A truly fantastic restaurant. Everything tastes amazing. Very authentic. There's even a waitress who speaks fluent German, which was an unbeatable advantage for us, as we received great recommendations from the menu. The dessert was also exceptionally good. The pizza is the best you can get in Sicily, and the fish is simply fresh. It tastes fantastic and wonderful; you can't go wrong here. If I were to come again, I would even order the steak, because I saw that many locals were also very happy to order and enjoy it.

Salt-crusted fish and parfait ;-)

A superb experience, especially thanks to the guy with the long, curly hair for letting us enjoy some exquisite passion fruit on a truly bizarre surface.
The cuisine is exquisite, not typical Sicilian fare, but because the chef is amazing and it seems he uses Caputo's "linea viola" flour... but I don't want to talk nonsense.
In short, highly recommended!
