25/07/2025: Io e la mia amica durante il nostro soggiorno a Marzamemi, ci siamo rilassate in riva al mare ordinando 2 birre Messina, 1 porzione di fritto misto (veramente abbondante) e 1 porzione di patatine fritte. Spesa totale € 47. Il locale è veramente carino e regala un bellissimo tramonto.

24/07/2025: Cucina pessima per giunta a prezzi assolutamente inadeguati alla qualità..non c'è altro da dire, il servizio cortese e celere, ma non basta.

16/10/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to give it one star, if not less. I've been ordering from this place forever, but recently I've noticed a decline in quality. Every time—and I mean every time—I order, the restaurant changes or removes ingredients without any kind of communication (e.g., the cutlet instead of the classic Poldo chicken, or a Professore without mushrooms, etc.). The fries are cold and of lower quality than before, a salmon sandwich with two meager slices of salmon... In short, terrible value for money. It's a shame because it used to be one of the best.

20/09/2025: I STRONGLY RECOMMEND LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS NOT TO SET FOOT HERE. I went to a place I've been going to for years. I ordered, and after almost 40 minutes of waiting, they realized they'd lost my order, and with a huff, they took it back without even listening. Later, after they'd delivered the sandwiches and were leaving, I realized one was missing. Instead of apologizing in every way, they huffed and puffed and complained to the kitchen. I asked the owner to come out to apologize, and he almost wanted to punch me just because I was so upset. I think the old owner, "Paolo," would have sent everyone home if he'd seen a scene like that. A loyal customer since the old location, but after this, they lost an entire family of customers.

12/10/2025: The bread is good and there is a lot of variety, the rotisserie and the hot food are excellent, the desserts are also worth a try

12/07/2025: To forget. I booked a banquet for 50 people well in advance, choosing it specifically for the beauty of the exterior. Three days before the event, I was moved to another area of the villa due to the addition of other guests to another event on the same day. I accepted, understanding the situation. The very morning of my event, I received a call to inform me that over 100 people had been added to the other event and that I would no longer be able to use the exterior. This forced me to move entirely to a venue with no exterior and completely different from the vision I had envisioned for my event, which had been organized down to the last detail. You can imagine the stress, anger, and frustration I faced on a day that was supposed to be one of celebration and serenity. I've never seen or heard anyone tell me they had to change venues or even days (because I was even advised to change days, but the reason was my own, not theirs!), despite booking well in advance, giving priority to another event with more people, and completely ignoring the requests we had agreed upon from the start. Moral of the story: at 1:00 PM that same day, I had to completely reorganize an event elsewhere.

27/05/2025: Stopped for a quick lunch. Cold arancini and tasteless bruschetta . Try ‘a putia’ around the corner for far superior bruschetta and much cheaper. Waitress forgot the coffee - it wasn’t added to the bill.

03/05/2025: Unfortunately we didn't like it, neither the price for what we got nor the service. Furthermore, with the three aperitif cocktails we had, we were not brought anything to eat and for the price spent (an average of €8 per drink), as well as for the type of drink taken, we thought it was logical to have. Patience!

21/10/2025: A beautifully landscaped campsite with beautiful trees and shrubs that are meticulously maintained. The sanitary facilities look very luxurious, but some repairs/maintenance are needed here and there. There's a lovely beach, which looked a bit messy this October. Two large plastic containers were left near the entrance, and there were decaying plywood sheets on the beach. If they were cleaned up, it would greatly improve the overall experience. It was a good base for visiting Syracuse (a great city, and although touristy, it has a nice "spirit") and Noto (beautiful but with less "spirit").

17/10/2025: An extremely unfriendly reception. We arrived with our two small children between 7 and 8 p.m. The owner acted as if we were going to wake him up at 3 a.m. and sent us away, gesticulating wildly and cursing us in Italian. It was a blessing in disguise, because all the campers we encountered later advised us to avoid this place.

23/10/2025: Not the best, the rooms are really clean and that's not to be taken for granted

14/07/2025: Chosen to spend a night after the show at the Greek Theater. Excellent location and ample parking. Friendly and professional staff offering advice and directions. The structure is a bit dated and could use some updating.

07/10/2025: Wide selection of croissants and desserts, all excellent. Pino and Luca, always wonderful people.

18/06/2025: Calidad de la comida enlatada. El vino estaba bien. El pescado no estaba muy fresco y no estaba bien cocinado. No se recomienda. El vino era bueno. Servicio bien

10/05/2025: I ragazzi sono simpatici e super accoglienti! Il posto è dentro al mercato, piccolino ma con tavolini e sedie comode. Il pesce è freschissimo, c’è una scelta abbondante in base al pescato del giorno. Veramente consigliato! Se volete mangiare pesce fresco, bere un bicchiere di vino e assaporare l’aria di mare e l’atmosfera del mercato, è il posto che fa per voi! :)

18/10/2025: Very nice palce but very isolated. We planed tovisit Siracusa and thought it was near by, but it takes 30min each way to Siracusa. The atmosphere is nice but too far no much visitors and we felt like we dropped in the midle of nowhere. The facility is excelent for people that would like to rest. It wasn't our case.

11/10/2025: This place must be fantastic, but it's currently lacking. The day I stayed there was a storm, and there was no cell phone coverage or Wi-Fi in the room. And there were some bugs in the room. It's a shame because the room was huge, very well-equipped, and spacious.

06/07/2025: Assolutamente da non prendere le linguine al gambero rosso. Ci siamo ritrovate con una pasta scarsa, con pochi gamberetti in stile surgelato che non avevano nulla a che vedere col gambero rosso di Mazara. Trappola per turisti

05/07/2025: Convinti delle recensioni piuttosto positive prenotiamo in questo ristorante che effettivamente è situato in posizione strategica e molto bella ma gli aspetti positivi finiscono qui! Servizio molto lento anche se presenti parecchie cameriere. Abbiamo dovuto attendere per avere l’acqua successivamente per avere il vino e le pietanze. Il primo è arrivato quando avevamo ancora i piatti dell’antipasto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo: abbastanza buono l’antipasto “di Ercole” mentre i primi assolutamente no. Le busiate allo scoglio erano brodose, il pesce volendo c’era ma cucinato così è uno spreco. Le busiate alle sarde molto forti di sapore, non le ho apprezzate. Prezzo direi non adeguato2 antipasti, 3 primi, mezzo litro di vino della casa 111 euro.

12/10/2025: The only multiplex in Syracuse, now a bit dated. It would be desirable to replace the seats.

27/09/2025: The theater was clean and the staff were friendly. It's a shame the movie started so late, and no one said anything to the kids who were chatting and disrupting the entire movie.

16/04/2025: This place is to be absolutely avoided. Neglected and very dirty environment. Just look at the state of the chairs. Children's area that hasn't been cleaned for months. Rude owners and staff. Never again. Very sad evening. Don't go.

27/03/2025: I had a wonderful evening with a pizza tour that was nothing short of exceptional: rich, tasty, and delicious. Impeccable service. The place was spotless, and after this first time, I'll gladly return. I recommend it to everyone.

12/03/2025: We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I don't understand it at all. The service was bored and disinterested; Sicilian specialties were basically out of stock. A wet plate with wet salt packets arrived at the table without comment, along with bread and half a bottle of oil. I would have liked to order olives and a piece of pecorino, as the bread was fresh and delicious. The waiter didn't even look at us, even though we were the only guests, along with two others. A simple insalata mista for €10 consisted of a shallow dessert plate, just as shallowly filled. On top, some iceberg lettuce and some radiccio. The main course, touristy calamari fritti, was OK, but overpriced for its quantity and simplicity. It's a shame; with more interest in the customer, some of these mistakes could have been overlooked. And we would have gladly paid extra for the dolce vita, if we had had the money!
