04/07/2025: A lifesaver at noon in heat. Air condition, cool drinks and not so little menue. Loved it before going to Pantalica, a phantastic place.

16/07/2025: Family dinner after an exhausting day spent walking through archaeological sites and the narrow streets of Ortigia. We found a very friendly place with friendly and attentive staff. Excellent dishes, including paccheri alla norma and paccheri with pistachios, both absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. Reasonable prices.

13/07/2025: We loved the service and the food. The dish on the photo is the seafood rissoto. During peak season it is recommended to reserve a table.

02/09/2025: Excellent dinner in the center of Ortigia, on a charming little street. The red shrimp tartare was excellent and plentiful. The grilled swordfish was superb, as was the grilled calamari, which was excellent (perhaps the portion was small for the price). Overall, a great dinner!

10/09/2025: Breathtaking scenery. Friendly staff. Great for those who love trekking and long walks. Crystal-clear waters. Beautiful pink flamingos. Interesting guided tours of the ecomuseum and tuna factory.

08/09/2025: This hotel pleasantly surprised us; we couldn't find a single negative. The location is excellent, easy to get to, and there's ample on-site parking. The property is nestled above the Latomìe, so it has its own unique charm. Looking down from the balcony, you're transported to ancient Greece. At reception, the staff welcomes you with kindness, ready to satisfy your every need or desire. This applies to everyone, from the restaurant staff to the room staff. An elegant structure that still exudes the charm of ancient splendor. The pool is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained; we didn't miss a single swim. We were amazed by the breakfast, both for the richness and variety of food, and for the quality and abundance; we didn't want to leave. We'll be back again, perhaps with our children.

01/08/2025: Very nice place, clean and welcoming. Quick service, the owner was very kind and helpful. The appetizer was delicious, high-quality, and served in a unique, different way. But can we talk about the rib eye steak...??? A delight for the palate, good to say the least, with every bite I kept saying, "HOLY SOO ...

07/06/2025: We often go to this place, the environment is comfortable and also suitable for families with small children, the staff is always available and kind, the food is really good and with abundant portions, prices suitable for the excellent quality of the dishes.

26/08/2025: Beautiful and very welcoming location. We reserved a table just an hour in advance and had to wait half an hour for it to become available, but while we waited, they seated us on comfortable chairs in the garden adjacent to the outdoor dining area. Fast and attentive service, with very friendly and helpful staff. All the food was excellent, but a special mention goes to the Pizza Pistacchiosa: a true delight! We hope to return soon.

18/08/2025: Processed food, overcooked pasta, long waits. No wine glasses. I don't recommend it at all.

12/08/2025: While in Augusta, we ate there almost every day. Delicious Italian food at a very good price (an average dinner for five cost about 40 euros). And Gianni – I don't think I've ever met such a nice person who cooks so well. If you wanted to show us the model Italian – that's Gianni :) In short – Eustachio is brilliant.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience. Dinner for four with high expectations, unfortunately completely unmet. When I asked if the tuna bottarga was freshly grated, the waiter replied yes. Instead, we received pasta with bottarga from a jar, greasy and inedible. The risotto with shrimp was watery, served without even being properly drained. The octopus, besides being tough, was explained by the owner as a "symptom of freshness" due to rigor mortis... a truly absurd explanation. In short, very poor quality of the dishes and no attention to the customer.

04/07/2025: Casa Trimarchi is the perfect example of authentic Sicilian cuisine, from producer to consumer, with fresh ingredients and genuine flavors that tell the tradition of the territory. Each dish is prepared with care and passion. Despite a small initial inconvenience with a bottle of wine gone bad, the staff handled the situation with extreme kindness and professionalism, making us feel truly at home. An experience that we recommend to those who want to taste the real Sicily, in a welcoming, quiet and authentic environment.

23/08/2025: I was disappointed with the ice cream sundae. I ordered chocolate and ricotta ice cream with cream; there was a lot of cream and not enough ice cream, and you can tell from the photo. I'm also disappointed because we've been customers for several years and I'd never had ice cream sundae.

15/07/2025: Take a little time for yourself and pamper yourself with a super breakfast! After choosing from an infinite number of sweets and cakes, biscuits, chocolate creams... A world made of precision and taste. All the staff ready to serve you and to give you their availability and competence. Don't just call it a pastry shop. You can stop for a tasty lunch break, continue for a tea and start again with a candied orange peel. Traditional sweets such as cannoli, cream puffs cannot be missed but you can find exquisite macarons and nougats, almond paste. A service worthy of 10 and praise even when the place fills up and you have to wait your turn. Don't think about the calories, close your eyes and enjoy your favorite dessert.

28/08/2025: I organized my 25th wedding anniversary and was truly delighted with everything: the owner's helpfulness and friendliness, the attention to detail, and, of course, the excellent food. We had a wonderful evening!

26/07/2025: A warm, family welcome and quality products. Here, tourists get their money's worth, and the prices are affordable and there are no nasty surprises. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

03/08/2025: An absolute must! This restaurant is such a gem. The food is pure delight, not to mention the view of the sea. The overall ambiance is magical. There were six of us there (two adults and four children). A wonderful experience.
