15/12/2025: We were there yesterday, we were on a trip to Scicli, the place is a bit small, but very welcoming, and above all clean, we were more than 50 people and yet every time we went to the bathroom it was always clean, the staff were too friendly especially Guglielmo who welcomed us with a smile, very patient and kind with all of us, but especially with my husband who targeted him by pestering him but obviously joking and Guglielmo was in on the joke, too kind and professional really

29/03/2026: Super friendly service. The team speaks several languages, including German. The menu is clearly laid out and not overwhelming. You'll find everything you need right away. The dishes are high-quality and taste delicious. You get exactly what's on the menu, no disappointment. The selection caters to a wide range of tastes. There's something for everyone.

09/05/2026: We read the menu and thought it sounded like a lot of flavors in each dish. Inside was catering to a group so we sat outside. The experience was so much better than we were expecting. Beautifully balanced flavours and a delicious meal. Really interesting wine list and excellent service.

08/06/2026: Clean and welcoming place, polite and courteous staff. Excellent wait times between ordering and serving. Average value for money. If you happen to sit at the tables outside the entrance, you'll find yourself in the middle of a throng of people coming to pick up takeout pizza. The route runs right up to the edge of the tables, compromising peace and privacy. You'll find people standing around talking to each other, but this is detrimental to their personal manners. To avoid this, I recommend the manager improve the takeout route with a planter or booths, separated from the outside tables. The pizza dough could be improved, including the leavening process; you'll notice it afterward when digesting and constantly hydrating; the ingredients and cooking are regular; The shapes, however, leave something to be desired (see photo). The presentation of the dish, even if it's pizza, is important, so the eye also needs to be looked at.

06/06/2026: I was recently in Modica for work. I spent two nights at this restaurant. The staff was exquisite, truly kind and super welcoming. The food was tasty and plentiful. Highly recommended.

26/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this agriturismo, a small natural gem surrounded by greenery, where you can breathe in the pure air. Obviously, the best part of our stay was the fresh, natural food, home-cooked, and the breakfast, which was a true delight, with those donuts made by the owner, a very kind and gracious person. I can confidently say that it's worth staying at least a day to fully enjoy it.

29/04/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review not for the food, which is absolutely top-notch, but for the bill: it was rounded up by at least €8 despite the recommendation. We should have paid €34, but instead we found ourselves with a bill of €41 for no reason. Needless to say, we won't be returning, and we wouldn't recommend it, as there are plenty of places in the area where you can eat just as well at more reasonable prices.

The place is enchanting, and the wait staff is distinguished by their politeness, courtesy, and professionalism, both in their service and hospitality. The pizza is excellent, both in terms of toppings and dough, with balanced flavors. An experience worth repeating.

10/11/2025: We had a wonderful time on a warm November Sunday, sitting on the veranda... we were immediately greeted with a truly refined appetizer and entrée, both balanced and delicious. We enjoyed an excellent prosecco recommended by the very attentive and friendly staff, and then continued with superior pasta and main courses. Definitely an experience we'll happily repeat!

30/05/2026: Even though we arrived very late, the kitchen and pizzeria were open. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable in describing the dishes. They were very good, reasonably priced, and recommended.

17/04/2026: The property is located in the open countryside, on a hill in the Hyblaean Mountains. Easily accessible via GPS, and the property's signage is helpful. There's a final stretch of about 500 meters of dirt road, but it's not too difficult. This review is based on the Sunday lunch. Good food, well-portioned, including an appetizer, first course, second course with second course, small dessert, and coffee. €28 per person. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views of the countryside stretching to the sea and the slopes of Mount Etna. Ample free parking. Recommended.

14/10/2025: Were there yesterday, had reserved via website 2 days in advance, no answer, then when we called it was clear they were only outside, it was ok. Service so-so, very inconsistent, the young waiter was very nice and helpful, when we asked why there was no reservation confirmation he said the email had probably ended up in the spam folder. When we ordered wine he said he only had one bottle left, but could give us a different wine, same winery, but cheaper. The food was very, very good, we only had to order the same thing each time, so one meat and one fish probably wouldn't work. But the food really was very, very fine. Unfortunately the kitchen seemed to have run out of energy at the Dolce. Once we got a tiramisu in a glass and once a cheesecake, better in every café, it was extremely unloving and very strange that everyone got something different. In conclusion: Yes, the food was very good, but nothing special, at 60 euros per menu I would have expected more, especially at the Dolce. No need to repeat it.
