22/11/2025: Dislike reigns supreme behind the counter of this pastry shop: there were three of them (two women and a man) and they were all rude and unfriendly. I wonder? If you don't like interacting with customers, why do you do this job?! No smiles, no kindness, no thank you. It was a truly terrible experience and we will never return!

28/10/2025: We stopped for breakfast on Sunday morning around 6:30. I'll just say one thing: the manager/owner deserves to close immediately because certain rude and surly people aren't fit to be around the public. If I ever stop by again, I'll definitely stick around, and I'll highly recommend it to everyone I know.

19/07/2025: The waitresses are friendly and helpful... But for a spritz without table service and with two chips, €6.50 is crazy..... In an area like that, it goes without saying that you're under the tower....

16/11/2025: We sat at an empty table, and the waiters didn't come or even think about it. I went to get the menu myself, and to order, I had to fish them out. The waiters aren't interested in you at all, as you'll automatically be charged €2 per person for so-called "service." The food is terrible; a dish costs €12 plus €2 for service, which comes out to €14 for a reheated semi-cooked meal. They're counting on passing tourists; I ate it and won't be back. Read reviews before visiting this place! Better yet, avoid it altogether; there are plenty of small, authentic cafes in the city where you can get much better food for the same price (or even less).

01/11/2025: We were going further, but luckily we stopped. There was something good for everyone. There were six of us, including two little girls and grandparents. Different needs, and everyone was super satisfied. If you want some advice, DON'T GO FURTHER... STOP... Highly recommended.

30/11/2025: We let our waiter, Baker, know that we only had about 30 minutes before our time slot for the tower. He and his chefs made sure our drinks and pizzas were all out very quickly and everything was delicious. 6 pizzas, 2 bruschetta, 3 beers, and 3 spritz is no small order! We made it to our time slot on time and with satisfied stomachs! Idk what happened for this place to have 1.9 stars at time of posting, but it deserves 5 stars.

31/08/2025: I ordered a double cheeseburger which arrived after half an hour, the bread must have been a week old, the bacon inside was raw and the cheese was cold from the fridge... + chips, also low quality ones, and a Coke that wasn't even served to me with a glass, €15.30

28/08/2025: Congratulations to all the staff at Bagno Primavera from the restaurant/bar for their kindness, cleanliness and hospitality up to the beach thanks to the presence of the lifeguard Alessandro.....THE BEST 💯!!!!!!!

16/01/2025: The pappardelle with duck ragù turned out to be nothing resembling a ragù; the meat was shredded, and there were bones in the sauce. I refrained from ordering anything else. Yes, I was wrong; they weren't pappardelle, but lean ravioli, also with duck ragù.

14/10/2025: This place is nice, the staff was very kind and spoke English and willing to be patient with my wife and I as we tried to order Italian to practice. The price was not as bad as other people have been saying, I think it was fairly priced for being a tourist spot near a historic area. 16€ for 2 gelatos and 1 American Coffee with cream. I'd recommend the terimisu gelato.

20/09/2025: Sorry, but you can't bring two completely melted slushes, then replace them with other melted slushes and charge €12 for them. What's more, the cashier seemed annoyed when the problem arose, justifying himself by saying, "We made a lot of them today and the machine had been running all day," without even apologizing.

If they had studied or worked harder, maybe they wouldn't have to make a living like this. The lack of education is noticeable, and because of this they live bitterly. 15/09/2025: All points for the helpfulness of the employees, especially for the lady at the cash register, who was very nice.

10/09/2025: I encountered a very rude person at the counter; you could tell from afar that she can't stand customers. I personally avoided arguing, having no time to waste, when she even started making fun of my simple request for a couple of wipes. It was definitely a negative experience that doesn't do McDonald's any credit.
