02/11/2025: It's not your typical pizza; there's so much quality, attention, research, and passion behind every bite.
Crunch is something different, unique, and delicious.
The quality is high and obviously comes at a cost, but certain taste experiences are worth trying.
It's no coincidence that it's climbing the Italian rankings.
A small place, but with attention to every detail.
Anyone looking for something different is in the right place.
I highly recommend it. Try it and believe it.
You eat with your mouth, with your eyes, and you'll always say WOW.
26/10/2025: We were two couples on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM, the only available time. The place was already packed, and there was a line outside for 9 PM. The atmosphere was very refined, with beautiful exposed stone ceilings and videos of the chef's creations: elegant and tasteful.
It was a shame, however, that the space was too small and crowded: the background noise was excessive, and it was also quite hot. It's hard to call it a relaxing experience in those conditions.
The pizza, however, was truly exceptional: the Visione di Marinara is among the best I've ever had, beautiful and delicious, the dough just a little chewy. The desserts were disappointing: good but with a bland presentation, not up to par with the restaurant.

Acceptable value for money.
Excellent quality, but perhaps a little high in price and not accessible to everyone.

Compliments to the entire staff, very professional: the chef was excellent and the girl who served us was super kind and friendly. Excellent value for money. We'll be back!

This isn't just a sandwich shop; you'll find wonderful, unique and delicious appetizers, complete dishes, unique desserts, and incredibly delicious pinsas. I wanted to try everything. 14/12/2025: We stopped at the "Grazie Rosa" sandwich shop after a tough match: we couldn't have chosen a better way to eat! Incredible sandwiches and a wide selection of gluten-free beers (with an exclusive Christmas version); the lager was also very good. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming: when we return to Prato, we'll definitely know where to go for lunch! ♥️♥️♥️

11/11/2025: I stopped for lunch after the Monday market in Monsummano Terme.
I was immediately struck by the incredibly kind staff. They were quick to accommodate all my requests regarding my order. The food was very fresh and delicious. The price was excellent. The place was clean. Simple but very welcoming, even with a touch of old-world charm... 100% satisfied. I'm someone who doesn't have much time, but I like to eat well and healthily, and I'm sometimes very picky. Thank you! Good luck!

13/01/2026: Located in the historic center of Pistoia, at Via del Lastrone 21. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is young, courteous, and knowledgeable. The menu offers a small selection of carefully prepared and presented dishes, some fish-based and others meat-based. You can choose from a variety of vegetable side dishes and some very interesting desserts.
01/01/2026: A very welcoming location, minimalist yet full of style and personality, with old-fashioned furnishings tending toward green, a color that characterizes many of the decor details, along with the wood.
-APPETIZER: Small mixed fried fish, excellent quality fish and crispy batter. The tartar sauce is a departure from the classic lemon side dishes.
-MAIN COURSE: Cod fillet on chickpea cream, a delicious dish, a little too salty for my taste, but well-accompanied and very tender.
Instead of bread, they serve schiacciata, a flatbread similar to pinsa dough, which is very good.
In addition to the photo of the main course, I'll leave you with a little gem: the dachshund-shaped cutlery holders, which are gorgeous.
