14/02/2026: I arrive at 8:55 PM, and they come to the table to order at 9:45 PM after I've called them repeatedly. I order a pizzolo with chicken at 9:45 PM, but they arrive while the pizzas are being served at 11 PM, saying the chicken is out of stock. I quickly choose another one, which still hasn't arrived after half an hour. Everyone's finished eating, and I'm not even hungry anymore. Shame on you. Don't go.

16/10/2025: Went there with nine people Paid €181 bill The food was damn bad I could have done better Lousy mussels, filled with stones and sand Pasta not al dente, but rock hard Beef steak was impossible to chew, impossible to swallow, really badly made Service as if they were robots No idea about waiters The chef has no idea about cooking Simply terrible, never again and I advise everyone not to go there. Find something on the main street instead. You won't be happy in this place.

26/04/2026: They've recently changed management and renovated the place. I went for pizza. The pizzeria is tiny with just a few tables; the larger dining room and the garden are only used for events. The wait was incredibly long, prompting apologies from the waiters at the few tables. The pizza had tons of tomato sauce and a very thick layer of decent-quality mozzarella, but little toppings on top.

16/04/2026: A quiet and elegant place...for an evening with family or friends...helpful and polite staff. Excellent pizza.

15/04/2026: I was very satisfied: excellent takeout pizzeria, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are made with a light dough and quality ingredients, and the menu is also excellent, with a wide variety of sandwiches and piadinas. It's definitely a place I'll return to and I recommend it to anyone looking for a pizza or sandwich without spending too much.

09/04/2026: Truly exceptional street food in Marzamemi! Everything is delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. There's also a games room with a bowling alley, perfect for fun with friends, and a dessert area where they make crepes, soft yogurt, and many other delicious treats. Fast service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a complete evening of good food and fun!

20/05/2026: Unfortunately, really not good. I'm torn between 2 or 3 stars. But the sanitary facilities weren't cleaned once in two days and were, to put it mildly, disgusting. The campsite itself is really nice, but it was badly damaged by the storm. I'm very sorry about that, and I fully understand that setting things up takes time. But then dirty toilets and extremely expensive for what you get. Very disappointing. I hope this otherwise lovely campsite gets some more attention.

19/05/2026: The pitches were very nice and the grounds were very well-maintained with lots of beautiful plants. The reception staff were incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were very dirty. A hot shower was only available with coins. Given the price of the pitch, this should have been included. The access road was very narrow. A large portion of the beach's embankment had broken away, making the beach quite unsightly. We wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one night.

18/04/2026: Charged 1 euro service fee for a cup of coffee?? Ended up with 3 euro cappuccino, wasn’t great- foam was off and too much milk

27/04/2026: Besides the delicious food, it felt like being at a friend's house.

02/12/2025: A very cozy cafe in the city center. Good coffee and drinks. Lots of locals visit.

30/03/2026: Excellent value for money with exceptional ingredients. Try the pistachio and cream-covered concepts.

16/11/2025: Although it's still outdone by a few locals, the place has now lost all semblance of authenticity. The "Palazzolo wild boar" tasted like banal pork, and the €14 appetizer "for two" was clearly a single portion. I'd say we've quenched our curiosity: they'll never see us again.

16/11/2025: We ordered the grilled wild boar. The sausage was drowned in red wine, and the ribs were pork (even though the menu specified all wild boar). We asked the waiters about the nature of the meat, and they reiterated that it was all wild boar. I doubt we'll be back.

24/08/2025: Very disappointed. We sat down and the place wasn't crowded. They gave us a table, which they set up with glasses and cutlery only after bringing water and cola. After a very long wait, only my boyfriend's pizza arrived. Mine didn't arrive, so we asked what had happened... it had been forgotten. The quality of the food wasn't great; the pizzas were small and had very few toppings, but above all, they were expensive. The guy taking our order talked to us as if we'd known each other forever. I wouldn't recommend it. It's a shame because the location is beautiful, and so is the point.

21/08/2025: First, I received a dirty beer glass. Luckily, the beer came in a bottle, so it was noticed. My pizza was good. My friend's pasta dish, unfortunately, was bland and not very good overall. My buddy ordered a vegetarian calzone. We arrived just as the restaurant opened. Ten minutes after ordering, he was told they were out of spinach. He then had to order something else. He chose a Pizza Capricosa. Unfortunately, it didn't have artichokes, olives, or salami. Just ham, egg, and mushrooms. Conclusion: Not recommended.

14/05/2026: Burnt pizzas, are we serious? Mozzarella was just thrown in, the pizza was dry.

26/12/2025: The pizza arrived twenty minutes late, and the pistachio pesto tasted like dog food with some intestinal issues. It arrived without chips, even though we told them to add them. My friends' pizzas, which had chips, lacked salt and were even raw. The Snow White pizza was half the size of a regular pizza.

22/12/2025: This place doesn't allow dogs. They banned me!! I wonder.... do these places still exist in 2025? Highly not recommended for anyone looking to spend an evening with their furry friend.

27/05/2026: Visited here a few years ago and the food was excellent... Today was very dissapointing. I had Octopus salad and the fried fish. Octopus salad was the worst I have had in Sicily and I have had it probably 50 times then came the fried fish that was also a big dissapointment. My wife had fish ravioli that she said was good, but the Swordfish dish was also dissapointing. The are a lot of flies and it does not seem that they are doing anything to deter them, I understand it is an outside setting and it is the start of summer, but at least offer guests some insect repellent or other means of controlling them. Apart from the flies the food was the biggest disappointment. My wife is a local (Sicilian) and she was also disgusted with the quality of the food. Sad because the location is really nice and we did enjoy our previous visits. Cost was 72 Euro that I think is fair if the food was up to previous quality and presentation. I am afraid it has perhaps become a bit of a tourist trap, which is really sad as the beach and setting deserve better.

26/05/2026: We ordered three glasses of pomegranate juice. They all tasted different, and only one of them actually tasted like pomegranate juice.

26/03/2026: Large but slightly dated hotel. Spacious room with all the comforts. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent base for business.

24/03/2026: People in the area speak very highly of it, and besides, you're outside of that chaos called Ortigia. It's a bit out of the way from the center, but you can get there in a flash by public transport.

24/11/2025: Terrible... extremely slow service. There was no one at the cash register because they were alternating between the kitchen and the cash register. Then there is no table service. Furthermore, I cleared the customer's table first to eat with my family... People didn't clear the table because the garbage bins were very full and there was no space... Naturally, since they don't have staff, they do everything and more and the food is terrible, it is cooked very quickly... (I wanted to add this parenthesis by editing the post this morning because during the night my daughter vomited... congratulations to all the staff)

09/11/2025: The lack of staff is making itself felt, not to mention the fact that the current staff are rude and unprofessional.
