14/02/2025: Sosta in pasticceria, pasta al riso d'ordinanza e poi cappuccino. No. Cappuccino con la "C" maiuscola. Martina e' un artista. Punto. Provare per credere. 5 stelle con buona pace di chi pensa ancora che per fare un cappuccino basta schiumare il latte in una tazza di caffe'. Martina pensaci tu. Please.

05/01/2025: New Year's Eve at the Rifugio città di massa ... what can I say .... an exhilarating experience !!!! 🔝🤩 Definitely to be repeated. ❣️ I found a magical place 💖 excellently managed by competent people who were attentive to my every need! The abundant and masterfully cooked dinner by Martina to whom I compliment for the original and tasty cuisine that I would never have expected to find at 1000 meters in a "Rifugio" in the center of the Apuan Alps !!! I also want to highlight a very important aspect for me which is the extreme and thorough cleanliness of the services and in general of the warm, welcoming and well-kept structure. For what we ate and for the atmosphere experienced I would say that the price paid was more than fair. A New Year's Eve to remember !!! 🎇

13/11/2024: We found this place by chance, but it managed to pleasantly surprise us. An appetizer with handmade Lunigiana cakes and various croutons (abundant and really tasty). We took pici all'aglione (spectacular) and meat tortelli with ragù. Tasty handmade tarts. The wait is absolutely repaid by the good cuisine and the quality of the products. Friendly and helpful owner. I recommend it.

10/03/2025: Ci fermismo al volo per mangiare una pizza veloce senza tante aspettative…..è invece gran bel ristorante……personale giovane simpatico è preparato…..ottima scelta di pizze cortesia con caro impasti……insomma un gran bell’ambirnte!!!!! Ci tornare no con più calma …..nella scoperta!!!! Bravi!!!

Rustic and well-kept with two girls behind the counter who are efficient, professional and fast. Menu consisting of tartare, cold cuts, first and second courses, flatbreads and salads. To drink wine or beer. The cube arrives on heavy and worn wooden cutting boards, the bread in colored pans. Overall very pleasant and typical. The quality of the materials used is excellent. Very good 👍

08/12/2024: Una eccellente cucina ed un servizio molto accurato ci hanno fatto passare un bellissimo pomeriggio. Ottime le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, la tagliata si scioglieva in bocca... Il prezzo è stato onesto anche considerando quello che abbiamo mangiato. Lo consigliamo.

24/03/2025: Apericena far from the good memories I had of this place, it has gotten worse, the place is always very clean but the service is a bit too arrogant and lazy, the pasta dish included in the apericena is SCANDALOUS!!!! Before going back I will think VERY carefully….

Every extra drink must be paid for immediately, because according to them "there will be confusion afterwards". Particularly unhelpful staff. Very bad experience

27/11/2024: Prima volta su Marina di Massa per lavoro, il periodo non è quello affollato estivo, sono stato consigliato ad andare in questo ristorante dal personale dell'Hotel dove ho alloggiato, quale miglior consiglio! Titolare molto gentile, ma il cuoco è uno spettacolo, ho iniziato con due scelte ma ho dovuto prendere anche un terzo piatto visto che i primi due era fantastici. Ho iniziato con un Impepata di Cozze con cozze di Alborea! fantastiche, poi ho proseguio con un pacchero con frutti di mare superlativi e ho finito con un polpo al brasato con letto di pure di zucca se non sbaglio, 2 bicchieri di un buon vino rosso. Che dire tra poco chiuderà se ne parlerà a marzo per ritornarci.

21/10/2024: Da tempo passavamo vicino senza esserci mai fermati; abbiamo cenato fuori dove si vedono delle piastrelle ceramiche attaccate alla parete con delle scritte e anche dei vasi di fiori alla parete che rendono il locale più attraente; abbiamo preso due orate alla griglia con patate fritte, dolci semifreddi, acqua; tutto ottimo e abbondante; lo consiglio!

13/01/2025: esattamente un anno fa lo stesso giorno avevamo pranzato in questo ristorante e anche quest anno la cosa si e ripetuta diciamo che nel corso dell'anno passato più volte abbiamo assaporato la mitica cucina del buon Chef m ma anche oggi 12 gennaio la stessa e stata favolosa e sopratutto super apprezzata si inizia che quando prenoti ti riconosco a voce menu super, cucina con piatti a mio giudizio super abbondanti ma se avanzi c'è la possibilità di portarli poi a casa dal primo piatto al dessert tutto favoloso servizio veloce e con gentilezza e cortesia prezzo posso ancora affermare giustissimo solo una cosa da dire Arrivederci a presto amici nostri cosi si possono definire i gestori di questo locale

06/01/2025: Tornando da una gita al Castello dell’Aquila, ci siamo fermati a cenare ad Aulla ed abbiamo fatto una piacevole scoperta. Nel centro della cittadina, ristorante con pesce freschissimo cucinato in modo semplice ma non banale. Ottima carta dei vini, personale gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste della clientela. Prezzi nella norma. Ristorante in cui tornare.

15/02/2025: Una cena al 🔝 come sempre per festeggiare S.Valentino all'insegna dell'amore nei riguardi di mia moglie e dell'ottimo cibo grazie allo chef di alta classe e qualità di Paolo Bernardi. Un grazie ancora di cuore a tutto lo staff, siete i migliori. Ovviamente super consigliato sia per la location che per l'alta qualità e quantità delle pietanze. Un abbraccio a presto.

20/01/2025: Ottimo ristorante trovato per caso. Abbiamo preso un antipasto in due e due primi. Le porzioni sono super abbondanti. La ragazza di sala è stata gentilissima e simpatica. Ci aveva consigliato lei di aspettare a ordinare i secondi, conoscendo le porzioni dei primi.

02/01/2025: The staff is very kind and helpful. The toilets are not suitable for disabled people. The à la carte menu is sufficiently varied, with fish and meat dishes. The wine by the glass is the house wine, the white is a little lively, but then they serve me a local white, Baia del sole. We start with a warm seafood salad, €13, good and rich; let's start well! I move on to a plate of pici with clams, bottarga, lemon scent (€14), too bad the pici were way, way behind cooking (confirmed by the kitchen) and I don't finish them. A grilled sea bream €17 (which has dried out a bit, to be generous...) with grilled vegetables €5 (courgettes a little less than raw). Finished the dinner with a good creme brulee €6. Unfortunately, the homemade bread was chewy. Cover charge €2, water €2, glass of wine €4. In the end the €65 pre-bill arrives, but the receipt arrives only upon express request. Gluten-free: a rosette with cover, then they can serve gluten-free pasta (standard formats) and fried fish, with corn flour.

30/11/2024: Personale molto gentile. Servizi igienici non idonei per disabili. Il menù alla carta è sufficientemente vario, con piatti di pesce e di carne. Il vino al calice è quello della casa, il bianco un po' mosso, ma poi mi servono un bianco del territorio, Baia del sole. Iniziamo con un'insalata di mare tiepida, 13€, buona e ricca; cominciamo bene! Passo a un piatto di pici con vongole, bottarga, profumo di limone (14€), peccato che i pici erano moooolto indietro di cottura (confermato dalla cucina) e non li finisco. Un'orata alla griglia 17€ (che si è un po' asciugata, per essere generosi...) con verdure alla griglia 5€ (zucchini poco meno che crudi). Chiuso la cena con una buona crema catalana 6€. Il pane fatto in casa purtroppo risultava gommoso. Coperto 2€, acqua 2€, calice di vino 4€. Alla fine arriva il pre-conto 65€, ma lo scontrino arriva solo su espressa richiesta. Senza glutine: una rosetta con il coperto, poi possono servire la pasta senza glutine (formati standard) e il fritto di pesce, con farina di mais.
