A Milanese chef who has found a new home in Ortigia, a cuisine with incredible ingredients that has found new ways to be enhanced in the hands and culture of the chef. Super-efficient service without losing any of the Sicilian warmth, an excellent wine cellar, and a series of attentions and pampering—starting with the bread—that are hard to forget.
