09/09/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserved it. Since it was renovated and reopened (or changed management, who knows), the staff service has been seriously lacking. The cashier should be avoided like the plague, twice, so it's not a fluke. If you don't like interacting with the public, change your job, because you'll make people shy away!

10/06/2025: First of all, because of the lower rating: The service is super nice and helpful! I had a drink and had a nice time. The food, however, in my opinion is poor. Italy sets certain standards for the quality of pizza and in my opinion these were not met. I did not try any other food from the menu. If you are passing through, I recommend having a beer for the atmosphere but eating a meal somewhere else.

02/09/2025: The only slightly positive thing was the food. Sluggish service, not a single person smiling. Discolored glasses at the table, orders forgotten without any excuse.

29/08/2025: I ordered a cake, explaining all the details, colors, and decorations several times. Despite repeating this, the cake wasn't made as I'd requested. Many details were missing, and the colors were different than requested. I expected more!

17/08/2025: A beautiful old farmhouse just outside the fabulous town of Avola. However, the service is poor, and instead of leaving a tip, you'll feel like leaving—assuming you arrive for dinner before midnight. There's no point in making a reservation for 9:00 PM; it's better to book for lunch and go for dinner; you might be served on time. Assuming they bring you what you ordered.

20/10/2025: The ambiance seemed cheap, but we wanted to give the restaurant a try nonetheless. Unfortunately, the food was completely underwhelming, and I can only agree with the previous comment that restaurants like this are the reason why people don't like going to vegan restaurants. We paid almost €30 for a meal that was absolutely inedible. My boyfriend still ate it (except for the soggy fries) because we didn't want to throw away any food, and we'd have to pay for it anyway. My boyfriend also personally gave the owner a shout-out after paying, and he told us that everyone else had enjoyed it and we were the only ones complaining... A vegan alternative in Syracuse is MOON. We didn't eat there, but the place made a very good first impression. We also got vegan arancini from PASTA RUN afterward. These are also highly recommended! :)

21/08/2025: Spectacular service by staff and kitchen. Very good food, great wine and impeccable service. Best option (outside the tourist area ) of Ortigia.

27/06/2025: Overpriced. The first set of food was served very quickly, but we waited more than an hour for a burger. When I asked for takeaway because I wasn't hungry anymore after that much time, we waited 15 minutes more and it was still not done. In the end I had to insist on paying cause we just wanted to go home, and they didn't want to give us the bill before food. After more insisting, I finally paid so I could go home (they didn't charge the burger tho). I understand that mistakes happen, but this is not the way to handle them. They could just tell us that miscommunication happened between the waiter and the kitchen and ask if we still want it, we would say no, pay what we have until then, and it will be fine. Overall, a very exhausting experience.
