I should start by saying that I could eat anywhere in the world, but no one can cook like my wife. This location is a new one for me, having gone with colleagues because we were away on business. I can say that in terms of quality, there's no equal in the Rosolini area. Despite there being an evening (not ours) with a demonstration, the dishes arrived very quickly. The CARBONARA was truly five-star, tasty, and a full plate. The main course was a bit more modest, but no complaints there. Anyone passing through Rosolini simply must visit this place, which is also open for lunch.

21/11/2025: Absolutely amazing! A real authentic place in the touristy Noto. Top notch lasagna and their house wines are definitely great with any type of dish you pick from the menu. Last but not least, if you're lucky, the owners brings out his guitar and plays you some real Sicilian tunes!!! Don't miss out on this gem
27/10/2025: A quiet and simple place. Super authentic and tasty dishes made with top-quality ingredients, suitable for all palates, even vegetarians. The kitchen staff are really helpful, and the service is really friendly and "singing" 😀.
