I happened to be passing by and noticed this bakery where I ordered an arancini with ragù. What can I say, delicious, truly excellent!!

The bakery is located on a side street near Cassibile's main street. I highly recommend trying their deli products, especially their "scacce," inspired by Ragusa's tradition. The round focaccia, which can be topped with cheese and anchovies or not, is also excellent. Prices are higher than average, but they reflect the quality of the product. I also recommend reserving your order.

Excellent bakery: super-fresh products, irresistible aromas, and authentic flavors. Jessica is incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to recommend the right bread or pizza. It's also the best pizza by the slice I've ever had. I always come back and recommend it to anyone looking for quality and friendly service.
