02/06/2025: Beautiful authentic homemade food, This is our 6th visit to various parts of Italy and We would have to say this little gem of a restaurant was the best. The staff are lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere so relaxing and friendly. The food was mouthwatering especially the meat balls and lasagna, Carbonara! Lovely wine. Very reasonably priced. 26/11/2024: Simply wonderful. Small, tranquil alley, small chairs and tables made from wine crates in front of it, rustically furnished inside - what was promised visually was even exceeded by the wine. We're not big wine connoisseurs, we said we like a dry Lugana - he recommended a local wine. In short: the best we have ever drunk. We also ate a bruschetta, the selection was limited because not all the ingredients were available in winter (so everything is fresh!) - but still a very good little piece of bread for a reasonable €2.50. If you want to have a drink before dinner: go here!

19/05/2025: We have been in Sicily for nine days and this was our best food yet. Very high-quality food from their rooftop patio. Great service. Maya was our server and she was a wealth of information on a wide range of subjects from food to must see sites around here that we will be sure to like.

16/05/2025: Visitamos Franco Wine Bar en Taormina el 13 de mayo. Decidimos probar sus arancini. Pedimos el pistacho con queso y los de berenjena. También pedimos su cóctel Vulcano Spritz. El personal era acogedor, muy amable y extremadamente paciente mientras tratábamos de hablar italiano. La comida era deliciosa y los cócteles eran geniales también. Sin duda recomendaría una visita si estás en la zona.

07/05/2025: Mi pareja y yo estábamos en un tour con CIE Tours y pasamos la mañana con una visita guiada de Taormina y luego tuvimos la tarde para tomarnos un tiempo por nuestra cuenta y descubrir la belleza de Taormina, lo que hicimos. El día fue pintoresco y disfrutamos de toda la belleza que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer, entrando en hermosas iglesias, encendiendo velas y caminando y disfrutando de todo. Vimos a un hombre que invitaba a la gente a Franco Wine Bar y Comida Típica Siciliana y pasamos, pero de alguna manera fue tan acogedor que entramos y al entrar, llegó la lluvia. Estábamos en el cielo, pidiendo arancini y canoli y ensaladas, no en ese orden pero el ambiente era mágico y nos topamos con otro cupé de Londres y charlamos y cenamos y cenamos y charlamos y... no podríamos haber encontrado un lugar mejor. La comida era tan excelente, nos quedaba tanto pan con la ensalada, empacamos lo que no pudimos terminar y disfrutamos de vuelta en nuestro hermoso hotel... El Franco Wine Bar & Típica Comida Siciliana era un ahora 'recuerdo' de Taormina para nosotros, y tenemos buenos pensamientos y palabras amables para el personal, son muy excelentes! 10/05/2025: Worth the detour! Quality meat, very well cooked. The appetizers are exceptional: zucchini rolls, fried eggplant, caponata, artichokes... 4 cooks who cook like at home. The wine selection is also quality. And the service is very friendly and professional. BRAVO and thank you for welcoming us quite late around 1:30 p.m.

02/12/2024: Last year, on a one month sabbatical of Italy, I spent about 3 nights in Taormina and my first evening there was spent dining at TreQuarti Taormina. The gentleman who owns the space was so hospitable and made me feel so comfortable, made great conversation, and suggested one of my favorite dishes of the whole trip, swordfish rolls. (Don't knock it until you try it, it's a delicious take on fish.) Additionally, when I had first arrived to the quaint town, I struggled immensely to get my overpacked luggage down the stairs to my Airbnb, that happened to be across from this adorable restaurant. The owner of this restaurant helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs to my accommodations (in the blistering heat) and helped ease my embarrassment in front of his customers. I am so grateful for this interaction and the dining experience too. Definitely worth a visit to this spot!

03/06/2025: We had the large appetizer platter for €45 for two people. If you enjoy fish, mussels, and oysters, you'll definitely get your money's worth. Plus a very good bottle of wine for around €20. All in all: Very satisfied 👍

30/04/2025: Rotisserie, pizzeria and restaurant/trattoria along the main road. With a very complete display case of rotisserie and focaccia. Everything ordered was good. Staff attentive to allergies, very courteous and kind. Very clean bathrooms, one of the rare bathrooms where you can enter even with children. While they were dining, many customers came in for takeaway, confirming the goodness of the products. Excellent quality/price ratio, I think this time the quality exceeds the price. 4 star environment because there are few tables.
