08/04/2026: The place and food were great. Only the waiter could have been friendlier. I felt like he was trying to push a lot of food on me.

07/04/2026: I really wanted to like this place because the atmosphere is beautiful and the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The seafood did not taste fresh at all, which was concerning, and overall the quality of the dishes was poor. Even something as simple as the pizza was not good. What made the experience worse is that everyone in our group felt unwell afterward—nauseous for the rest of the day—which makes me seriously question the freshness of the ingredients. It’s a lovely spot with nice service, but the food is not worth it at all. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

05/11/2025: Recommended by a neighbor, I took advantage of the home delivery service. It was excellent! The pizza is large, the dough isn't heavy, and the toppings are good, both in quality and quantity! Definitely worth repeating! Well done!

27/12/2025: Unfortunately it was a disappointment to come and eat here. The pizza was low quality and cold. Then we left the toilet platform without even toilet paper. Then we asked for coffee which we didn't have. Oh well... Then to top it off, the bill was very high. I definitely won't be back. For 4 people, almost one hundred euros!!!!!!!! We didn't eat anything.

06/12/2025: During a trip to Tuscany, we stopped by chance at the Pizzeria "Pizza55" in Pietrasanta, and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. The place is small but very well-kept, with a welcoming and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing break after a stroll through the historic center. We were greeted and served by a truly kind and professional young man, attentive to detail and always smiling. The lady who ran the place was also incredibly sweet and hospitable, helping us feel immediately at ease. We ordered two excellent Pils, a Diavola and a Margherita with tuna, which proved light, digestible, and excellent in flavor. The well-leavened dough and quality ingredients really make the difference. In short, a simple but perfect experience. I absolutely recommend Pizzeria 55 to anyone in Pietrasanta who wants a good pizza served with kindness and care.

21/02/2026: I had dinner tonight. It was a terrible experience. The food wasn't even bad. But the service was horrendous, almost atrocious. Towards the end of the meal, the waitress even spilled a boiling hot coffee on my wife, which, for God's sake, was perfectly acceptable. But the owner didn't even bother asking for information and made us pay for everything, down to the last cent. He didn't even take the coffees off our bill. Maybe we were lucky he didn't charge us for the one he spilled on us.

05/06/2025: siamo tornati memori della bella esperienza, sicuramente ci ritorneremo ancora Locale semplice proprio come le trattorie di un tempo, piatti davvero buoni, porzioni generose, personale gentile e sempre disponibile e alla fine anche il conto è una bella sorpresa, Marchino fa capire che è ancora possibile offrire qualità a prezzi onesti. Davvero complimenti. Da provare, l'antipasto misto della casa, i maltagliati al ragù di cinghiale, le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini, i funghi fritti.....

25/04/2025: Piacevolissima sorpresa e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci hanno trovato un tavolo anche senza prenotazione e poi abbiamo gustato un antipasto sfiziosissimo. Ottima pasta fresca con tartufo e tordelli profumatissimi. Buon prodotto anche il vino della casa.

19/04/2026: I didn't think I'd find a place like this on the Viareggio promenade. The food was excellent, and the staff was very kind, even though it was 4 pm. They welcomed us and fed us delicious food.

13/04/2026: Dinner was good, spaghetti was well seasoned. Mixed, salad was fresh. Service was attentive, only my colleague forgot the side dish. Delivered promptly. Price reasonable. I would happily come back here.

25/04/2026: A truly pleasant place, perfect for a relaxed aperitivo. The beautifully presented platter features a good selection of cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by jam and crispy focaccia. The ingredients are excellent, everything fresh and tasty. The Spritzes are well-made, balanced, and served in the classic glass with orange: ideal to accompany the platter. The atmosphere is welcoming, with outdoor seating making the experience even more enjoyable. Service was standard, with no long waits. Overall, a recommended place for a quiet aperitivo in good company. 👍

06/04/2026: My Moscow mule is delicious! I'm not arguing about the appetizers. I have my own ideas and would take a different business approach, but everything's fine. A little tip to make your customers' experience a relaxing and enjoyable one: reach an agreement with your neighbors and play unique music. It's like being at an amusement park! 😁 It's impossible to converse. Too bad! Maybe we're out of our target age range... who knows!

02/12/2025: Very nice and clean rooms. Wonderful location. Breakfast was top-notch. It's a shame that the pool is only indoor and not heated (as we were told over the phone) and therefore unusable in November. The hot tub and spa are very small but nice. The morning of check-out, the cleaning ladies knocked on our door and, upon our "who's there?", came in anyway, finding us changing, which was in terrible taste. Overall, a pleasant stay, but I wouldn't return.

01/12/2025: Although this gelateria has undergone some changes compared to Orso Bianco 30 years ago, where the gelato counter was twice as long, I have to say I still appreciate their gelato. If I'm nearby, I make the most of it, even though I eat less gelato than I did when I was a kid. What still makes this place unique compared to other local gelato shops is its fenced-in outdoor area with chairs and tables, but above all, a small play area for children, where mothers or parents can relax and enjoy an gelato while their children play.
