Neverland has now become our unwavering go-to for pizza nights at home! Here's why it absolutely deserves 5 stars: The Pizza: Light, digestible dough and top-quality toppings. The pizza arrives hot, fragrant, and crispy, as if freshly baked at the pizzeria. Service and Punctuality: Incredibly precise with their schedules. When they say "8:00 PM," the doorbell rings at 8:00 PM. Such efficiency is truly rare! Friendliness: The staff is gold. From taking your order to delivery, they always welcome you with a smile, a kindness, and a warmth that truly makes the difference. Impeccable service from start to finish. Well done, well done, well done! Highly recommended to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

19/06/2026: Absolutely not-recommended! Very tiny place, it’s impossible to eat inside. Low-quality pizza, not tasty at all! And very-very unfriendly and impolite lady on the cash desk, always on bad mood and with total 0 understanding of hospitality!..

26/11/2025: Booked with TheFork (50%) discount. The quality/price ratio was poor. Unfortunately, the service charge (€3 per person) was a bit cheesy and "overturned" the discount logic. 2 carbonaras and 1 water: €23, of which €9 was just for service and water. The carbonara was salty, and the table was not cleaned properly, as shown in the photo. The staff was friendly and helpful. Needs improvement...

01/11/2025: Had a few meals here. Lunch and dinner. Some excellent lamb chops. My wife had the Gnocchi. Also an excellent Aperol Spritz. The guys are fun. Excellent English.

17/05/2026: A disastrous experience, to say the least. It was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had in a restaurant. The food was awful: dishes served cold, ingredients clearly of poor quality, and flavors completely wrong, as if they had been prepared without any care or expertise. Some dishes were downright inedible. The service was equally embarrassing: inattentive, slow, and unprofessional staff, almost annoyed by the presence of customers. Extremely long waits with no explanation and a complete lack of attention to the table. The value for money is outrageous: high prices for subpar food and terrible service. The place as a whole exudes neglect and poor hygiene. I honestly don't understand how it's still open. A frustrating experience and a complete waste of time and money. I will never return and I strongly advise against it to anyone who wants to eat well and be treated with respect.

13/07/2026: The hotel is in the center of Noto, with a great location, and the rooms are spotless. The hotel is pet-friendly and accepts dogs. Our dog had a great time there. There are, however, a couple of problems with the service that are worth mentioning. There are no common areas in the hotel, and there is no elevator. You have to carry all your luggage up a long staircase to your room by yourself. There is a valet service, but when we arrived he wasn’t on the property and nobody helped us. There is no possibility to have breakfast on the premises, and there is no bar or restaurant. Overall, the property feels more like a guesthouse than a full-service hotel. The staff is not well trained regarding room prices and room classifications. We were travelling as a family, and we ended up in the most expensive room that had originally been reserved for my parents because the receptionist insisted that it was actually the least expensive room according to the hotel’s room classification. The pool is part of the Imperial Suite and is not accessible to other guests. Had we known this beforehand, we would probably have booked that suite ourselves. We were quite disappointed because it was never made clear on their website or on Booking.com that the pool was reserved exclusively for guests staying in the Imperial Suite. This was not made crystal clear, even though the pool is heavily featured in their marketing. Finally, although the rooms are equipped with a coffee machine, coffee capsules and bottled water are charged as extras. Considering the price of the rooms, we found this quite disappointing. It’s a pity because the rooms are really clean and the interior design of some rooms is beautiful. However, the rest of the service needs significant improvement to reach the standard of a regular hotel.

08/03/2026: You're in the center of Noto, with all the amenities close at hand, a very fair price, and super-qualified and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. P.S.: You can ask where you can take boat, bike, or jeep tours; they'll be able to advise you.

23/05/2026: I stayed at this property for one night. I arrived around 11:00 PM (I called them and told them I'd be back at that time). I rang the bell, and the staff was even annoyed because they were resting...let's forget it. I checked into my room, and there was a group of kids on the floor who made a racket until 4:30 AM. Even though I and other guests who were there went to reception, they couldn't do anything, and they said they were fine (we always have these guests)....I spent a night awake. The rooms aren't clean; the bedside tables are dusty, and the room is from the 1990s. The air conditioning doesn't work; in short, just the bed. I don't recommend staying there.

12/05/2026: I'm a teacher, and we had a great time with my class. Mr. Max, the manager, is a wonderful and helpful person. The hotel has an added bonus: an outdoor courtyard for students to relax in. In addition to the scattered sofas, there's also a ping pong table. Excellent experience.

17/06/2026: Exceptional street food. Well-made sandwiches with quality ingredients. Impeccably clean, and the owners are very committed. Although a little more expensive than others, it's definitely worth it. Recommended.

28/10/2025: I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. I'd like to point out that the setup with Mrs. Cettina and the staff deserve 5 stars, but my experience with whoever currently manages Villa Cassandra was terrible.

16/10/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to give it one star, if not less. I've been ordering from this place forever, but recently I've noticed a decline in quality. Every time—and I mean every time—I order, the restaurant changes or removes ingredients without any kind of communication (e.g., the cutlet instead of the classic Poldo chicken, or a Professore without mushrooms, etc.). The fries are cold and of lower quality than before, a salmon sandwich with two meager slices of salmon... In short, terrible value for money. It's a shame because it used to be one of the best.

20/09/2025: I STRONGLY RECOMMEND LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS NOT TO SET FOOT HERE. I went to a place I've been going to for years. I ordered, and after almost 40 minutes of waiting, they realized they'd lost my order, and with a huff, they took it back without even listening. Later, after they'd delivered the sandwiches and were leaving, I realized one was missing. Instead of apologizing in every way, they huffed and puffed and complained to the kitchen. I asked the owner to come out to apologize, and he almost wanted to punch me just because I was so upset. I think the old owner, "Paolo," would have sent everyone home if he'd seen a scene like that. A loyal customer since the old location, but after this, they lost an entire family of customers.

25/12/2025: The food was average. I had the pizza siracusa, which included canned anchovies, chicken breast, and sun-dried cherry tomatoes. The crust was chewy and nice, but it was way too salty—far too salty! I had to refill my teacup. The waiter was very helpful, noticing my needs at appropriate times without asking too many questions. The lighting in my seat was poor, making it unsuitable for eating. The drinks were okay, but the coffee was terrible. The prices were typical tourist rates.

03/12/2025: Warning!!! Credit card fraud during a car rental at the hotel. We were on vacation at this hotel from August 29th to September 6th, 2025. The rental agent took a photo of both sides of our credit card for the security deposit, and today (December 3rd, 2025), three months later, there was a charge of €106 from a car rental company (even though we paid for the rental that same day). Be extremely vigilant!

11/11/2025: The hotel is very run-down. The balconies look like they're about to collapse, the repairs in the rooms are shoddy, the soundproofing is nonexistent, and the bedding is terrible: the mattress springs dig into your ribs. Otherwise, the room was clean. The entertainment team was friendly. The all-you-can-eat buffet was very mediocre: a cold buffet and a hot buffet, but ultimately the same thing every day, lunch and dinner for a week. The quality was very poor, and there was little to no dessert offered. Excursions were expensive and unguided. We did find some nice people to laugh with about our woes with the hotel, but this experience left a really bitter taste.
