28/05/2026: The dough is good, but overall the pizza is overloaded with toppings, especially the cheap, mass-produced mozzarella. They charge €4 for toppings even though there's neither oil nor pepper. We've had much better pizzas. We wouldn't go back.

07/08/2025: It's not the place you'd go for a romantic dinner, but it's worth it. Arancini, pizzas, vota vota, involtini, and more...all truly excellent and high-quality. Even in busy moments, the lady doesn't get impatient and serves everyone with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism. Again, not a romantic place, but a convenient one for a quick snack.

06/07/2025: The best rotisserie between Pachino, Marzamemi and Portopalo, everything is delicious, both the arancini and the sfogliate and also the stuffed pizza (votavota/caicca). They continuously churn out the entire rotisserie at any time of the day. Excellent value for money, top-quality products that you can taste and smell, cooked perfectly, with every bite you savour the true flavours of Sicily, at least the southern part which includes Pachino, Noto, Portopalo and Rosolini.

02/04/2026: Unfortunately, Bar Valentino isn't what it used to be. The quality has dropped, the desserts were often inedible, and the staff... the girl who keeps washing pasta dishes in the bar sink... the tables were dirty, as was the floor. Perhaps they're short on staff. It's a shame...

26/02/2026: Located in the heart of Cassibile's main street, this café, rotisserie, and pastry shop offers quality products, freshly baked every day. Everything is delicious, and the staff is friendly, including the owner! If you're on Via Nazionale, stop by Bar Valentino!

20/05/2026: A lovely spot on the beach, perfect for lunch, dinner, or a delicious pizza, caressed by the sea breeze. You can also enjoy a cold drink or a gelato/granita, always right by the sea.

14/06/2026: We're locals and often stop by, even just for a coffee. The desserts are delicious, and the various granitas are superb. The cakes are a delight, my favorite is the lemon cake: incredibly fresh and incredibly delicious. The courtesy, kindness, and cleanliness are always in abundance. Go there, you won't regret it, and you'll definitely be back. Highly recommended 👍

08/06/2026: We were just passing through and stopped for a coffee, and we stumbled upon a delightful place. Coffee, cakes, ice cream—everything was exquisite and very reasonably priced. A beautiful place!

15/03/2026: Fishmonger's restaurant: we stopped here for the first time on instinct. The owners were delightful, there was a tank with all kinds of shellfish (including American clams). The place was clean, the staff friendly, and everything from the appetizer to the first and second courses was truly delicious, leaving a scent of the sea. For anyone passing through, I recommend stopping by. We'll be back because we had a truly wonderful lunch.

07/12/2025: We had lunch at the Cozza d’Oro on our visit to Sicily. This is our second trip and again this seafood restaurant gem!! The location atmosphere and food was a 10!! Maurizio Bruno and chef and staple of the Cozza d’Oro Cettina were wonderful! We had a variety of fresh seafood also fried and some delicious pasta and seafood dishes ! Highly recommend La Cozza d’Oro of Augusta Sicily .

24/05/2026: A wonderful experience! We went to this place because of the fame of their Pizzolo, and I have to say it far exceeded our expectations. The Pizzolo was simply exquisite: incredibly tasty, rich, and truly filling. The place is welcoming, and the service is good and attentive. The quality-price ratio is top-notch. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

16/04/2026: My grandfather was born in this town. While visiting we stopped in this shop for cafe and cornetto. Local gentlemen conversated outside. We were greeted warmly upon entering and were offered a table to the side of the shop. They were incredibly kind and welcoming knowing my family came from their town through enjoyable conversation we shared. We ordered an assortment of pastry. All delicious and fresh as well as cappuccino. They were even kind enough to make chocolate milk for our children. This was an emotional visit to the town of Augusta and deeply meaningful. We were treated with such care and kindness by everyone we crossed paths with while here. I am considering moving here to live out my retirement years. Where my grandfather's story began, possibly mine will end. Thank you to this wonderful bar, the people and town of Augusta. ❤️

24/03/2026: Tried to enter at 15:20 and we were told that we cannot use the kitchen but we can have a drink (which is what we wanted anyway) The host was beyond rude stating we cannot order anything, and made it clear that they don’t serve food but will do us a favour to let us for coffee. Ordered coffee, and two more drinks and the coffee never arrived. When we paid we informed them we never received the orderer coffee, and we were told that they just though we don’t want it. The host was beyond rude, and the staff were rather mean to us. Also, there is no way to lock the bathrooms so you are exposed, hoping nobody will enter while you are there as female WC is facing the entrance. Will not recommend

16/02/2026: Beautiful place, terrible food. The worst pasta I've had in Italy in years. It wasn't fresh, it was swimming in oil. Tasteless, completely bland. And ridiculously expensive.

11/04/2026: Loved the beautiful sea views in our very comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious as well as the wonderful coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

04/06/2026: A well-kept and welcoming restaurant with extremely friendly staff. Despite being centrally located, it's located on a quiet street. We relied on the owner's advice when choosing our dishes, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The raw fish was excellent, while the pasta and desserts showcased traditional Sicilian ingredients with a modern twist, refined in both presentation and flavor. The eggplant dessert deserves a special mention: truly surprising and exceptional. If you want to avoid the usual tourist traps and are looking for an authentic experience, characterized by quality, care, and refinement, this is the place to be.

25/04/2026: The restaurant isn't very visible because it's located in a very narrow alley. Everything is delicious, the pizzas are excellent, and the salads are flavorful! The service is top-notch, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

12/01/2026: Absolutely nothing to say. I've been frequenting the bar for personal reasons since I was a boy, living in the area. Now that I'm a salesman with my own assigned area, I always stop by for something good to eat or a coffee. It's ideal, given the healthy atmosphere, with tables well spaced and somewhat private, for a quick negotiation with a client or to meet with my manager from Catania, who can't believe that even in Floridia, my hometown, there are bars and pastry shops like this where you can eat well, both for work and personal reasons. On Sundays, when I visit my relatives, I have to come and get a tray of pastries.
