinner for 2 and after finishing our meal we just wanted to enjoy our bottle of wine but were told well before closing time that they were closed. They were rude and obnoxious and made it abundantly clear they just wanted us to leave. Don’t waste your money going here - the staff are truly insincere and are absolutely jaded and over tourists. Beware!

12/06/2025: La vista era la mejor que había tenido en un restaurante! Solicite una mesa junto a la ventana al hacer su reserva o llegue temprano, espere afuera junto a la puerta principal y luego corra y tome una mesa junto a la ventana. La comida era buena pero no excepcional. Lo que no me gustó fue que no pudimos elegir el tamaño de nuestra bistecca toscana. Nos enseñaron un trozo de carne y cuando le dije a la camarera que era demasiado grande para nosotros, ella dijo que era eso. Así que, por supuesto, era demasiado grande para nosotros y terminamos dejando un montón de carne muy cara en nuestros platos.

04/10/2025: Today, October 4, 2025 at 7:45 PM, we entered an empty restaurant. The waiter was sitting at a table, when we chose a table he said it was reserved, then the second one that it was also reserved and in an empty restaurant. He just didn't want to serve and it was difficult for him when the four of us sat at a table for five people, again reserved. He seated us in the middle by the open warehouse, so we went to dinner elsewhere!!!! I do not recommend terrible service, lazy

07/11/2025: Between 3.5 and 3.8, mainly for the preparation and presentation of the dishes. The place has the typical atmosphere of a town like San Gimignano; the entire aesthetic, from the lamps to the table arrangement, is tasteful—one wouldn't expect less from a restaurant on the main street. The dishes weren't presented as well as they appear in the photographs. We ordered a selection of meats… which, while we waited, was very similar to anticuchos in Latin America but without vegetables. It was served with bread in the center, which was poorly arranged and lacked any distinguishing features compared to the bread basket. Although the different meats tasted good, they weren't enjoyable simply because the bread was soggy with grease. The same was true of the roasted vegetables; they looked more like leftovers from a stir-fry than the roasted vegetables we've had elsewhere. And the presentation was far from satisfactory. Finally, regarding the mixed salad, the sliced ​​tomatoes didn't look very appealing, and the most disappointing thing was that the dressing wasn't local, which made it even less appealing. However, as for the Chianti, nothing to complain about. Tuscany always surprises you with that, so at least in terms of the wine, nothing to complain about. The staff's helpfulness was appreciated, although, being a ristorante (a traditional Spanish restaurant), one would expect more advice on wine pairings.
