15/08/2025: I'd like to say a few words about this trattoria. It's a welcoming, bright place. The waiter is always smiling and available. The highlight... the open kitchen where the chef prepares the dishes on the spot and you can watch him. The chef's mother is in the other part of the kitchen, where you can watch her lovingly prepare the food. Super clean, tidy, and welcoming. The food. Refined with excellent products, the food is truly delicious. The prices, I must say, are in line with trattorias. We celebrated a marriage proposal, and they even gave us homemade limoncello. We'll definitely be back.

15/08/2025: We visited this restaurant last night and were absolutely thrilled. The place is very clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and great potential. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always ready to satisfy every need with professionalism and friendliness. The food is top-quality, prepared with the freshest ingredients and handcrafted: the fresh pasta made by the chef is a true delight, the hand-sliced beef tartare is freshly prepared, as are the mother's fantastic desserts, truly unforgettable. The wine was also top-notch, carefully selected by the highly knowledgeable sommelier waiter. To make the evening even more special, our friend chose this very restaurant to propose to his partner. What can I say... we'll definitely be back!

31/07/2025: A nice restaurant which appears to be a favourite with the locals. A good spread of Tuscan food, nice wines, convivial atmosphere, acceptable service and great desserts make this a great place to go to.

27/07/2025: Prenotate ed andate a mangiare in questo posticino! Buon cibo, buon vino e personale molto cordiale rendono la serata perfetta. La squadra, perché effettivamente lo sono e sono super organizzati, gestisce in maniera perfetta il ristorante. Prezzi più che giusti.

03/08/2025: Amazing vegetarian restaurant. We loved every course. The only thing is that in the tasting menu there are a 3 smoked dishes that is not my favorite taste (my suggestion is to have only one especially in a tasting many). despite that overall amazing experience and food level. 👏🏼 PS. 26/07/2025: A unique experience, sublime food, kind and welcoming staff. We ate at the two seats at the counter, and it was magical to watch the dishes being assembled. Everyone should treat themselves to an experience at this excellent restaurant!! Thanks guys ❤️

23/07/2025: We had a wonderful evening. Everything was refined and perfect. A nice surprise: a very pleasant singer with an acoustic guitar. The best restaurant in Italy, as far as we're concerned. Highly recommended.

24/06/2025: One of our best meals in Italy. Traditional Italian dishes with a twist. We got the truffle pasta, rigatoni, and the pork. All was soo good. Would love to come back one day. The patio is also a great atmosphere

27/07/2025: Ottima serata conviviale con amici. Segnalo pappardelle al cighiale e suggerisco i "Bombolotti" al sugo di cozze (superlativi). Acciughe fritte, tortino di melanzane. Il crostino al lardò di cinta senese è veramente "godurioso". I dolci ottimi. Prezzi adeguati. Cucina ambia bella spaziosa e luminosa. Toilettes pulitissime. Complimenti!

27/07/2025: Wir waren schon diverse Male hier. Was uns immer wieder überzeugt, sind das gute Essen und die tollen Weine, der wundervolle Ausblick und das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Aber all das findet man anderswo vielleicht auch. Jedoch was dem ganzen die Krone aufsetzt und es so zu einem Juwel macht, ist die Herzlichkeit von Carla. Das Gesamtpaket ist somit nur mehr schwer zu toppen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke Carla und Team.

25/07/2025: 🥪 Al Vicolino – Tuscan Sandwich Heaven in Volterra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Porchetta and mortadella sandwiches at their finest! Freshly topped, seasoned to perfection, and simply delicious. The service was warm and relaxed, just as it should be. Small, authentic, Tuscan – no frills, but full of flavor and soul. Perfect for a quick snack. If you love authentic street food, you'll be happy here!

14/07/2025: un panino da ricordare, tanti ingredienti del territorio e due chiacchiere in simpatia. ci si siede sul gradino di fianco a mangiare, sicuramente meglio evitare orari di punta

30/07/2025: Hier heerlijk buiten gegeten met uitzicht op de Toscaanse heuvels. Topwijnen en heerlijke lokale producten. Mega gastvrij personeel, dat overal bij wil helpen en meedenkt.

29/07/2025: Vorig jaar helaas geen plek tijdens onze vakantie in Toscane dus dit jaar op tijd gereserveerd! Heerlijk gegeten (dagmenu) op een prachtige locatie buiten met uitzicht op de Toscaanse heuvels. Wij hopen hier nogmaals terug te komen ❤️

28/07/2025: Excellent food, a wide selection of wines, a quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff. This osteria was a pleasant surprise, centrally located but in a quiet area far from the hustle and bustle of tourists. The staff made us feel at ease and served our dinner promptly. We also appreciated the friendliness, expertise, and passion of the host, who was a pleasure to chat with, discussing wine and more.

14/07/2025: Family-run restaurant. The atmosphere is very refined. The owners are distinguished by their kindness and professionalism. The cut of meat offered was exquisite. The side dishes and trio of raw meats were delicious.

31/07/2025: Bien situado, gran servicio, a un precio perfecto, excelentes platos y un menú decente. No se puede pedir mucho más de este excelente pero sencillo restaurante.

28/07/2025: Consigliata da amici, sono andato qua a cenare. Locale rustico (in senso buono) tipicamente toscano con eccezionale colpo d’occhio sulla vallata. Porzioni umane di piatti molto buoni e caratteristici ad un prezzo onesto accompagnato da un servizio premuroso ma mai invasivo.

08/08/2025: Pisa = Tipì, for us this is now a surefire equation that yields this result: excellent food, excellent wine, great hospitality and courtesy. We discuss dishes, suppliers (since theirs are truly excellent and I believe you're basically dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant without the star) and wines. This time Tipì directed me to an excellent pure San Giovese from Valdonica, although we then discussed various Italian wines. Unlike other restaurants that have consistently raised prices since the post-Covid era, it seemed to me that they've actually lowered them.
