I visited this pizzeria intrigued by its fame and the accolades it's received. The pizza is undoubtedly delicious: light dough, excellent cooking, and quality ingredients. You can sense the research behind every dish. That said, there are a few things that left me perplexed. The first is the excessive crust: aesthetically pleasing, but at the expense of the actual toppings. The impression is one of too much show and too little substance, especially considering the prices. And the prices themselves are, in my opinion, decidedly high: some pizzas even cost over €20, plus a €3.50 cover charge, despite the very basic tableware, with no tablecloth and the bare minimum of cutlery and napkins. For me, this is a poor value for money. The aspect that disappointed me most, however, was the service. Having a child with me, I simply asked if it was possible to prepare a plate of pasta with tomato sauce. My request was refused. I understand that the place specializes in pizza, but I think accommodating such a simple need for a child would have been a gesture of care and would have made a difference. I'll end on a positive note: the staff was truly kind, knowledgeable, and polite throughout our stay. Overall, a high-quality pizza, but with a pricing policy and customer service that, in my opinion, could be improved. It was a unique experience, but one I honestly wouldn't repeat.

We were a group of four at this charming restaurant on Friday evening. The location was exceptional. The pizza was good, with a high crust (perhaps too high), and it wasn't cooked thoroughly even though we'd requested it. The service was subpar: they couldn't find our reservation at the door, they brought the wrong drinks, they forgot to bring the requested lemon slices, and they delivered fries and the four pizzas together even though we'd requested them later to avoid eating one of the two dishes cold, which was exactly what happened. Perhaps the fact that there was a special tango dinner event might have made the service worse, as it seemed confused and inadequate. Prices were moderately high.

We had a delicious meal at Incavó; the food is truly fresh and well prepared. As far as we are concerned, the service could have been a bit more welcoming. On one occasion, a waiter came to our table to ask if we wanted another drink, but on other occasions, we had to keep asking someone to take our drink or food orders while our glasses had been empty for quite some time. Despite that, the place is fantastic, with great music and a unique spot to dine—definitely recommended!

Very friendly staff, excellent pizza, and the fact that you can eat in a cave makes for a truly unique atmosphere. It's great that despite the fantastic location, they don't rely solely on it and the quality of the food doesn't suffer; everything just works perfectly :)

Fabulous and meticulously maintained location! Impeccable service and courtesy. Extensive and varied menu. Excellent pizza, both for its leavening and for the excellent quality and variety of ingredients. Disappointing desserts. Only one homemade dessert, truly mediocre in terms of choice and flavor!
