11/11/2025: The pasta had amazing texture and flavor. The sea bream was cooked perfectly — crispy skin with tender, juicy flesh. All at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely come back if I had more time in Avola! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

25/10/2025: Abundance, quality, affordability. One of the few places in Ortigia that can truly boast the luxury of being described with these adjectives. The location certainly isn't the best, but what's the point of having a sea view if you can already taste it on your plate?
25/09/2025: Spectacular restaurant, incredibly kind owners, and amazing food on a beautiful street in Ortigia, a jewel of an island. We ate wonderfully. I highly recommend it to everyone.

24/11/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Noto, satisfying pizza. We ordered two pizzas: a capricciosa and a gluten-free margherita. Both were delicious, and the gluten-free pizza is their own, not the usual frozen base that's often found. Highly recommended! 🌟

16/10/2025: Unfortunately, they spoke little English, but the staff was very welcoming nonetheless. Incredibly delicious pasta (ravioli with ragù ibleo)! There was no mention of dessert on the menu, but I was informed at the table. Unfortunately, the cannoli were sold out, but the alternative chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was also fantastic.
The schnapps was complimentary.
The only downside: the espresso came in a plastic cup.
I recommend Gusto Ibleo to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food.

11/05/2025: Il posto e’ molto bello e raffinato, i menu’ sono stati spettacolari con portate a base di carciofi e primi e secondi molto particolari. Nonostante io non sia un gran forchetta ho adorato tutti i piatti! Ricette mah banali e anche il menù della degustazione dei vini ottima! Camerieri cortesi, professionali e con grande capacità di presentare le varie portate. Un posto scelto per caso ma che mi ha colpito tantissimo! Spero di tornarci presto. Assolutamente consigliato
