21/10/2025: Sunday lunch. Excellent dishes (cecina appetizer, gratinated squid, exceptional tuna tartare, mixed fried fish, and tiramisu samples). Excellent knowledge and courtesy from all the staff. Recommended for all types of customers. Excellent value.

12/10/2025: 2025 and 2024 We were, of course, back here again and enjoyed the time and the food. The owner and chef has such a great Italian soul. Unfortunately, we're not open as often anymore and therefore booked up. Ciao ragazzi We visited DaSandrino frequently in 2018. It was always exceptionally good. The beef with pepper sauce was particularly special. The side dishes were excellent. And the atmosphere and service had a rustic Italian feel. Unfortunately, none of this quality is present this year. The beef is only available for two people. The beef is now served on the bone and is more raw than cooked. Trimming the bone isn't for everyone. With the current staff changes, the service has fallen short, and a great deal of friendliness has been lost. What has retained its village character? The new prices on the menu. They've increased by a good 15%, and so that you don't forget, the old prices have been crossed out or overwritten by hand. Positive... Yes. The chef briefly wandered over to our table, but only because his friends were sitting next door. A shame and a shame. I don't think we can recommend you at the moment. Micha

12/10/2025: The menu is a bit outdated, the mixed appetizer seemed a bit too expensive for what they served, and the steak was tough. And by the way, my dog, who you made a fuss about, is more polite than many of the customers you have sitting inside.

17/10/2025: I've been eating here for years, and I've brought practically everyone I know! Fresh, seasonal food and a great selection of wines. Service is always courteous.

14/10/2025: The traditional cuisine was excellent. The ravioli with basil and burrata were soft, fragrant, and tasty. The cacio e pepe pici were enveloping and creamy. The cheeses were fantastic, fresh and flavorful. The service was fairly quick, simple, and clean. The interior ambiance was unique. I recommend it.

01/09/2025: My boyfriend and I stumbled upon it by chance, since we're not from the area. We immediately liked the atmosphere, it's very nice, and the food is delicious. We had the gyoza, which were fantastic, and the ramen too. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we'll definitely repeat it! They also have vegan and gluten-free options.

18/10/2025: Historic trattoria in the center of Pistoia. I ate very well, considering it's a trattoria, everything was homemade and of high quality. Even my 7-year-old daughter said the meatballs and pasta were delicious. Highly recommended, reasonable price. The only downside was the small dining room where we ate, which wasn't very well-maintained.

16/10/2025: The olive oil tour is highly recommended! Incredibly delicious olive oil at a great price, which you'll appreciate even more after a tour where they explain how much time and energy this process takes. David and his wife were incredibly hospitable!

06/10/2025: David and Georgia are the perfect hosts. You can feel at any given moment that they love what they do. Not only is the gorgeous farmhouse located in a beautiful area, but the service both of them provide is excellent. If you get the chance to enjoy the „farm-to-table“ experience, go for it! It is absolutely worth it. If we ever travel back to this area, we will definitely stay with them again!

03/10/2025: Enchanting place. Very friendly staff. Incredible wine. Fresh pasta made by them... Need I say more? Very attentive to children too (my children are 4 years and 8 months old, and the bathroom has a changing table). Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: A welcoming pizzeria with fast service, and above all, the best pizza I've ever had in our area. The flavor, lightness, and quality of the ingredients combine to make it a delight for the palate!!! The pizza chefs are excellent, and the service is excellent!

09/09/2025: We happened upon it by chance, returning from a long day, and found a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, and what can we say about the pizza: WONDERFUL 😍!!!! Excellent, light. We all had the same thought.... we'd love to have more 😂😂 You are in our hearts 🤗, and if we ever come back, it will be a must-try! Thank you so much 😊

27/08/2025: It's all subjective, as always... for me, the pizza is infinitely thin (a super crispy and very light "crust," which if you cook it 5 seconds too long gets burned (and out of 5 pizzas, 3 were well overcooked) and... you'd have to eat 2 to be full.........). The service is good: friendly, fast, and precise. The atmosphere, on the other hand, is aesthetically pleasing, but the room, despite its irregular shape, creates a huge echo of voices, and even with 15-20 diners spread out in the room, at our table we couldn't hear each other. Prices are average.

19/08/2025: Ordered takeout, but I still recommend making a reservation to secure a spot. Open for dinner only, they were quick and helpful. The burgers and fries were good, the pizza a little less so, but it's not my style and some might like it; it's a bit too thin and burnt. The sandwiches are average, I recommend it for a quick, no-frills dinner.
