Wonderful summer location to enjoy the view of the Tuscan hills while sipping an excellent wine. Relatively fast service, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because they misplaced a dish, which arrived a few minutes later. The food is okay, the peposo is very...very peppery, perhaps too peppery for my taste. The rabbit is good but not too meaty. The side dishes are decent. Average for many Tuscan restaurants, but worth a visit just for the location!

The place itself is very nice, offering a beautiful view while eating and drinking local wine. The fettuccine carbonara with truffles is indescribably delicious. It's a shame we didn't have room for seconds. The Florentine steak is custom-made to your needs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

So happy we found this place. After 10 days in Italy, this was by far the best gluten free restaurant. It’s been 21 years since I had ravioli and it didn’t disappoint. The bread was even fantastic. The staff were wonderful. A great find!

15/05/2026: Small restaurant with excellent service and even better food. We ordered picci al ragù and I can assure you it's the best pasta I've ever tasted. For dessert, we had pistachio tiramisu. Exquisite. A truly memorable culinary experience.
10/05/2026: We had an amazing dinner at Sperone Nudo during our Tuscany trip. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Fiorentina T-bone steak — easily the best T-bone we had in Tuscany. The meat was incredibly soft, warm, and full of flavor. The waiter recommended having it cooked medium, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The handmade spaghetti with black truffle was superb as well. It was well-balanced, not too salty, and the spaghetti was cooked to the perfect doneness. We also enjoyed the tiramisu, and the wine recommended by the owner paired beautifully with the steak — the Gallico Tenuta Campo Al Mare was an excellent choice. Overall, we loved both the food and the cozy dining atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Pienza!
