08/12/2024: This place exceeded my expectations. The staff is young but professionally trained to a high level. He is kind but not intrusive and attentive to the needs of both the customer and the venue. Very quick to serve and extremely polite. The food, in particular the steak, is excellent and perfectly cooked as requested. It's nice to have a simple but beautiful experience like this, I recommend it!

24/12/2024: Excellent meeting point in the village of Piano di Mommio, not far from Viareggio. You will find a friendly environment, excellent dishes and even better wines. Don't miss the tordelli, a specialty of the area!

09/09/2023: Ice cream with a genuine flavor and portions that are decidedly more generous than those of the ice cream shops along the way. Delightfully friendly staff! A real shame that now in September they close earlier in the evening than the others.

19/11/2024: Excellent well-stocked pastry shop with a fridge with lots of cakes. The place is welcoming and there are tables both inside and on the pavement outside. You can also have lunch with an à la carte menu with a fair number of courses (not tried). But the desserts and cakes are delicious and with quality ingredients.

30/07/2024: Very good burgers. One of the very few burger shops here - but absolutely recommended. Interesting burgers - super tasty. About 20-25 euros per person, which is a bit more expensive by Italian standards.

29/06/2024: Bit of a spur of the moment decision as we were "resting up" near Lucca part way through a long bike tour in Italy. Warmly welcomed and the typical amouse bouches and and a series of highly creative dishes were presented in a timely manner. Chef circulated amongst the diners which eas a nice touch and good for him to see how the food was being received. An early dish, looked like a jaffa cake, but eas Foie Gras impressed. Yes, we're going to hell, but goodness it was tasty. We'd opted for the wine pairing which provided a perfect accompaniment. A superb desert finished off the meal, and they were kind enough to sort us out a taxi after it was all over. Superb.

01/06/2024: L’accoglienza è di livello e allineata alla stella: in attesa del menù vengono servite delle piccole entrée tra cui un sigaro di cioccolato ripieno foie gras eccellente. Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione di mare di cui vale menzionare la tartare di scampo in caprese con croccante al basilico, il risotto ai tre pomodori con foglia d’oro, la linguina artigianale con calamaretti spillo e burro acido al caviale d’aringa, il morone a lenta cottura con patate di montagna e asparagina. Più deludente la capasanta con velo di guanciale. Non banale né scontata la scelta dei vini in abbinamento con etichette Friulane, Bordolesi e della Loira. Sul finale bella l’idea dell’alberello di ulivo con piccola pasticceria insieme al caffè. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo c’è, l’attenzione del personale anche, peccato solo per un’attesa decisamente eccessiva tra le entrée e l’arrivo della prima portata. Consigliato!

12/10/2024: I don't know what to say....TOP the place is a work of art that perfectly complements Filippo, a person with an immense culture with whom it is a pleasure to talk not only about his art but about life. nothing to say other than well done to his very kind and professional collaborators. if you come to Viareggio and especially from the Maremma it is a stop that I recommend. the Negroni club is....good Maremma...a place that I highly recommend.

06/11/2024: A good bar, nice and knowledgeable barmaids, you can find everything, cigarettes, scratch cards, refills, lottery games and all, read the newspaper and have a good breakfast. Advised

24/07/2024: Eine sehr schöne familiäre Bar mit kompetenten und professionellem Personal. Nicht nur der Café ist super, sondern zum Aperitif gibt es auch leckere toskanische Snacks dazu. Ein Zwischenstopp lohnt sich.

19/12/2024: I was really disappointed, you brought a scary mini expensive one to make it look nice after a scary bill of like 27 💶 even without a receipt. You can close for me!!
