11/07/2024: Very bad. I am speechless . I understand that you don't offer fresh pasta, but a horrendous "cuisine" which, among other things, isn't cuisine, I don't understand this. Two plates of industrial ravioli, the RAGÙ Bolognese sauce which is the pre-cooked canned one from the supermarket. Baked potatoes are boiled potatoes stripped of any flavor and reheated in the oven. They are at most a bar but definitely not a restaurant, run away if you want to eat.

03/09/2024: Hello. I stayed in this hotel for a week: August 27-September 3, 2024. I'll try to be brief: All inclusive for the undemanding. Unfortunately, the toilet smells bad in the room. Coffee only from a pot prepared in advance. You have to pay to drink from an espresso machine. In a country famous for coffee. Just SHAME. Cabaret animation begins with offending religious feelings. Embarrassing. Sandy beach with gently shelving beach. You won't drink Campari, Crodino or Aperol before a meal. All inclusive does not include if you want it you have to pay extra. Noisy on the beach. Sometimes music from two places at once. You can't hear your thoughts The hotel deserves 3 stars nothing more

03/08/2024: We have been coming to this hotel every summer for 9 years now, we have always had a great time with the impeccable beach service and its wonderful location. The entertainment group led by Saverio and the mini club by Antonella make an even greater difference, as they always take care of our three 9-5-3 year old children with care and empathy. The only negative thing is the crying of our children every time the week at their home ends and we start again ❤️🥹 but as has happened for nine years we always make an appointment for the other year always hoping to find the same entertainment and same staff this year ❤️❤️

14/01/2024: Defrosted and seasoned sandwiches, ready-made and pre-cooked paella with absolutely no flavor and even a bad aftertaste... absolutely not recommended!

04/01/2024: I've been going to 100 since I was a kid, yesterday I decided to go back (taking advantage of Wednesdays when sandwiches cost €1) and I found a surprise: sandwiches all for €2, but with the excuse that they are bigger (when in fact they are the same sandwiches small but elongated. Not to mention the miserable quantity. A strip of chicken and 70kg of terrible salmon (today I was in the bathroom 3 times), very cold tacos and above all that sad mini burger sandwiches for €1 but you still paid €2. I know that these directives do not depend on them but on 100 themselves, in fact I don't blame the staff for the price. I advise you to check the quantities on the sandwiches and above all, don't give people things that are clearly taken from the fridge. For God's sake at least heat them up in the microwave to make us look better. Moral of the story, I will never come back from 100 again, I'm sorry, but you have lost not 1 but 6 customers who think the same way.

14/06/2024: Terrible place, we went to eat and ordered, there were 5 of us, two children didn't eat anything. The other three people, 2 people ate 4 wedges which aren't even a whole pizza and the other took 4 pieces of focaccia. We were paying and they made the two children who didn't eat anything pay 7 l each, it's a shame they didn't get anything and they pay well then for 4 slices of pizza they charged 14 euros, not even if I had done a pizza tour you didn't even deserve it one star for the person who paid and felt the solids were stolen well I've never seen a place like this where they charge even if you dirtied your plate and the chips which were very small they charged you 7 euros and it's an incredible thing well you didn't deserve it not even a star.

27/07/2024: We tasted the hummus and the bruschetta, we found everything really excellent, you can feel that the products are very fresh. We also asked for two salads and, although they were not on the menu, the staff proved to be very helpful in satisfying our requests. Absolutely recommended!

22/07/2024: We ordered two 7 euro menus. But the price should not imply a poor lunch and unfortunately in this case, it did. Letuce was not fresh at all, with some of its leaves completely rotten. The rice pancake was soggy and difficult to eat because of the hot ratatouille spread over it. And the sauces were too hot for our taste, without any previous warning from the waiter. Overall, a bad first experience in Ortigia, which was improved visiting some of the excellent restaurants one can find here.

02/12/2023: I'LL START BY SAYING THAT THE PIZZA SENSES SALT, THE SAUCE CAN'T BE TELLED AND EVEN THE CHEESE AND HAM, THEN I DON'T KNOW HOW THE HELL YOU DO ADD A LARGE COCA COLA FOR €5 WHICH IF I TAKE IT ELSEWHERE IT COSTS €2.50 THEN THE PIZZA DOUGH IS NOT LEAVENED AND IT DOESN'T TASTE OF ANYTHING, PLUS THE CHIPS LOOK OLD AND IT'S ALSO RANCID, I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PIZZERIA AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT I WOULDN'T EVEN SEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY

03/08/2024: I'm sorry to say it but a truly uncommentable experience, very long waits for no reason given that there weren't many other seats, very little choice of food menu, overcooked pasta and small portions. I give two stars to the service for the kindness and availability of the waitress who also seemed to be in difficulty but an experience truly not to be repeated, for my gluten-free pasta I waited more than an hour and a half and it arrived when the others had finished eating for a while, really unpleasant. Not even cheap for the poor quality

25/08/2024: Nicely air conditioned supermarket with good choice of fresh produce, meat and fish. Good selection of other products including charcoal.

07/07/2024: You need to check the expiry dates of the products, several times I have found some beyond the date, even with mold (it happened to me with packaged bread and grated cheese). The staff is not too courteous, it depends on some, others decidedly less so. They don't respect opening and closing times, it's easy to arrive 10-15 minutes before closing and find it closed. I understand that people then make them late, but since it is also an Amazon locker, access to the locker must be guaranteed until the indicated time.

03/08/2024: L'accueil est sympathique, l'endroit calme. Les assiettes sont bien présentées mais la quantité n'y est pas. Pour une personne, une addition à 50 € avec un sentiment de trop peu. Dommage....

21/08/2024: If it weren't for the chaotic service I could have added a couple of stars, but with the few people around in August and seeing 5 people behind the counter who almost seemed to be taking in each other and for luckily when the fifth one arrived with a little more authority (the clean-shaven young man) he seemed to straighten out the situation because we didn't get along well with the old man at the checkout. My wife was told to order and then pay us they were bringing breakfast, while some of their acquaintances arrived and sat down to take their order. Alright
