Refined and very good food. Not recommended... Too bad about the parking... Too many policemen don't help 🤣

27/03/2024: We had the menu with 6 courses, which were decidedly generous compared to average (always considering a tasting menu). We had a great time and will definitely be back. The staff is very kind and attentive.

05/04/2024: Very kind service, excellent dishes and really cheap prices. I ordered the spring rolls (4), a vegetarian pad Thai, a dessert, a drink, cover charge. There were 6 of us and we spent 25 euros each. With very abundant and truly delicious dishes. Highly recommended

05/06/2024: I went there because I heard it was a good restaurant, and it was, of course, a good restaurant! I went in without a wait due to the open run. A lot of customers have come since we came in. First of all, these three menus are a success😋 It is very delicious! In particular, tuna and octopus are a must!! And the staff is really friendly :) I feel grateful to him again The bathroom is also spacious and clean.

19/05/2024: Came for a Sunday night dinner after making a reservation. It had a very relaxed atmosphere given that it was Sunday night. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. The staff was very welcoming. Attentive but not overbearing. Menu had plenty of vegan and vegetarian options though it is primarily meat based. Innovative take on some traditional dishes was a fun way to end the trip in this area for us.

16/04/2024: In this place we had the platter of the day and a plate of cheese tasting accompanied by jams and honey, all of excellent quality and absolutely delicious. The dishes are cheap and plentiful, the wine meets the best expectations. Excellent service, helpful and professional waiter. The creamy chocolate liqueur is also absolutely recommended

01/06/2024: Best gelato in Pisa. We made sure to stop in every day. Last thing we did before heading to the train station to head out of town. The caramel salato tiramisu, ricotta & panacotta should not be missed. The owner was extremely friendly & helpful.

31/05/2024: It’s really worth it to go a little more further from central Pisa (just 5 min), because taste of ice cream is incredibly tasty. The gentleman serving was extremely nice. Price of scope it’s ok. There is some place to sit down. Recommend!

05/06/2024: While enjoying the most delicious Italian dishes, you can look out over the Tuscan hills. Service is knowledgeable, attentive and also patient for larger groups. After dinner, sneak a dip in the swimming pool of the adjacent resort and you have had a relaxing holiday!

02/06/2024: One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in, without a doubt. The proposal is varied and continually changes based on what the season offers, an extremely important factor in terms of sustainability; for this reason, the menu may undergo small changes from time to time. The staff is very qualified but, at the same time, approachable, therefore capable of guaranteeing a satisfying and fulfilling experience also on a human level (no small factor). In addition to the dishes, which are truly exquisite, the beauty of the interiors must also be highlighted, set perfectly in the context of the village!

02/06/2024: This restaurant was a great discovery, especially because we didn't expect to find a plant based restaurant in Volterra. Instead, not only was it there but it far exceeded expectations. The place is aesthetically very beautiful, the floor is a sheet of glass elevated above what was an ancient road, this together with the furnishings makes the atmosphere very suggestive. The menu is very varied with an excellent choice of starters, first courses, second courses and desserts, furthermore these change based on seasonality to always guarantee fresh products. Once the menu has been brought, the owner himself will be the one to explain the idea of ​​the restaurant and the changes to the menu. For this reason we felt assisted and pampered. The dinner began with a tasting of their salt, oil and bread of their own production (not present on the menu, it was a nice treat). Then we moved on to the starters, a lentil xhapati and a pea cream soup (very fresh!). Afterwards we had pici with almonds and pepper, much appreciated by my partner and for me a vegetable timbale, very tasty! Unfortunately we didn't have room for a dessert but I too topped it all off with a nice bottle of Montepulciano. I would like to point out that the restaurant also makes pizzas but I have not tried them. The service was very present and friendly, while I found the prices in line with other restaurants in the city. I can't wait to go back and try the tasting menu! I highly recommend not to miss this plant-based gem in Volterra!!

10/05/2024: What a beautiful discovery! First time but not the last, young, trained and kind staff. We took a tasting menu, the dishes are taken care of from the plating to the flavour. Goodies that I won't reveal combined with the courses. The chef greeted us on the way out, I say that this is not something to be taken for granted. You can see that there is preparation and enthusiasm. We had a really good time, well done!

10/05/2024: A unique experience. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest details. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Truly an explosion of taste on the palate. A true work of culinary art. You can feel the passion with which the dishes are prepared. Compliments!
