07/11/2025: One of La Sala's historic venues, perfect for couples and groups! Their fresh pasta dishes are highly recommended! The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor. This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.

15/12/2025: Nothing to complain about about the ingredients used to top the pizzas, nor about the service. I found the Neapolitan pizza very chewy on the crust, and the thin pizza very hard. The desserts were truly excellent.

27/08/2025: It's all subjective, as always... for me, the pizza is infinitely thin (a super crispy and very light "crust," which if you cook it 5 seconds too long gets burned (and out of 5 pizzas, 3 were well overcooked) and... you'd have to eat 2 to be full.........). The service is good: friendly, fast, and precise. The atmosphere, on the other hand, is aesthetically pleasing, but the room, despite its irregular shape, creates a huge echo of voices, and even with 15-20 diners spread out in the room, at our table we couldn't hear each other. Prices are average.

19/08/2025: Ordered takeout, but I still recommend making a reservation to secure a spot. Open for dinner only, they were quick and helpful. The burgers and fries were good, the pizza a little less so, but it's not my style and some might like it; it's a bit too thin and burnt. The sandwiches are average, I recommend it for a quick, no-frills dinner.

22/10/2025: Profoundly disappointing experience. This is an old-school restaurant with a balanced menu and authentic staff — something I usually appreciate. However, in nearly 11 years of Russia’s war against Ukraine, it’s natural to expect a basic level of sensitivity toward Ukrainians who do not want to be addressed in Russian. Hearing this language is painful — it is associated with blood and death. Despite our polite request not to be spoken to in Russian, the restaurant sent a female staff member who insisted on using it, even delivering a short speech to justify her choice. That response showed a profound lack of empathy and cultural awareness. A place that values hospitality should respect its guests’ boundaries and the tragic reality that defines them. There are plenty of other places in the same price range with better food, service, and atmosphere, where respect and understanding still mean something.

12/12/2025: Excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. My girlfriend and I have eaten here twice and have always had excellent food. The pici with Tuscan ragù, the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, the Florentine tripe, and the homemade tiramisu were truly spectacular. Congratulations! We will definitely be back every time we're in Montecatini Terme!

12/12/2025: Don't be fooled by appearances. From the outside, you wouldn't give it a second thought because it's hard to see; it looks more like a home. Step inside and you'll find a familiar, friendly, and very down-to-earth atmosphere. Both the waiter and the owner are excellent, capable, and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. I ate some exquisite dishes, including a Florentine steak that was cut with a breadstick, not just "tonno riomare." Highly recommended; I'll be back to get to know Gina's long-standing expertise.

19/10/2025: What an absolute pleasure to dine here. Great pizza (served only after 7pm), as well as great lasagne, paninis, and wine/cocktails. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the setting is friendly and casual. Special mention to the waiter (the bald gentleman), who was exceedingly polite, accommodating, and patient with food and drink orders. Everything we had was delicious. This is a great spot to get a meal, or just stop for a drink (as of October 2025, aperol spritz are only €5!). If you’re in Montecatini for a night or two, this place deserves a stop!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering wine recommendations and a beautiful view from the terrace when open. The atmosphere is pleasant and the price is good. 02/11/2025: It's not your typical pizza; there's so much quality, attention, research, and passion behind every bite. Crunch is something different, unique, and delicious. The quality is high and obviously comes at a cost, but certain taste experiences are worth trying. It's no coincidence that it's climbing the Italian rankings. A small place, but with attention to every detail. Anyone looking for something different is in the right place. I highly recommend it. Try it and believe it. You eat with your mouth, with your eyes, and you'll always say WOW.

26/10/2025: We were two couples on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM, the only available time. The place was already packed, and there was a line outside for 9 PM. The atmosphere was very refined, with beautiful exposed stone ceilings and videos of the chef's creations: elegant and tasteful. It was a shame, however, that the space was too small and crowded: the background noise was excessive, and it was also quite hot. It's hard to call it a relaxing experience in those conditions. The pizza, however, was truly exceptional: the Visione di Marinara is among the best I've ever had, beautiful and delicious, the dough just a little chewy. The desserts were disappointing: good but with a bland presentation, not up to par with the restaurant.

23/11/2025: A week ago. We had dinner on the veranda, ate after an hour, and we were a good group, and the dishes arrived every 15 minutes, so some people had already finished their plates and some were waiting to start. Maybe they had some problems that night...

05/12/2025: It was recommended to us, and we were right to follow it! Pici with artichokes (which I absolutely recommend) was truly amazing!! My son had the duck breast and was very, very satisfied. The place is very small, with a Tuscan inn feel, the owner is friendly and kind, and the dishes are freshly prepared with care and passion, which you can taste in the flavors. I highly recommend it, and I hope to see you soon!

04/11/2025: A warm welcome awaits you at this restaurant, which isn't very large but serves good quality food, especially the fried cod. The wine is also excellent. I recommend it.
