12/01/2026: Absolutely nothing to say. I've been frequenting the bar for personal reasons since I was a boy, living in the area. Now that I'm a salesman with my own assigned area, I always stop by for something good to eat or a coffee. It's ideal, given the healthy atmosphere, with tables well spaced and somewhat private, for a quick negotiation with a client or to meet with my manager from Catania, who can't believe that even in Floridia, my hometown, there are bars and pastry shops like this where you can eat well, both for work and personal reasons. On Sundays, when I visit my relatives, I have to come and get a tray of pastries.
07/01/2026: Bad experience, I sit at the table and I have to take my order with the tray at the counter because it is not served at the table!

28/12/2025: First time ever, a few days ago we went in for a coffee ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ at 6:00 in the morning.
The music was so loud, Caribbean-style, we could barely speak.
The bartender was unpolite and didn't smile at all ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ which is very important for new customers.
The quality of the pastries and deli food was certainly evident, but I prefer good service and a relaxed atmosphere. After all, it's not a nightclub!!!!

13/12/2025: This delicatessen offers a wide variety of dishes, all well-cooked and made with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is clean and tidy. They also have outdoor seating. I found the baked pasta very good.

22/10/2025: Fontane Bianche is a charming place dear to me, one I've been frequenting regularly for over 50 years. I come from Catania specifically to enjoy the delicious ice creams and famous granitas at the legendary El Cubano bar, and the excellent pizzas and dishes at the characteristic former
Cubano Tenda. I hope to continue doing so for at least another 50 years.

19/07/2025: Pochi piatti ma cucinati con dovizia, ho riassaporato i sapori della nonna... Servizio sufficiente, la location lascia molto a desiderare, specialmente per la zona dove è situato il locale, sicuramente non turistica.
18/07/2025: Nos encontramos con este restaurante que está en Ortigia, justo al lado de las calles principales pero con vistas al mar. Fue realmente excelente. No turístico. Genuinamente bien cocinado y comida local súper fresca. Me comí el especial de pez espada y mi marido tenía el especial de atún que dijo que era la mejor melodía que había comido. Sobresaliente. Personal encantador y bien informado. Buen Inglés hablado.

06/09/2025: I had one of the best pizzas here. They have so many other equally delicious treats, all worth trying. The ladies behind the counter are truly kind. We ate in, and there's always a lot of people who order takeout, too, which is a great sign of the quality!
20/08/2025: I often visit this place for takeout pizza and rotisserie, and it never disappoints. The quality is always excellent: light, easily digestible dough, and truly well-balanced flavors. The combinations are original and incredibly flavorful. One aspect I really appreciate is the attention paid to non-meat eaters: there are excellent non-meat alternatives. This is a truly worthwhile stop, both for the quality of the products and the care with which they are prepared.

23/11/2025: We had a family gathering for lunch, and a local relative decided to choose this restaurant. Very good, with generous portions. The ricotta is homemade, so you can taste it's truly artisanal. Highly recommended.

Areas for improvement: make it easier to cast to the TV in the room and check the shower trays to ensure they are not so slippery.
20/02/2026: They didn't warn us that the terrace was closed and under construction.
The restaurant was also closed.

20/11/2025: The photos speak for themselves: old, smelly raw meat on a non-existent but paid-for Philadelphia base.
This is the second time it's happened, when the first time we almost got beaten up for our complaints.
This time I wanted to write a review to stop these people who, in addition to giving away leftover food, verbally assault customers.
Rude people, especially the owner, who verbally abused me because a few days earlier I refused the end of the mortadella for a sandwich.
I will never set foot in this bakery again, and I hope others do the same.
