16/12/2024: Truly a pleasant discovery, for the beers and the food. Passing through Rome, we stopped by chance and discovered a world. Very kind and helpful owners. I hope to find myself passing through those parts again

15/12/2024: After hearing about it for a long time, I finally went there for lunch. The place is a bit hidden and so as already indicated by others, check your navigator first. Very friendly family service, very good food, delicious beers! Tasted the mash beer which was truly special! Honest prices. I can't wait to go back!

It’s clear that the kitchen team is passionate about what they do, and it shines through in every bite. However, what truly made our evening special was the outstanding service we received. Our waiter was not only incredibly polite but also a true professional in every sense of the word. His warm demeanor and genuine attentiveness made us feel so welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. He anticipated our needs with such grace, and his knowledge of the menu added a lovely personal touch to our dining experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious food and impeccable service, but Ristorante Osteria IL Bibbio has certainly achieved it. Our compliments to the entire team, and especially to our wonderful waiter, whose kindness and expertise truly elevated our evening. We look forward to returning and enjoying another unforgettable meal.

24/08/2024: Typical trattoria found by chance but we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the excellent traditional Tuscan cuisine. Excellent value for money if we get the chance we will definitely come back

26/11/2024: Posto fantastico con personale molto professionale, cordiale ed esperto. Lo chef propone un menu molto buono ed originale (direi davvero stupendo) e i complimenti vanno a tutto lo staff. Posto di alta qualità peccato che ci sono solo 5 stelle per votare perché ne darei molte di più. Assolutamente da ritornarci e per chi non lo conosce sicuramente da provare

03/11/2024: Fantastic food, service and environment. This is a delightful wine shop in the small square in the center of Montevarchi. Refined, tasty menu, excellent wines. Very kind owner, always ready to welcome customers, even those exhausted from traveling on the motorway. Very nice location, to which is added a wonderful space also in the small square. We will definitely be back.

06/12/2024: Posto carino al centro di Arezzo. Prenoti la tua schiacciata e aspetti che ti chiamano per consegnarla. La schiacciata merita veramente ottimi i condimenti e la qualità della schiacciata. Se passi da Arezzo devi provarla. Da rimarcare la cordialità è simpatia della signora.

10/11/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo graziosissimo bistrot, ci hanno riservato uno dei tavoli fuori con vista parziale (causa alberi) sulla val di chiana, location bellissima, per non parlare della gentilezza del proprietario ma sopratutto della qualità del cibo. Ps sono stati gentilissimi anche con la nostra cagnolina

13/08/2024: In Cortona, finding a place to have dinner on a Friday in August without having booked and also looking for a place not for hit-and-run tourists is not exactly easy. We then asked a local guy who suggested this restaurant to us. A beautiful surprise. A little out of the way, frequented by locals (a very important element for me), young and wonderful staff, really excellent food. We ate panzanella and guinea fowl stuffed with olives. There isn't much space outside (however the restaurant overlooks a narrow street in the historic centre), inside there is air conditioning and a very hospitable environment.

08/08/2024: Everything was exaggeratedly good and the waiters were very sweet and attentive! Unfortunately only a little hot inside, but otherwise an experience to be absolutely repeated!

28/10/2024: The place is enchanting, you eat simple but refined dishes both in form and substance. You can rarely find an environment and an owner like this. Super recommended ❤️

25/10/2024: Delightful atmosphere, both in winter but especially in summer, with a wonderful outdoor garden where you can admire a splendid panorama. The food is of an absolute level, a menu of Tuscan cuisine revisited in a modern but also traditional way. Not to mention the service, professionalism but above all the feeling of feeling pampered from start to finish. The best!

Friendly and professional waiters who know how to put us at ease and made us feel at home. If you want to spend a nice evening in company tasting their fantastic baked nana or the best stuffed rabbit ever with an excellent glass of wine, you are considering the right place! And what about Luca the owner? Trust his advice and you won't regret it!

18/11/2024: Ospitalità, qualità e competenza sono di casa da Silla's bistrot. Tutto ottimo, iniziando dalle uova al tartufo, per passare alle tartare, finendo poi con dessert deliziosi. Il titolare riempie di attenzione i suoi ospiti e propone vini sempre ottimamente accostati con i piatti ordinati. Quando abbiamo voglia di una cenetta sfiziosa andiamo da Silla's. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

26/08/2024: Splendid internal and external LOCATION with attention to the smallest details. I have been to places of this level a few times, but for the few I have visited, this one surpasses them all and not only for the environment but for the food and the service. OPTIMAL

26/08/2024: This time we tasted the gourmet breakfast offered on Sunday morning. An excellent selection, the sweet part a delight (the leavened products really deserve it), we then continued with cured meats, cheeses and toast. Everything excellent and with attention to the smallest details. The staff took care of our every need with kindness and courtesy. This restaurant is our favorite place, coming back is always a pleasure.
