11/11/2025: Nice campsite with fresh bread every morning and a mini-market. Clean showers. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes during our stay in early November.
Beautiful beach right next to the campsite.

29/10/2025: A very positive experience during my week's vacation with my wife.
A clean, quiet property with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Cristina and the entire staff were generously available, even with tourist information.
The best part was the breakfast, which was good but lacked Sicilian products, and the option of dining on site occasionally.
Overall, I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

26/07/2025: We just spent three pleasant nights at this peaceful agriturismo guesthouse, which is conveniently located near the town center. The welcome was warm, and the staff were dedicated.
We highly recommend trying the homemade meal (excellent value for money).

16/10/2025: Overall the room could be in better condition, things are not maintained enough therefore it's a bit disappointing when you look at the room, the price you pay, and the potential of the place. Indeed, the place is overall nice, people are welcoming and breakfast is good...
15/10/2025: This hotel is very pleasant, quiet, and the staff is good and friendly. Chef Jerry is super talented; the food is excellent, and the desserts for breakfast are delicious, homemade. 😋
I recommend staying here.

Dirty hall, ruined and uncomfortable seats.
Embarrassing air conditioning.
Video and audio are just average.
Their luck is that in this town called Syracuse, they have no competition.

14/12/2025: During our city tour, we had 90 minutes of free time. We stopped here because our meeting point was only a few meters away. We had delicious pasta and a very good salad. Service was relatively quick, but with so many people, another server would have been helpful. This is how pasta should taste!
04/11/2025: Wonderful location, with a view of the Ortigia Cathedral next door. But the food was awful: pasta cooked incorrectly, and the toppings were frozen and not properly defrosted (the pasta arrived cold). It's a shame because the place is so worth it.

16/11/2025: Although it's still outdone by a few locals, the place has now lost all semblance of authenticity. The "Palazzolo wild boar" tasted like banal pork, and the €14 appetizer "for two" was clearly a single portion. I'd say we've quenched our curiosity: they'll never see us again.
16/11/2025: We ordered the grilled wild boar. The sausage was drowned in red wine, and the ribs were pork (even though the menu specified all wild boar). We asked the waiters about the nature of the meat, and they reiterated that it was all wild boar.
I doubt we'll be back.

07/01/2026: We spent three nights there and were absolutely thrilled! The entire property is wonderful; everything was built and decorated with so much love! Chiro the horse came to our table every morning for breakfast and received lots of petting. The oranges from the trees were the most delicious I've ever eaten, and the Sicilian vegetarian meal they cooked for us on our last evening was also the best I've ever had in Italy!
I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience an authentic Sicilian vacation!

28/09/2025: Yesterday, September 27th, I shopped at Md. When I went to the checkout,
the cashier added 5 items from the previous person to my shopping list, for a total of 10 euros. These items
I hadn't bought and were paid for by me.
Therefore, I was scammed. Unfortunately, I didn't call the police because I can't prove it since I had
already brought the shopping home. Only then did I look at the receipt
and realize it was a scam. Emanuele Cappuccio.
Be careful with cashiers!

We've been coming here with our family all our lives. Inside the cutlery, wrapped in a napkin with a bow, you'll find quotes from authors and more—beautiful.

26/11/2025: Booked with TheFork (50%) discount. The quality/price ratio was poor. Unfortunately, the service charge (€3 per person) was a bit cheesy and "overturned" the discount logic.
2 carbonaras and 1 water: €23, of which €9 was just for service and water.
The carbonara was salty, and the table was not cleaned properly, as shown in the photo.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Needs improvement...
01/11/2025: Had a few meals here. Lunch and dinner. Some excellent lamb chops. My wife had the Gnocchi. Also an excellent Aperol Spritz. The guys are fun. Excellent English.
