07/01/2025: I spent New Year's Eve in a camper with 4 other crews, the rest area surrounded by greenery with loading and unloading, electricity, the owners Antonella and Giancarlo were exquisite people, a guided tour of the brewery with a detailed explanation of how they produce beer.... New Year's Eve dinner with excellent food and a fair price, a spectacular venue decorated with care, we had a really good time! Fantastic experience!

28/12/2024: Fantastica esperienza. I due padroni di casa ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e spiegato nel dettaglio la loro attività fatta di passione e sacrificio. La visita al loro laboratorio è stata seguita da una ricca degustazione di 6 loro birre accompagnata da un ricco tagliere. Le birre sono tutte davvero speciali, non è stato semplice selezionare quelle da portare a casa. Tappa super consigliata per gli amanti del genere.

The food was nothing short of exquisite—each dish bursting with flavor and prepared with the utmost care. It’s clear that the kitchen team is passionate about what they do, and it shines through in every bite. However, what truly made our evening special was the outstanding service we received. Our waiter was not only incredibly polite but also a true professional in every sense of the word. His warm demeanor and genuine attentiveness made us feel so welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. He anticipated our needs with such grace, and his knowledge of the menu added a lovely personal touch to our dining experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious food and impeccable service, but Ristorante Osteria IL Bibbio has certainly achieved it. Our compliments to the entire team, and especially to our wonderful waiter, whose kindness and expertise truly elevated our evening. We look forward to returning and enjoying another unforgettable meal.

24/08/2024: Typical trattoria found by chance but we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the excellent traditional Tuscan cuisine. Excellent value for money if we get the chance we will definitely come back

Everything is very good but the beans all'uccelletto are amazing.... As we said to the chef: "we would have eaten a BUCKET!!!!!" 😅 We will be back

13/12/2024: Very Tuscan in style, with stone walls and a welcoming and convivial atmosphere, this place combines the three characteristics of exceptional restaurants: fast service, very kind staff and fantastic food. Fabulous pappa col tomato, platter of typical local products, liver crostini with an ancient flavour, polenta with sprouts and impressive porcini mushrooms. Well done!! And a particular appreciation to the waiter Christian, polite, professional and attentive to every detail. I recommend this fantastic restaurant to everyone and can't wait to go back.

Typical and very good dishes, meat rigorously cooked rare and very tender, we ate with gusto. The owner is very nice and loves dogs, the staff is kind and very attentive to the customer's needs. I have had the privilege of being able to visit and work at weddings and receptions as an entertainer in this facility several times and the results have always been excellent. The staff is very trained and professional and always offers enormous courtesy and kindness. The menus, across multiple genres, have always been excellent with careful and well-presented impacts. In short, the La Doccia Restaurant is absolutely worth considering.

23/12/2024: Avevo molte aspettative su questo ristorante. E qualcuna è stata disattesa. Ci è piaciuto l'ambiente, il locale, la vista e ci sono piaciuti molto alcuni piatti del menu "in profondità ": le sfere sono state un'esplosione di sensazioni e ho trovato ottime le animelle al limone nero e l'insalatina selvaggia con sorbetto all'aceto di peperone, accompagnata da un delizioso pane croccante I piatti si sono caratterizzati per accostamenti insoliti e In alcuni abbiamo trovato una prevalenza di sapori forti , talora aspri e con note amare. Poco significativa e deludente la parte dessert. Pienamente d'accordo sul discorso natura, erbe, fiori eccetera, ma, per chi, come noi, è nato nella campagna e vissuto sempre in mezzo a prati e boschi, queste atmosfere sono normali. Ho letto tanto entusiasmo per Marta, che ha guidato la degustazione di diversi commensali. Noi l'abbiamo vista all'inizio e alla fine del nostro percorso. I nostri accompagnatori sono stati essenziali. Forse se avessimo avuto l'accompagnamento di Marta, avrebbe dato un senso ai vari piatti, ne avrebbe illustrato meglio le caratteristiche e avremmo potuto apprezzarli appieno.

02/11/2024: A modern gem in the middle of the Casentino forests. Restaurant with open kitchen and innovative approach while using local ingredients and partly grown by them. We also stayed in the adjoining farmhouse and had a great time finding excellent value for money (large room with fireplace and sauna). Excellent escape route in Emilia Romagna!
