07/11/2025: The best catering I've ever served on a production I've worked on. Food served quickly, the last ones to arrive had more choices than the first ones, generous portions, and always two bottles of water or a Coke larger than the ones in the vending machine. I hope it remains the most used by production companies. OBVIOUSLY IT'S THE OPPOSITE, BUT IF I DIDN'T FIX IT, THE ALGORITHM WOULD NOT HAVE RELEASED IT.

26/10/2025: We chose Seby for our wedding and were completely satisfied. He carefully listened to our needs and proposed a menu that perfectly reflected the style of the event. The food was excellent—the aperitif corner, the buffet corner, and the lunch—all excellent, with delicious and carefully presented dishes, and our guests complimented the quality. The organization was impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the staff was always friendly and smiling. Carmen, one of a kind, handled everything with great professionalism. A special thanks to Micieli Catering for making the day even more special. Highly recommended!

04/01/2026: The room was perfect: spacious, clean, and comfortable. The dinner was truly lacking, and we were assigned a table right next to a sliding door, which made it very cold. After considerable effort, they moved us. There was no entertainment, and no room to dance. They made what was supposed to be a festive evening a bit of a disappointment. The next day's menu was even set up outside, so we could have eaten inside. There were no amenities. The wellness center's pool was visibly moldy around the edges, and they provided us with a towel and cloth slippers, which, of course, quickly became soaked and cold. I believe the facility is not suitable for winter events, as you have to walk through outdoor spaces to reach the restaurant and spa. The food, overall, was of average-to-low quality and craftsmanship. Ultimately, I believe that, despite the great efforts of the head waiter and staff, the outcome was far from satisfactory.

02/01/2026: Perfect New Year's Eve, well-organized!! 5 stars for the staff (very kind, competent, and courteous). The rest doesn't deserve 5 stars, so I'll give it 4.

31/07/2025: I expected more... well-kept hotel... 2 nice pools but no entertainment or a lifeguard... plus on the lawn by the pool there are ants, the red ones that bite and swell you worse than mosquitoes... at least I'm speaking for myself who had to resort to a cortisone cream... no catering... a challenge for lunch since everything in the surrounding area was closed... what can I say... shame... a hotel with great potential... but I definitely won't be returning...

04/08/2025: Small but cozy bar, with friendly and helpful staff. The granitas are really good, but the brioches have a different flavor than the traditional ones (perhaps they're made with more eggs), and you may or may not like them. The only thing to keep in mind is that, being a small place, it's often crowded. When it came to the bill, there was a bit of a mix-up with a separate payment for a granita, which was still charged. The payment had already been made by card, so we let it slide, but a little more attention would have been appreciated.

14/06/2025: €4.50 for a granita and a brioche seems like an absurd price to me, given the quality of the granita which barely smelled of almond, my impression obviously If you say €3.70 then the girl made a mistake

13/09/2025: I've never eaten anything so good. I ordered breaded swordfish with citrus fruits and caponata, which was truly delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming with a sea view. I give it the highest rating and absolutely recommend it.

31/10/2025: I regret having to write this review because the waiter served us very well, but today my mother and I went for breakfast and when it came time to pay, the man was incredibly rude to us simply for wanting to pay by card. This is the first time this has happened to me in all of Avola, and it's a shame that such a lovely place is ruined by someone who is always in a bad mood and treats customers poorly.
