09/06/2024: Very good food. The environment seems nice. I ate outside. A pleasant solution but exaggerating with the outside seating detracts from the service. We had to wait for them to clean other people's mussel containers so we could have them. The bucket to keep the wine cool has been removed by others. The bread and towels never arrived until after an express request for the second course. The restaurant staff were very nice and smiling but with 20 fewer seats they would certainly work better.

24/06/2024: I have just celebrated my 30th birthday at the Pantheon in Pistoia and as a buffet I chose to rely on the catering of the coral bar... I must say that we had a very good time both in terms of food and the availability and kindness of Mr. Antonio who manages the catering and with whom we agreed on the buffet, satisfying our expectations! We really liked the idea of ​​single-dose sweet and savory glasses; for those looking for a buffet dinner formula without table service like I had chosen, I highly recommend it because they make a great impression and are good and tasty! Even the drink they provided us was very good! I am satisfied with both the result of the evening and the quality/price ratio. Thank you

16/06/2024: We are very satisfied with Bar il Corallo catering. Antonio and all his staff were very professional and nothing was left to chance. Perfect setup, plentiful and excellent food, kindness and serenity in managing the evening. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday with 60 people, the evening also included a DJ always provided by Bar Corallo. We will not hesitate to contact them again next time.

I had the worst cooked octopus tentacle of my life and the 3 types of pasta we ordered weren't much better. We ate at your restaurant on June 8th. It would be nice of you to improve your services, not to accuse customers of being fake.

07/07/2024: Scrivo questa recensione perché sono rimasta troppo male per la mancanza di problem solving da parte dei gestori del locale, frequentato da me e da amici per ben cinque volte. Ho notato, nel tempo, una digressione qualitativa tendente al ribasso, sia per quanto riguarda la pizzeria che -ahimè- il servizio. Quest’ultimo punto, spesso, riesce a giocare un buon 50% sulla soddisfazione del cliente finale. Se dovessi valutarlo per quanto ho ‘goduto’ io, l’unica parola che mi sento di esprimere è: imbarazzante, oltrechè inesistente. Entro nel merito: siamo quattro amici a cena che non si vedono da un po’ di tempo e decidiamo di dedicarci un sabato sera in centro città. Ordiniamo gamberi in frittura panko (OTTIMI nel gusto, devo dire!) e quattro pizze. L’antipasto viene posizionato al centro del tavolo, senza piattini. Decidiamo di iniziare a mangiare ‘alla buona’, usando forchette e coltello dallo stesso vassoietto, dal quale per altro era necessario raccogliere anche la salsa maionese. Niente di male, siamo tra noi. Dopo più di un’ora di attesa, sotto nostra richiesta sulle tempistiche del nostro ordine, arrivano le pizze: la mia completamente oltre cottura massima. Me la poggiano sotto il naso, mi arriva subito un insistente odore di bruciato. Non posso credere ai miei occhi, mi sento presa in giro. Ai bordi mancano pezzi di pasta (che avevano tolto prima di servirmela, perché carbonizzati); al centro sono presenti altri buchi di pasta, coperti con gli ingredienti a crudo. Guardo le facce dei miei amici, sperando che almeno loro siano soddisfatti, e mi sento responsabile perché sono io ad aver scelto il locale. L’amica, carinamente, intercetta il mio imbarazzo e mi risponde che per lei non ci sono problemi: ha talmente tanta fame che è abituata a mangiare le cose bruciate e che il suo palato è abituato a quel gusto. Il compagno afferma di aver ordinato un calzone, NON una piadina, ma che comunque dopo tanta attesa decide di farsi coraggio e di mangiare quella triste mezzaluna di pasta sgonfia finita nel suo piatto. L’unico ‘pago’ della parca mensa pare essere il mio compagno: forse perché, dopo aver lavorato duramente per gran parte del sabato, è richiamato anch’esso a un preponderante senso di fame. Richiamata la cameriera e fatto notare che una pizza simile non doveva essere portata nemmeno in tavola, sotto il naso del cliente, si scusa per l’accaduto e naturalmente esorta a rifare la pizza ordinata. Mi oppongo, perché nel frattempo mi è passata la fame, ma la ‘nuova’ pizza arriva in breve tempo in tavola: non terribile come la precedente, ma certamente non buona. Capisco che il problema riguarda in parte l’impasto che non ha lievitato, in parte il forno, non spazzolato a dovere durante il servizio per essere ripulito dal nero della fuliggine. Ciliegina: mi mancano le posate per poter gustare quest’ultima pietanza, ergo richiamo i camerieri. Nel frattempo penso: che fatica questa cena! E con gli amici iniziamo a scherzare sulle loro, di pizze. Dopodiché, veniamo dimenticati da tutto il team dei camerieri: non sono più passati nemmeno per chiedere se avessimo gradito dolce o caffè. Niente. I rispettivi compagni si alzano per andare a pagare, e qui la vergogna: 90 euro, per aver goduto zero. La signora fa presente che dal conto è stata stornata la mia pizza, e si scusa nuovamente per l’accaduto. MINIMO, e dico minimo, mi sarei aspettata caffè e amaro offerto, oltre allo sconto sul mio ordine. E invece niente. Figurarsi, che pretese! La scusa al bancone è stata che il forno era ad elevata temperatura e che non si aspettavano tutta quella gente al locale. Non ti aspetti gente al locale di sabato sera, in centro, nel mese del Pistoia blues? No comment. Post: sono una cliente esigente perché ho lavorato sette anni in ristoranti e pizzerie, so bene come funziona. Sono una buongustaia, scelgo con cura i locali verso i quali direzionare i miei soldi, ed è inaccettabile sentirsi presi in giro in tal modo. I titolari avrebbero potuto risolvere la situazione in mille modi, ma hanno optato per l’abbandono del cliente.

26/06/2024: Machelleria Ferrari… it’s is a great place to enjoy a nice home made pasta with a spectacular piece of good meat! The owners and workers are friendly and make you feel like at home straight away. I totally recommend the “pranzo experience” inside of the Macellaria I am sure you will be back!
