23/10/2025: The rest area is well-maintained and fairly flat. Electricity is a bit expensive (€0.50 per hour), but you can pay with coins and only for the time you want. Parking is €10 for 24 hours from arrival. The town is always busy with celebrations, with numerous festivals.
17/09/2025: The campsite is very well located, which is really nice for enjoying the area. The sheets and towels provided were clean, which is very much appreciated.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who is very kind and accommodating and speaks several languages, including French 😊
On the other hand, the mobile home could do with a good refresh and a little more maintenance, as could some of the campsite's facilities, which give off a neglected feel. It's a shame, because with a little more care, this place could be truly wonderful.

20/10/2025: I tried this bakery on Toogoodtogo. I bought the large package for 4.99. I went to pick it up, and it had been ready for a while. There was a line to pick up these packages. I immediately noticed the weight was off. When I got home, I weighed the package; it was 1.6 kg. Inside, it was from a few days ago. Some loaves were extremely hard. I've attached a photo. The number seems significant, but considering that most of them were small and that I could have bought the same weight of fresh bread at the Co-op for the same price...it's disappointing. The real cost should be 15 euros, according to Toogoodtogo. I won't be going back.
05/10/2025: I bought it using the TooGoodTooGo app. All we got in the package were stale rolls and bread. I don't recommend it. We compared it to other Italian cities where the packages included pizza, foccacia, and sweet pastries.

18/01/2026: The food was ok, but the fault of a sales assistant who gave me the wrong and wet drinks broke the bag and I spilled the whole drink. I later ordered rich chips paying more for them only to find out at home after the drink I didn't have that there weren't any in the bag. Don't go there, the service is really awful. You pay and you don't get the things.
07/01/2026: Unbearable experience, I've never paid to use a bathroom in that condition. Not even when I went to Calcutta, India, did I see things like that. I won't bother describing what I saw. In a public place, people pay and should have more than decent service. Stuff expired in September 2025, unprofessional balcony service.

09/12/2025: Terrible experience. Highly recommended. The owner is arrogant, rude, and a total jerk. The hermit is his job, not the barista. The coffee is terrible. This place deserves to be closed as soon as possible. Receipts not received.
And today I'm polite.
07/12/2025: I've read the reviews about the owner's rudeness and arrogance, and I have to agree with EVERYTHING. I'm sorry for the employees, but the owner needs to change jobs... arrogant is an understatement, rude is an understatement. Recommended only for those who want to ruin their day. Low quality and rudeness are a good combination to close as soon as possible.

01/01/2026: We ate a pizza that was extremely dry and hard, impossible to cut and eat. So much so that I broke a tooth. A terrible experience, I don't recommend it.

31/01/2026: This is the second time we've ordered pizza on Deliveroo, and after an hour and a half, it hasn't been delivered. When we call to inquire, they tell us it's not their fault. Furthermore, when the pizza arrived, it was very runny and sour.

05/12/2025: 7/10 The cacio e pepe had thick noodles and a decent sauce, though it reminded me of a store-bought variety. 🍝 For 9€, the lack of protein was acceptable. The service was good, with a nice lady. There's a toilet available, and the number 3 tea was enjoyable. ☕🚻😊However we are seated and its cold so that's uncontrollable.
22/11/2025: Simple bar but excellent ricotta pudding... good decaf too... outdoor seating... a bit small inside... coffee break on the way among the most beautiful shops in Pisa...

19/10/2025: Got 6 onion rings even though the menu says 8, the fries were raw, and the large portion was incredibly small. The owner doesn't speak English and doesn't even understand when you point and hold up two fingers. She's incredibly rude on the phone when you order. She doesn't understand that you want to pay separately.
26/07/2025: Absolutely rude, to say the least.
Eating here takes a good dose of courage.
The only positive and useful thing is the wide selection of beers you can buy CLOSED and take to the beach in the evening.

13/09/2025: I liked the restaurant. The prices are perfectly reasonable, the Aperol gravy was really good, and the pizza was delicious too. I have to say, though, that it probably won't appeal to everyone, as it's very soft and flimsy.
But I'd go back any time.
12/08/2025: €3.50 for an ice cream cone with two tiny scoops. A classic tourist trap; stay away from this place.
P.S. The ice cream was also awful.
