30/08/2025: I stayed at the B&B in Porto Palo with my baby and was absolutely thrilled! The rooms were impeccably clean, and every detail was taken care of with care and precision. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was fantastic, with locally sourced ingredients that added a touch of authenticity and freshness to the dishes. The choice to use local products was greatly appreciated. It was a real pleasure to stay at this B&B, which offers everything you could want for a relaxing and authentic vacation. Overall, the B&B offers a high-quality hospitality experience, with an absolutely excellent value. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Porto Palo. We will definitely be back!

03/08/2025: Not far from Portopalo di Capo Passero and about 5 km from Isola delle Correnti and Carratois beach, this charming B&B is nestled in a large private garden. Rosa and Giuseppe, the owners, take care of everything with dedication, professionalism, and love. The property offers separate bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms with ground-floor windows, making it convenient for those with limited mobility. All rooms include a color TV, refrigerator with two bottles of water included, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The bathrooms are equipped with every comfort, including showers, toilets, bidets, sinks, and hairdryers. The taps produce slightly salty, non-potable water. The mattresses are a bit too "orthopedic," and those unaccustomed to sleeping on hard surfaces may find it difficult. Bed linens and towels are provided, changed every three days or upon request. Breakfast, included in the stay, is served outside in the garden under a pleasant canopy, complete with pastries, hot and cold drinks, and savory dishes, all personally prepared by Rosa. The quiet, fenced garden is locked at night with a gate (keys are provided). Parking spaces for five cars are also available in the garden, covered by free beach tarps, which are not always easy to find. The garden also features clotheslines for guest use, which are very convenient and useful for beachgoers who want to dry wet laundry. For those seeking safety, tranquility, and comfort, this B&B is the ideal place.

08/11/2025: Trattoria that offers simple dishes with grilled meat-based second courses, we tried the pork chop and the Palermo-style steak, which were truly excellent and of excellent quality. We were also curious to try the pizza, and I was amazed by the quality and skill of the pizza chef. What can I say? I recommend it, excellent service and quality for the price.

29/10/2025: This morning I decided to give my local café a second chance. As soon as I walked in the door, I approached the counter to browse the sweets, but despite it being only 9:30, the selection was rather limited, and the products didn't seem to be homemade, but rather industrially produced. In front of me were two ladies being served by a waitress, while another, despite being free, preferred to continue chatting and joking instead of attending to the waiting customers. Only after the ladies' service was over was I finally served. The outdoor veranda was completely occupied, with the exception of one free table still cluttered with cups from previous customers. The other tables also had plates and glasses still uncleared, a sign of a certain disorganization. In fact, it seemed that only one waitress was actually doing her job, the same one who then brought my breakfast to my table and politely apologized for the mess. Overall, breakfast was decent but nothing exceptional or memorable. Given the overall experience, I don't think I'll return, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

18/11/2025: Such a letdown! This place was highly recommended, but I failed to see why. We ordered the meal of the day (pistachio pasta), and it took over an hour to get it despite the restaurant not being busy. The pasta was completely bland, too soggy, and I found crushed pistachio shelves in my dish. The shrimp in the pasta was overcooked and tiny. With such prices (26€ for the pasta dish) I expected much better. The waiter also brought the wrong wine - it wouldn't have been an issue, but with such bad food and the long wait, it added to the negative experience. The only positive thing was the bread and the olive oil - it was superb. But overall, it was not a good experience.

27/09/2025: Next to the Noto Cathedral, it enjoys the best location for exploring the entire city on foot. We found parking easily and never left.

02/10/2025: This seafood restaurant in the center of Portopalo is located in a pedestrian area where vehicles are prohibited. The location is a bit spartan, but the ingredients are top-quality, with well-prepared, flavorful seafood dishes and attentive, friendly service. It's a shame there's no traditional Sicilian dessert menu, but I'd definitely recommend it for family or couples dinners.

14/09/2025: A place devoid of any tourist culture, the friendly waiters more or less make up for the inefficiencies of the owners, the very limited menu, and frozen fish. In a country where fish reigns supreme, eating such a low-quality meal is absurd.

24/09/2025: Terrible and uninterested service. They did not have a printed Pizza menu nor a Wine card and we were referred to a QR code to see the full menu. Unfortunetely, we did not have a smartphone with working data with us but the male waiter could not care less. He rudely said it was our problem that we could not access the internet menu via QR code. So the four of us left.

20/11/2025: I recommend going to Pizzeria Spiga d'Oro...you'll find excellent food, like breaded pizzas and much more. The service is excellent, and the girls who work there are polite and helpful. The place is always clean and everything is in order. The takeout service is always punctual.

16/06/2025: I have been to this restaurant with some friends of mine and we waited to pay for about half an hour because at that time the owner is busy doing something else even though he was passing in front of us and totally ignoring us. Very good food for goodness sake but the service very poor
