Good pizza, high but not too high, soft and crispy. You'll also find dough made with different flours, gluten-free pizza, and even sushi pizza. The vegan pizza isn't bad. The waiters are friendly. The place is nicely decorated, with comfortable chairs. A small note: the vegetarian pizza is fine as it's listed on the menu. If you're vegan, you should remove not only the mozzarella, but also the pesto. We'll definitely be back because I liked the pizza 👏

The restaurant is easily accessible from the seafront. Parking can be difficult in high season, but if you're traveling by bike, it's no problem. The pizza is truly delicious; you can taste the quality ingredients. Personally, I found it very digestible. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very attentive.

Excellent pizza in very nice modern setting. Just steps from the ferris wheel. Staff were very friendly. Also had takeaway from here which was excellent too. We were lucky and got table without reservation, but would recommend that you make a reservation.

A very well-kept and welcoming place. For our appetizer, we tried the tuna pizza sushi, which was truly delicious, followed by a pizza each. We chose the crispy crust, and it was spectacular: different from the classic pizza, but just as good, if not better! The prices are slightly above average, but the experience, the quality of the ingredients, and the research behind the products fully justify the expense. We left with just one big question that still piques our curiosity: why are some of the pizzas served under a cloche? 🧐🧐😂

A renowned gourmet pizzeria, "Emerging Pizzaiolo 2025 Gambero Rosso," definitely worth a try if you're passing through Viareggio. The pizzas are good, but nothing exceptional; perhaps the "3-cooking" version deserves more than the other doughs, the "multigrain" version less so. The pizza ingredients are refined and high-quality, while the beers and drinks are average. The service is a bit uncertain: first, "Didn't you book? Sorry, there's a wait..." but after 30 seconds, "Can you sit over there?" The orders were still taken with pen and paper, so there was some confusion over the delivery; I told the waitress which drinks were available for our table. Avoid the outdoor tables because they're on the sidewalk of the main road, and the small vases placed there like booths certainly don't block out the noise of passing traffic.

After years of avoiding this place due to a bad experience, I was pleasantly surprised! Super fast service and incredibly good pizza! I also want to say that the waitresses were incredibly kind in accommodating us, not only because they enjoy their work and care about their customers...

Top-quality food. Excellent service, quick, courteous, and efficient. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The only small drawback is the price, but it's now in line with many other, even worse, restaurants.
