28/07/2025: Sandwiches stuffed with misery. If you concentrate, you might even smell the cured meats. Making sandwiches this big makes no sense to me if you only put a hint of condiment inside. I'd make the sandwiches smaller or raise the prices if adding two extra slices of ham and cheese just couldn't fit in. The person at the cash register was annoyed by the customers; we seemed like a nuisance.

The only downside is perhaps the limited seating available.

14/07/2025: Possiamo solo dire di essere più che soddisfatti, come sempre qualità e porzioni abbondanti vanno di pari passo, il servizio poi è lodevole, sia per l'educazione che per la professionalità, con l'antipasto hanno riempito il tavolo di gustosi manicaretti, un secondo poi a base di involtini e agnello alla brace, tenerissimo, e contorno di patate a forno, locale pulito e accogliente con ampio parcheggio all'esterno.
Noi lo consigliamo a tutti.

31/07/2025: A charming little place where you can enjoy rustic fare with a touch of sophistication. You'll receive a welcome worthy of Sicily. The owners make their guests feel at home. At the entrance, there's often a sweet little husky dog waiting for you to pet. He belongs to the owners of Il Buco and is an added bonus, in addition to the delicious food. I highly recommend the appetizers! They're a true culinary journey.
03/07/2025: We had dinner at Buco last night. Appetizers, a first course, a second course. We have been coming to Sicily every summer for 36 years. Never eaten so well, never.

12/08/2025: One of the best options on the island, the food is good and the service is just as good. We really enjoyed our dinner here. Other restaurants have the same or higher prices and the quality of the food isn't the same. The risotto is the best 😋
12/08/2025: The food is truly delicious. After several unsuccessful attempts to make reservations at other restaurants, Osteria Liparota responded immediately and booked us a table. The food was very fresh and well-cooked.

10/08/2025: 6 out of 5. We stumbled across this small restaurant in the town. What a lovely evening we had there. The owners and team were lovely. The food was excellent. They also gave us a complimentary shot of family made wine liquor, which was delicious. Would highly recommend this place. Their hard work and customer service ethic are awesome.

03/08/2025: The atmosphere was beautiful, with soft lighting. The waiter who served me was very kind and helpful; I appreciated his ability to listen. I enjoyed a meat-based appetizer with a gluten-free pizza that served as a substitute for bread.

I highly recommend it for anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions. Treat yourself to an evening of good food and elegance!

I highly recommend (which isn't listed among their specialties) beer with lemon granita, wonderful, I love the corona, with salt and lemon. Thanks to the "motorcycle" girl who served us with great care and humor! The staff, however, was fantastic.
