Briganti Cesario In Sortino

Last night we ordered three Pizzoli and a pizza from this pizzeria... and we can say without exaggeration: a spectacular experience. You can immediately taste the difference of a real wood-fired oven, with a light, tasty dough, and truly made to perfection. The quality of the toppings is incredible: top-quality products and authentic flavors. The horse meat I tasted was simply exquisite... tender, flavorful, one of the best I've ever eaten. We ordered everything to go, and yet it arrived perfect. Furthermore, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, meeting our every need with a smile. The location is certainly not its strong point, nor is the slow service, but the pizzas are excellent, as is the bill.

The pizza and pizzolo are superb. The staff are very friendly.
