03/11/2025: I celebrated my birthday in this truly lovely place… The staff was very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions… The food was delicious, and the cake was simply gorgeous. P.S. Elena had reserved a table for us on the terrace, and even though we were quite a large table, we still managed to chat very well without the "noise" that usually occurs in restaurants. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

06/10/2025: A unique experience with carefully crafted flavors, highly trained and friendly staff, and excellent pairings. The "Madre" menu is highly recommended, with its many dishes to savor. A must-try!

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance as hotel guests, and we were in for a wonderful surprise. There are places that pretend to be something they're not... This isn't it... The search for unique flavors, paired and layered, is an absolute pleasure here. The place is beautiful and the staff is perfect. Everything is truly perfect.

06/10/2025: This restaurant is nestled in one of the most photographed alleys in Cortona and represents everything you think about Italy, character, beauty, and uniqueness. The food and drinks are all prepared to the highest quality and originality. Vegetarian entrees elevated on both flavor profile and plating. The creativity of each entree are truly noteworthy. There were six in our party which allowed for each of us to try a different option and share with each other. My favorite is the tartare, both visually and taste profile, it's fireworks on a plate, it just makes you happy looking at it and eating it continues that happiness. I highly recommend this restaurant for your consideration.

03/11/2025: The place is pleasant and the staff is friendly, but our experience fell short of expectations. The wine arrived already opened, without being opened at the table, which I find unprofessional and unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Furthermore, the dishes were of questionable quality, poorly executed, and didn't live up to the excellent reviews we'd read before our visit. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the attention to detail and quality could definitely be improved.

21/09/2025: On the recommendation of friends, we went to this osteria. The dish we had to try was the Chianti risotto. Our expectations were very high, and we can say they were fully met. It's an unexpected dish (in the realm of pici and lasagna), and we'd definitely recommend it. Be warned, cinnamon is one of the ingredients. We'll be back on our next visit to Cortona.
