We went in the afternoon with a big group. We ate outside. Tables with tablecloths - a restaurant, regular ones - a bar. Coffee - delicious. Interesting detail - we ordered a cappuccino, and then another. We got different tastes. We ate pies, we liked them. Perhaps there are nuances with the food in the restaurant, but we did not order. We had a positive experience.

The lemon granita was delicious. However, the service was very slow, and to make matters worse, they charged a 20% service fee when you paid!

03/10/2025: Strolling Ortigia we wanted lunch but not a restaurant meal. This central café was perfect for arancini regular, spinach and cheese sfoglia, 2x cannoli & 2x juice drinks. Quick service with a smile, we ate at an outside table. Tasty food. Total cost €23 for 2 of us. Recommended. (Note - We had started eating the cannoli before taking the photo.)
