02/10/2025: The food was quite well prepared, especially when the entire order was finally on the table. Unfortunately, the waiter was completely unmotivated; we've rarely felt so much of a nuisance. Unbelievable! The chef is very attentive and accommodating.

06/09/2025: We were very pleased with the service. For dinner, we had a fresh salad, and for dessert, a delicious ice cream to share. Excellent value, which surprised us with the excellent quality and variety. Very pleasant location, with good evening lighting. Family or solo. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: We've been coming to this place for many years. It's a historic pizza spot in Lucca. A family atmosphere welcomes customers and makes them feel at home. The pizza is excellent; I love Calogero's pita bread, which I think is the best. They also have a good selection of beers and desserts; the croccantino is a classic. The place also offers outdoor seating under a pergola overlooking a fully enclosed and well-kept garden, where children can play safely in a small playground.

04/09/2025: Our guests said this was the best pizza they'd had for a very long time. We agreed. Courteous service, the best beer in town and immaculately appointed decor made for a very pleasant evening indeed

18/08/2025: We had two very good burgers for dinner, with homemade bread made by the chef, whom we compliment. The service was good, but there was a long wait, although it was pleasant with the jazz background. This is a refined restaurant, where you can eat everything from fish to pizza; for burgers, there's just one simple bun with the option of adding toppings. The sauces for the fries are a bit pricey: ketchup and mayonnaise, with an additional €1.50 each. We recommend a pit stop; the restaurant is open until midnight. Parking is also available for campers.

22/04/2025: Fui con mis amigas de pasada al Canyon Park y pedimos una picada muy buena con salames y quesos. Mis amigas se pidieron unas sopas toscanas. La pasta frola de pera espectacular !

22/04/2025: Piccolo locale anche carino proprio difronte al ponte del diavolo. Il primo: tortelli al ragù riscaldati al microonde... Altro non abbiamo preso per non rischiare! Peccato perché con poco sarebbe un bel locale.

06/11/2025: Good pizza, particularly thin crust, and a wide selection on the menu. The wait was very long (over 50 minutes), and unfortunately the restrooms weren't in the best condition.

31/10/2025: Truly terrifying. Pizzas ordered for takeout that aren't seen for over an hour. No one apologizes, not even a freebie to make up for the inconvenience. The pizzas are small, some burned. They aren't bad, but everything else is disappointing. Some ingredients are missing, even the most basic ones. A marinara with parsley and spicy sauce was unheard of. The prices are ridiculously high; I'd rather buy the ingredients myself. The prices are different from those listed on the menu; the marinara is €8. All different pizzas for the same price. We were ripped off. I strongly advise against it.

30/10/2025: I've been coming to this pizzeria every time I'm in Lucca for years, and I have to say I'm absolutely satisfied! The change in location has been a huge improvement; the larger space allows for better customer service. The pizza is delicious! I tried a special pizza that wasn't on the menu, but I highly recommend adding it. The ingredients were high-quality and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're thinking of going, don't hesitate! Call and make a reservation; you won't regret it. This pizzeria truly deserves 5 stars!

05/06/2025: Gran pizza por lonchas. Mi esposa y yo compartimos dos rebanadas y fue bastante lleno. Ella tenía marguerita y yo carne. El lugar es muy casual y tiene solo unas pocas mesas. Llevamos y funcionó bien. También venden vino por la división que era perfecto para nosotros. BTW hicimos un tour gastronómico de Lucca más tarde en la semana y el guía nos trajo aquí.

06/10/2025: For the best restaurant in the area. Authentic and delicious cuisine. A menu that blends home-style and traditional. If you fall for it, you'll fall for it on your feet. The first courses are excellent, from penne all'arrabbiata to farfalle with tuna, from rigatoni with gorgonzola and sedanini to the classic tordelli from Versilia. When chef Fabrizio is in the mood, he also cooks absolutely exceptional seafood dishes, starting with spaghetti allo scoglio. From Monday to Saturday, for lunch (opening at 12:00 p.m.; closing at 2:00 p.m.), you can choose from a business lunch menu: for €14, you get a first course, second course, side dish (your choice of all three), bread, water, house wine, and coffee. For those who prefer a lighter option, they make delicious salads that you can customize to your liking. In the evening (Wednesday to Sunday) and at Sunday lunch, even without the "business lunch" option, prices remain affordable. You must try their steak, as well as the chef's desserts, which are truly remarkable. The atmosphere is simple, the service attentive and reasonably quick. I prefer going there for lunch during the week, because the atmosphere is warmer and more authentic, with workers, retirees, and other workers enjoying the excellent dishes.
