"On the road to Portopalo di Capo Passero, I searched for a restaurant on Google, and Pagine Gialle immediately directed me to La Taverna dei due mari, at Via Maucini, 65. I discovered a casual, authentic place, typical of a family of fishermen, and I sat down at their table to savor the scent of the Mediterranean. Maurizio and Maria are truly excellent!"

11/07/2026: I've eaten at many places, but I have to say that this is something else entirely. Besides the location, which is very similar to the Spanish Quarters of Naples, the pizza was exceptional, very similar to Neapolitan pizza: well-seasoned, with a light dough and expert leavening. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to every request, not to mention the price we paid for three people was really low. We'll definitely see you soon. PS: The table in the center of the square was TOP.
