07/06/2025: An unforgettable evening at the Il Boschetto di Chianni Restaurant On Friday, June 6, 2025, we had the pleasure of dining at the Il Boschetto di Chianni Restaurant, a true jewel of Tuscan gastronomy. From the first moment, the warm welcome from the owner, Bianca, and her staff made us feel like special guests. The menu was an authentic journey through traditional flavors: 🥂 Refined and well-presented mixed appetizers, with a selection of crostini, cured meats and cheeses of the highest quality, accompanied by delicious sauces that enhanced every flavor. 🍝 The first courses were the highlight of the evening: - Potato tortelli with Cinta Senese ragù, genuine and tasty, a perfect balance of tradition and taste. - Cacio e pepe tortello with truffle, an explosion of refinement, prepared that same morning by Bianca with a mastery that left everyone speechless. 🍷 The wine, selected from the renowned local winery Il Gallettino di Alessandro Fattorini, masterfully accompanied each course, with the Lustro proving to be an excellent choice. 🍰 The desserts, also homemade with great attention to detail, closed the meal with a touch of perfect sweetness. We dined outdoors, under a wonderful wooden gazebo, surrounded by the beauty of the landscape and the convivial atmosphere of a table of 32 people. The impeccable service made the experience even more memorable: every detail was taken care of with attention, and the staff was always present to ensure maximum comfort. At the end of the evening, we could not help but enthusiastically applaud Bianca and her team for the quality of the food, the professionalism of the service and the extraordinary hospitality. Il Boschetto di Chianni is a true excellence of local catering, a place that we recommend to everyone for an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience. 04/06/2025: The evening was very pleasant. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food, from antipasti to dessert, was delicious and reasonably priced. I had the "Franco" pizza, which I highly recommend. The restaurant has a rustic decor and is lovingly decorated.

16/06/2025: Met in February, I was struck by the pleasant atmosphere that you breathe. The dishes recall authentic flavors, they are rich in flavor, quality and quantity. The restaurant is family-run and all the staff makes you feel immediately welcomed and at ease. I have been there for business lunches and dinners and with friends. I also recommend it for couples.

02/06/2025: Ho prenotato perché me l’hanno consigliato e ho chiesto via mail se potevo avere un tavolo con vista sulle colline e quando sono arrivata sono rimasta senza parole dalla vista meravigliosa e dal posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura. 17/06/2025: Coming from Udine, my family and I arrived at Chianni Bistrò thanks to the advice of a friend of mine. Never was advice more spot on! From the moment we were welcomed, the waiter made us feel at home and explained the preparation of each dish. Excellent typical Tuscan home cooking, fantastic food and wine (with an excellent quality/price ratio) in the beautiful village of Chianni. Compliments to Francesco, Gabriele, the cooks and all the staff. The next time I pass by these parts, it will definitely be a fixed stop! Highly recommended

Il a su nous guider dans le choix de nos plats en nous expliquant les plats que nous ne comprenions pas a cause de la barrière de la langue. Tout était parfait de l’apéritif au dessert. Fiori, cura, profumi, angolo per il the, terrazzino...tutto da fiaba. Colazione meravigliosamente allestita sia dolce che salata, tutto freschissimo e di qualità. Personale gentilissimo, solare. La cena sul terrazzo è solo da provare! Quest'anno, la seconda volta, sempre super! C'è stato un piccolo problema che ha dimostrato quanto la pace e la cura del cliente sia per il Pinzagrilli una pratica da non trascurare. Il problema è stato risolto con grande professionalità e gentilezza, con calma e serenità, in un lasso di tempo incredibilmente breve. Tornerò al Pinzagrilli ancora e ancora. Lo consiglio caldamente soprattutto ai fidanzati che vogliono fare una bellissima impressione alle loro fidanzate 😍. La conduzione è famigliare, garanzia di un servizio che vuole essere il migliore possibile. Il cibo è curato, fresco, buonissimo e bellissimo da vedere. Apprezzato da vista, olfatto e gusto. 03/06/2025: We went to "Dal Mozza Gourmet" in Pisa with great expectations… and we left enthusiastic! This place is a true schiacciata institution: fragrant, crunchy to the right point, with selected ingredients and simply divine flavor combinations. The place with a splendid view of the Lungarno is perfect for enjoying a schiacciata with taste and atmosphere. Every bite is a journey through perfect consistencies and authentic flavors, the ones that leave their mark. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed, ideal for a gourmet break without frills but full of substance. If you love schiacciata — the real one — this place is a must. Do yourself a favor: go there. Your palate will thank you!

15/05/2025: Very good panini, the best we ate in Tuscany. It is worth choosing focaccia instead of bread, it is delicious. We ate with porchetta and with truffles, both very tasty. You can choose additions to each sandwich such as mushrooms, dried tomatoes, caramelized onion or other vegetables. Helpful service

13/05/2025: Hemos estado en Volterra un par de veces. Vi este lugar antes, pero siempre había una cola enorme. Una buena señal, pero nunca tuvimos tiempo. Hasta este año. Sigue siendo una línea, pero no está tan mal... así que lo intentamos. Y los Panini - recién hechos - son algunos de los mejores que he probado. Pan fresco de alta calidad. Con coberturas generosas de su elección. Teníamos uno con un poco de cebolla y una buena carga de Porchetta. Muy bien cocinado, bien condimentado. La otra la cubrimos con una gran cantidad de Prosciutto crudo, champiñones y una crema de peperoni. Una fantástica combinación y explosión de sabores. Es realmente un lugar fantástico para comer algo. Gran relación calidad-precio, lo mejor para disfrutar en el mirador de la Piazza Martiri Liberta - con vistas a la Toscana. No hay nada mejor que eso.

I will always search through reviews to find the best place.. and I cannot explain how much you need to trust me that this is the best place. I don't really want fellow tourists to find it as I wish that this could stay a hidden gem, but my gosh, they deserve too. Wowowowow!! Had 20% discount with The Fork, but asked them to take it off because it was wildly deserving of the full price. Wowowow! Will come back to Pisa just to eat here again.

Engaging service, thanks to the explanations that let all the passion of the owner shine through. Also very appreciated were the excellent bruschetta that we asked to accompany the drinks. Last very positive note the absolutely adequate price!
