Il vero protagonista? Gli Sgabei: semplicemente insuperabili. Croccanti fuori, morbidi dentro, fragranti e saporiti come raramente capita di assaggiare. Un piatto che da solo vale il viaggio. Il ristorante si trova in una posizione incantevole, nel cuore di Giucano, un borgo che sembra sospeso nel tempo. Il locale è intimo e raccolto, con una veranda che si apre sul verde circostante, regalando un senso di pace e autenticità raro. In estate, si può cenare direttamente nella suggestiva piazzetta del paese, un’esperienza davvero magica. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: accogliente, premuroso, mai invadente. Emili non è solo un ristorante: è un invito a rallentare, a godersi il territorio e la cucina genuina in un contesto unico. Assolutamente consigliato.

12/06/2025: Great variety without gluten, we took two first courses both abundant and really tasty, with handmade stuffed pasta. Also good the mixed fried without gluten. Owner very sociable and friendly. Beautiful view from the outside terrace, more than fair price.

11/07/2025: I was forced to eat too well at this restaurant. A real tragedy for those, like me, who were hoping to find the usual microwaved fried food and staff who looked at you as if you were disturbing their nap. But no. I found myself served by highly trained, polite, smiling, and even friendly staff—an unacceptable thing for those accustomed to standard restaurants. The cuisine? Authentic Massa cuisine. Here you eat serious food, with generous portions and real flavors. Food that makes you want to hug the chef and then ask for her birth certificate. The place? Stunning. Clean, well-kept, with a sober yet elegant taste. In short, no fake wooden barrels and faded paintings of dogs playing double bass. And then... the view. An insult to decency. Incredible, moving, almost annoying because of how beautiful it is. You sit down to eat and end up staring into the distance like a 20th-century poet having an existential crisis. In short: avoid it unless you're ready for a perfect evening.

10/07/2025: We chose this venue for our big day, opting for a unique and sophisticated menu with a touch of tradition, and couldn't resist the traditional Massa tordelli, the restaurant's signature dish. The service was excellent, so much so that everyone complimented us. Another plus was that they gave us the freedom to set up the event as we wished. A thoroughly positive experience. Highly recommended.

10/05/2025: Abbiamo trovato per puro caso questa gastronomia e siamo usciti veramente soddisfatti. Personale gentile e disponibile, presto onestissimo, qualità eccellente. Si sente proprio che si tratta di sapori di casa e ti senti veramente accolto. Super consigliato!

04/07/2025: Given that I live about two kilometers away as the crow flies and I didn't even know of its existence, while many friends I told about it the next day knew about it... so perhaps it's more of a problem for me than anything else. But in my humble opinion, a little more publicity could help to make themselves known to those who come to these areas for vacation, because, even if it's not easy to reach, as it is located on an internal street between via della repubblica and via poveromo in the Ronchi area, the PIZZA IS REALLY EXCELLENT! Thin dough and with excellent quality products. The ones they served us that evening were about 80 centimeters, brought on narrow and long wooden palettes placed on pedestals about 30 cm high from the table top, one for every 4/6 people. That evening we were in a group of over 20 people and we tasted several and they were all delicious. Price for the giropizza very rich and varied, we finished with the Nutella pizza and as I said at the beginning with excellent quality products, it was average. I promised myself to return soon with family and friends.

Ci ha proposto una selezione di piatti originali e davvero deliziosi. L’atmosfera del locale è tranquilla e accogliente, perfetta per una serata rilassante. Un plauso al titolare, che ci ha accolti e seguiti con grande cortesia e attenzione per tutta la durata della cena. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole!
