06/08/2026: A supermarket and restaurant specializing in high-quality ingredients. It is hard to find a better place in Syracuse to enjoy a meal in a clean, air-conditioned environment. The food is also above average. For reference, the restaurant is only open for lunch, which is nice because it isn't crowded. You can have lunch here and then go shopping, or shop at Maxi Deco in the building right behind it.

25/07/2026: Fantastic experience! I tried the chocolate and strawberry flavors: the chocolate had a real, intense, and deep cocoa flavor, while the strawberry was incredibly fresh and natural. My compliments to the staff for their kindness and the extremely high artisanal quality!

16/08/2026: Melted granita, a cold piece of deli pastry (puff pastry) from the fridge, served hot water. They didn't flinch when we complained; they seemed accustomed to low quality.

13/05/2026: I visited this kiosk for lunch, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. The selection was very limited because most of the items on the menu weren't available. Furthermore, the counter assistant was more busy talking than assisting customers with their orders, paying little attention to service. I also noticed little attention to hygiene, as he prepared the food without gloves. Unfortunately, shortly after lunch, I felt unwell. I hope they can improve both their organization and customer service.

05/08/2026: I just canceled a spot because I was prohibited, against the law, from bringing food or drinks except for a single bottle of water. I understand the policy of selling and making money, but there's no need to be so drastic. The beach is public property (regulated by Article 822 of the Civil Code). The manager has a concession to offer services, but not exclusive ownership or a monopoly on catering under the umbrella.

28/06/2026: If you have to take people, explain how it works, they say that Pizzolo horse meat only has cheese and then it's full of onion and tomato and then 4 chips 25€ and then horse meat is not just a name, it's normal meat.

19/06/2026: A friend of mine and I ordered a pizzolo, listing the various ingredients from a list previously made privately. We noticed a flaw in their assortment of sauces, which didn't have the one we requested. We decided to continue anyway. A normal-sized pizzolo cost 22 euros. When we got home, we noticed that lettuce was missing from the ingredients. When we called, they told us it was our mistake for not having mentioned it beforehand (more likely, that we hadn't told them anything). (There were two of us in front of them, testifying that we wanted the pizzolo with lettuce. 😂) So I decided to end the discussion, and once I got to the third slice of the pizzolo, I found myself with a piece of chicken bone. I'm not sure if the photos show the size of this piece. (But for the price, it doesn't even have full edges, huh?) It's flawed in many ways: quantity of ingredients value for money excessive price disregard for the products produced rudeness of the clerk I'm giving it 1 star and not 2 because of the lying clerk; I don't accept disrespect. (I'm adding a note at the end of the review because I forgot to mention that we asked for the Swiss cheese at the bottom to help it melt better; they put it on top, not listening to our request, and in fact, it didn't melt at all.)

13/06/2026: I was attending a pizza-themed birthday party, and we had reported my lactose intolerance (as had other people in the group) in advance. We were assured over the phone that there would be no problems. Once we arrived, however, we were informed that they didn't have lactose-free mozzarella, despite having previously notified us. So we looked for an alternative, choosing a pizza with Emmental cheese from the menu. Initially, we were told it was fine, but then returned shortly afterward to inform us that that wasn't available either. In 2026, you're neither sensitive to intolerances nor customer-focused in general.

26/04/2026: I met this place during an 18th birthday party. Cute and pleasant atmosphere.

14/02/2026: I arrive at 8:55 PM, and they come to the table to order at 9:45 PM after I've called them repeatedly. I order a pizzolo with chicken at 9:45 PM, but they arrive while the pizzas are being served at 11 PM, saying the chicken is out of stock. I quickly choose another one, which still hasn't arrived after half an hour. Everyone's finished eating, and I'm not even hungry anymore. Shame on you. Don't go.

16/10/2025: Went there with nine people Paid €181 bill The food was damn bad I could have done better Lousy mussels, filled with stones and sand Pasta not al dente, but rock hard Beef steak was impossible to chew, impossible to swallow, really badly made Service as if they were robots No idea about waiters The chef has no idea about cooking Simply terrible, never again and I advise everyone not to go there. Find something on the main street instead. You won't be happy in this place.
