20/09/2025: We went for dinner three times during our trip to the area. The menu is very varied, and they also offer off-menu dishes. The fish was fresh and everything was delicious. The waitress was charming, always attentive, and we were able to communicate very well with her despite not speaking Italian. The atmosphere is very pleasant. We especially recommend the gamberini al pistacchio and the spigola al sale.

11/10/2025: As the name suggests: lost flavors. Inexpensive cuisine with the tastes of yesteryear. Typical dishes made just like at home. I recommend booking. Very often full even out of season because the locals go there. For me, the best in Modica.

11/10/2025: Excellent restaurant and superb service despite the restaurant being packed since I went on a Sunday for lunch. Excellent menu, from appetizers to dessert (the mini cannoli were very popular). Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Locale abbastanza fermo agli anni 80 cosa che può piacere o meno, molto belli tutti gli oggetti antichi esposti sulle pareti o appesi sul tetto. Servizio veloce con le giuste tempistiche tra una portata e l'altra. Personale gentile. Cibo buono e portate abbondanti, degna di nota la carne del sugo dei ravioli, di una tenerezza fantastica. Prezzi competitivi rispetto ad altri agriturismi. Unica pecca il dolce, il cannolicchio con una crema all' interno che non aveva nessun sapore, ne buono ne cattivo...

23/08/2025: We had dinner at this splendid agriturismo. Impeccable service and a pleasant journey into Sicilian gastronomic history. Generous portions and excellent quality. We felt wonderfully pampered by all the staff. Highly recommended for couples and/or families with children. We thank Antonino and Davina for making us feel at home!!! We will definitely be back!

05/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic spot! Pollo d’Oro is an absolute gem — traditional, no-frills, and brimming with local charm. I popped in for a bite and was immediately greeted by the warm, welcoming owner and a group of friendly regulars who not only engaged in perfect English but were keen to offer food recommendations. While waiting for my chicken (which was well worth the wait), I enjoyed a cold beer that hit the spot perfectly — crisp, refreshing, and exactly what was needed after a day in the sun. But the real surprise was the arancino — rich, flavourful, and possibly the best I’ve ever had. It set the tone for what was to come. When the chicken arrived, it was sensational. Perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and served without any of the fuss or inflated prices you find in tourist-heavy spots. Everything about Pollo d’Oro feels authentic — the food, the people, the atmosphere. A brilliant place to eat well, drink happily, and feel like you’ve stepped into a slice of real Sicily. I’ll be back without a doubt.

01/05/2025: Per noi andare da Marcantonio, Marika di Alfredo Bistrot, significa mangiare sempre l’eccellenza e il top.. tutto cucinato dalle preziose manine di Marcantonio, significa coccolare il palato. Marika poi è la mia salvezza ❤️ Riesce sempre ad abbinare i miei gusti sempre indecisi, ma mi consiglia sempre il sublime. Ragazzi siete fortissimi e fantastici!

21/04/2025: Ristorante di ottima qualità un bistrot siciliano in purezza. Siamo andati in questi giorni di vacanza per la Settimana Santa consigliati da alcuni amici. Piatti fatti bene con ricercatezza e tecnica. Servizio di buon livello simpatico ed empatico, mai presuntuoso. Ho notato una bella cantina di vini di ottima etichette, forse limitata la scelta dei siciliani che possono accompagnare questa cucina moderna e intraprendente. Complimenti e tenete duro…
