27/01/2026: We travel frequently and I don’t recall ever eating at the same restaurant twice on a trip. Until now. We were so blown away by the pizzas as desserts that we had to return. The inferi pizza with cheese and dried tomato stuffed crust was the family favorite. But the desserts…wow! The tiramisu was excellent and the warm chocolate torta was dream worthy.

23/11/2025: The staff is friendly, welcoming but not intrusive. The dishes are very tasty, inspired by tradition but interpreted in a unique way by the chef. The atmosphere is familiar, warm, and makes you feel at ease. I would improve the music slightly, but otherwise we found it perfect.

02/02/2026: Looking for a place with authentic cuisine, we found a truly excellent osteria during a season away from the tourist crowds, when many restaurants were closed. Service was fast and friendly, and attentive to requests. Local dishes were carefully prepared. The only thing that could be improved were the restrooms.

24/01/2026: I chose this pizzeria to try a new place, and that's exactly what I was looking for! It's a completely new place, even though I heard it existed elsewhere. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. The pizza dough is excellent, really light, but you have to be careful when cooking it, as the top edges can easily come out a bit too burnt! The bacon fries with melted cheese are delicious. The wait staff lacks a bit of professionalism.

03/12/2025: Excellent dinner, no waiting, personally I really liked the golden brass service that matched the environment ❣️ ... then having understood that there was a birthday at the time of the dessert (free after reaching a certain amount...), with the candle that they kindly provided us, they put the Happy birthday base...👏🏼👏🏼🤩

(Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star; everything else is secondary.) - The stuffed pasta didn't seem homemade. I wouldn't expect that from a restaurant like this. - The rest of the food was good but average, no "wow" factor. Service: - The waiter didn't know the origin of the extra virgin olive oil he was serving us on a small plate to taste with bread. - The wine glass was brought already filled, instead of showing me the bottle and filling it at the table. - No explanation of the dish or the ingredients used. 04/01/2026: The venue is charming and well-maintained, but the food didn't convince us. On New Year's Eve, we chose the fixed menu for €75 per person, excluding drinks: the dishes were well-prepared but too sparse. Poor value for money.

06/12/2025: We came here on the last night of our trip and it was delicious. Not the best pasta I had in Castellammare, but it was flavourful and huge portions with lots of seafood. The addition of curry in the ravioli sauce was unusual but it worked. The staff are very friendly - we ordered a carafe of wine and only had the thick stemmed water glasses. They were quick to bring us proper white wine glasses and were welcoming of our attempts at Italian! The outside area is on a slant which isn’t the most comfortable but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. I would come here again!

08/11/2025: In September, we dined at "La.maidda" a few evenings and had a wonderful time. The first and second courses were incredibly fresh fish. The tuna and pistachio steak was fantastic. The house wine was excellent. The price was reasonable for the dishes. Recommended!

15/12/2025: We were there yesterday, we were on a trip to Scicli, the place is a bit small, but very welcoming, and above all clean, we were more than 50 people and yet every time we went to the bathroom it was always clean, the staff were too friendly especially Guglielmo who welcomed us with a smile, very patient and kind with all of us, but especially with my husband who targeted him by pestering him but obviously joking and Guglielmo was in on the joke, too kind and professional really

09/11/2025: Having lunch in mid-September, when kitchens are practically closed, is definitely a plus. Gioele, the waiter, went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us. We had a wonderful time.

15/01/2026: This is MY place in Modica. Never, and I repeat, never, disappointed. The waiters and service are amazing, especially Elisa. Always attentive to detail, with fresh, new, thoughtful flavors—in a word, UNIQUE. If you've never been, come here; if you're unsure, come here; if you don't know what to do tonight, come here for dinner. You won't regret it!
