11/01/2026: I can't understand how anyone can get out of bed in the morning to go to breakfast in this place!! It's crowded with people, it looks like a school cafeteria... 2/3 dogs inside barking at each other... incredible confusion between screams of people and pets!! Then it says quality bar... but honestly I drank a coffee that was shameful, to say the least, of very poor quality!! More than a high-quality bar/pastry shop, it seems like a cafeteria to me!! There are many better choices in Montecatini.

29/12/2025: I didn't have high expectations when purchasing, but I can say that everything was perfect. The quality was excellent, the gluten-free products were well received, and the delivery was on time. The only downside was that the brigidini arrived very crumbled, and the packaging needs to be reviewed.

15/01/2026: I've been there twice in very different contexts: midsummer and midwinter. In summer, you definitely enjoy the fabulous location nestled in the Tuscan hills much more. The view of the valley is splendid, the play of light and colors of nature really takes center stage. In summer, everything looks more beautiful, and this place definitely benefits from it. In winter, it's more of a "normal" restaurant. In summer, I ate at the buffet: good, with excellent local products, but rather average. In winter, I had classic dishes: a sampling of the new olive oil (very good), fried artichokes and cardoons, and a first course that revisited the carbonara on a large tagliatella stuffed with their own ricotta and artichokes—very good. The other diners had meat dishes; they raved about the lamb burger.

13/12/2025: 5 stars aren't enough. We ate wonderfully unique dishes that you can only find here, their own stuff or locally sourced, and the prices were definitely reasonable. The pici with wild boar ragu were delicious, and the mutton was from another planet. We'll go back and back and back again...

21/01/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food is excellent, whether it's the charcuterie platter or the bistecka! The latter is carved right in front of you. (It's as beautiful to watch as it is to eat!) And the wines on offer are also very good.

19/01/2026: I don't know why, but I only have 3 fields to fill out: rooms, service, and location, and there's no food. Who cares, because I ate like a god, from the appetizer (mushroom crostini), to the first course (tortellone, which in our country would be more of a crepe), to the desserts, which were out of this world. The service was excellent, with a guy who, on the surface, seemed a bit shy, but instead was one joke after another 😂😂😂 (discreetly and not at all intrusive). The location is terrible, because it's a pain to park, but oh well. I also took a look at the kitchen, and even during full service, they were still clean, fast, and organized 👏👏👏👏. A tip for the mushroom crostini: add more savory and flavor to the mushrooms, because they get lost among the other ingredients. Congratulations to everyone. Top.

07/11/2025: One of La Sala's historic venues, perfect for couples and groups! Their fresh pasta dishes are highly recommended! The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor. This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.

12/11/2025: The place is great and very close to the Prati hotel, the staff is extremely nice and cheerful. All recommendations to visit, and it's not too expensive

19/10/2025: What an absolute pleasure to dine here. Great pizza (served only after 7pm), as well as great lasagne, paninis, and wine/cocktails. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the setting is friendly and casual. Special mention to the waiter (the bald gentleman), who was exceedingly polite, accommodating, and patient with food and drink orders. Everything we had was delicious. This is a great spot to get a meal, or just stop for a drink (as of October 2025, aperol spritz are only €5!). If you’re in Montecatini for a night or two, this place deserves a stop!

16/10/2025: The olive oil tour is highly recommended! Incredibly delicious olive oil at a great price, which you'll appreciate even more after a tour where they explain how much time and energy this process takes. David and his wife were incredibly hospitable!

06/10/2025: David and Georgia are the perfect hosts. You can feel at any given moment that they love what they do. Not only is the gorgeous farmhouse located in a beautiful area, but the service both of them provide is excellent. If you get the chance to enjoy the „farm-to-table“ experience, go for it! It is absolutely worth it. If we ever travel back to this area, we will definitely stay with them again!

08/02/2026: Highly recommended. Very nice and comfortable atmosphere right in the center of Pistoia. Unique dishes, all delicious and tasty, to please every palate, made with top-quality ingredients. Compliments to the entire staff, very professional: the chef was excellent and the girl who served us was super kind and friendly. Excellent value for money. We'll be back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering wine recommendations and a beautiful view from the terrace when open. The atmosphere is pleasant and the price is good. Recommended for a quiet dinner or lunch with local wines!
