19/08/2024: Finally! 2 years have passed, it was 2022, and on a rainy summer afternoon in Dubrovnik (!) I found the strength to write this well-deserved review: we had lunch with this gentleman on an afternoon of silence and bright sunshine like only in Scicli in August: aubergine parmigiana, lasagna, perhaps something else that we don't remember... but everything was exquisitely good. The taste of the meat in the huge portions of pasta was that of a butcher's shop with a long tradition behind it. The shy and very kind owner made us pay even less than we had to and even offered us an extra portion to taste. Imagine a man who has the experience of years and years of work written in his hands: imagine how well he knows how to make food. I am convinced that in Scicli it is impossible to eat better than in its meat center rotisserie. Two years later I thank him: I was in one of my short-tempered moments, I tasted the first bite of parmigiana while grunting... and it changed my mood, bringing me back to pure Sicilian happiness. 09/07/2024: Very good and abundant sandwiches, lasagna, arancini and Sicilian specialties! Giovanni is very kind and friendly, moderate prices and homemade flavours! Definitely worth trying!

18/08/2024: We took 2 pizzas, one with chips and the other with baked potatoes and sausage. Normal pizza, ours were burnt at the edges and raw underneath. Tables on the street

18/08/2024: Classic place like many in Modica that can be found in the same area. Unfortunately the pizza was not to my liking, because I don't like the type of pizza that is low and too crunchy. But it's a matter of taste. Probably fine for foreign tourists.

20/08/2024: We came across this place by chance and it was fantastic. You have the perfect view of Ragusa Ibla and enjoy a drink on the stairs. For 5 euros you can also get a Sicilian antipasti platter. The service is extremely friendly and the price is great for the location. If you ever look at Ragusa then have a final drink right there. You won't regret it. Thank you for the beautiful moments, it was awesome.

20/08/2024: Suggestive location and very kind staff, highly recommended! A bit of a wait to sit down because there were a lot of people, but it was all repaid by the very fast service. Good value for money as an aperitif

29/07/2024: La migliore gelateria della Sicilia. Si può andare di mattina per consumare granite buonissime….come Cioccolato e panna oppure gelsi e panna ….ancora caffè e panna……si panna buonissima. A pranzo non perdete le ottime focacce arancine e tanto altro di altissima qualità. Pom sera ottima pasticceria e non perdetevi i gelati come i tartufi x 6 persone di cioccolato e nocciole. Personale di alta professionalità, gentilissimi che vi accolgono con un bel sorriso.

05/04/2024: Open for several years, popular and certainly a welcoming and clean place. The only flaw is that the sandwiches are copied in appearance and ingredients without a real flavor without an identity. So I find it a second-class and discounted place.

25/08/2024: Great variety of gelato,very unique flavours. The best one that I have tasted was the one with spring onion ,but very close was the one with olive oil. I totally recommend!

25/08/2024: Mind-blowing ice cream in Ragusa. Best I've had since I arrived in Sicily. I got 2x small cup with Liquorice & Olive Oil and Red Wine & Viola. Can't wait to come again soon! 🍧☀️🌵

15/07/2024: Bad experience.. unfortunately we will not return 2 starters composed of fish €5 instead charged €90 At least they were good!!!

14/07/2024: Bad experience, very poor menu with no choice for all tastes, the quality was well below expectations, the starters consisted of half a portion of mussels, 2 tasteless arancinette with tomato, 1 octopus tentacle which was clearly not fresh, 2 beccafico sardines all with traces of tomato although it was pointed out that there were allergies among the diners, all at the price of €45 I won't say anything else so the quality/price ratio is not respected. Good place to fast 🙄

24/07/2024: Very good restaurant with regional specialties. Despite the remote location, we were here twice during our vacation. The restaurant is definitely worth the trip.

06/07/2024: I've been to this wonderful place they call an inn. In fact it is a mega ancient farmhouse with lots of greenery and many enchanting corners. Lots of greenery and a swimming pool. I had dinner with friends. Typical Sicilian food very good and well presented. The service was also excellent.

22/04/2024: A unique experience by top chef and customer service. I am from Malta and had the opportunity to visit this great guy to taste his food. Never disappoints. You must try this restaurant!

24/03/2024: Really great pizza! 🍕 With quality ingredients, a light dough. The excellent service, qualified waiters, empathic with the customer. The location is warm, clean and welcoming, with attention to detail. I recommend the place for anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent menu, full of every option.

20/08/2024: You eat fresh and excellently cooked fish, and the pizza is also excellent. Very friendly staff and average prices. Definitely recommended.
