The staff were very welcoming and managed to fit us in at short notice. The food was excellent, we had the marinated swordfish and a sea bass Beautifully presented and served with a fresh salad & patate al forno. Good value and an excellent wine selection. Btw the Panna cotta is highly recommended. 🥰.

Emporio Caccamo immediately won us over. We were there during the day and only wanted a light meal. The ambiance was so beautifully bright, the selection so good, and the service so friendly that we opted for a meal of antipasti and scondo piatti with wine and an espresso afterward. Anyone who appreciates hospitality and good food will feel right at home here. And all this at prices that are perfectly reasonable, even low.

Amazing little place! We went there on a regular Wednesday evening and we were greeted with fantastic service and excellent food! The quality of the food paired with the wide selection of wine is really something! One of the great gems Marina di Modica offers! We had lovely aperitifs, tuna tartare and caponata, that was paired with some of their lovely sicilian whites by the glass, Etna bianco and Aromatica Moscato secco. For our mains, one of the day specials that was sea urchin pasta and tagliata di manzo (sliced beef) with a mixed salad as a side, the beef was cooked perfectly 👌 and we paired these 2 with some red wine, Perricone and Etna Rosso. For desert, gelo de limone, that was so refreshing and light, and pannacota with strawberry, very easy to finish off the meal. Of course it was paired with some fortified wines, Marsala Superiore Intorcia 2004 and Malvasia delle Lupari 2019. As an experience, meal, atmosphere, selection of food and wine, 5 stars all around. If we are ever in the area again, this is the place to eat and enjoy sicilian dishes and local wine!

We dined several evenings at this unique restaurant, particularly for its decor and display of typical Sicilian products. Emporio Caccamo is a small restaurant that amazed us with the simplicity and deliciousness of its dishes. So, even though it's been a few days since our second visit, we couldn't forget how much we enjoyed it. The sardines in beccafico were amazing, as were the tagliolini with Mazara shrimp. The service was always appreciated, with a smile. Great! Recommended...but reservations are required.

Informal atmosphere. Everything was very good. Friendly staff. I really experienced the "slow food" experience... I recommend it...

The welcome was exceptional, even though the kitchen had just closed. The dishes were very good, as were the homemade desserts. The place is quite small and might not be immediately appealing, but don't hesitate to come.
