22/02/2025: Food not up to par. Very basic, burnt meat. Poor cured meats, I'm just telling you cooked shoulder ham! Inadequate value for money. Not recommended

09/02/2025: Negative experience. We start from the assumption that the evening was not particularly busy, but despite this we waited to order and what's more we were the ones who had to get the waitress' attention in order to place the order. Once the dishes arrived, I realized that what I ordered did not correspond to the demonstrative photos on the digital menu. My sandwich, which from the photo should have had fried octopus, was brought to me on the grill, to which I was told that the photos were only illustrative, it was not necessary to take this into account and that the type of preparation of the octopus was not specified in the description. Given the evidence, I had the opportunity to choose another dish from the menu. I have to say that if there are photos it's because the dish described should match, otherwise don't even put them up... or at least warn the customer!

15/10/2024: Per essere una gastronomia e ‘ veramente ottima . Abbiamo ordinato al banco ciò che volevamo assaggiare e in poco tempo è arrivato al tavolo ciò che avevamo ordinato. Caldo e ben servito. Consigliamo veramente una sosta se siete di passaggio.

05/10/2024: Beste frische Meeresfrüchte 🍤🐙🦑 Paste und Sizilianische Küche. Jeden Tag frisch und gut! 😋🇮🇹👍 Perfekt zum Abholen. Preise total in Ordnung - bei dieser Qualität! Das Restaurant ist zum Einkehren dort eher nicht geeignet, zu Basic. Aber die Speisen sind top!! 😋😋🇮🇹

27/08/2024: We took a double granita with cream, half a hazelnut meringue with two brioche, all delicious,!!! be careful. The brioche is very flavoured, not everyone may like it. Friendly staff. There are both indoor and outdoor seats. finding parking in August or the summer months is a little difficult, but it's worth it. Recommended place we will definitely return

22/01/2025: Cenamos aquí dos veces, fue así de bueno. Todo lo que probamos era delicioso; el servicio era rápido y profesional; y la ubicación - - justo en la orilla del agua - - era perfecto. Muy recomendable!

08/12/2024: In a breathtaking location, directly on Letojanni beach framing the wonderful Bay of Taormina, the Ciao Ciao restaurant offers fast and friendly service, simple but well-cooked dishes, a pleasant and direct menu, ideal for the whole family, but even for a romantic dinner. Run by good people, prices are normal. Mandatory stop.

18/11/2024: On Sunday 17th November we were in this place with a group of 48 people and starting from the starter to the dessert everything was terrible, I didn't eat almost anything, I limited myself to eating just a bit of lasagna, then let's not talk about the wine,

11/08/2024: Very nice place and wonderful staff. It's great with the family and the town is well positioned for various excursions with the Sant'Agata station just a few kilometers away. Good prices.

15/07/2024: Very friendly owner Fast service, they have gluten-free products. Friendly staff and they have fish, pizza and meat. A lovely place with a wonderful pool and games for children.

18/12/2024: Ristorante famoso sull’isola. Tipologia di locale che può deludere moltissimo o confermare (al più) la reputazione guadagnata negli anni. In questo caso si è dimostrato una certezza. Ambiente estivo molto bello e curato caratterizzato da un tripudio di colori e di tipiche ceramiche del sud. Una traboccante tavolozza di colori: il giallo intenso dei limoni (presenti ovunque), il blu del mare, le sfumature rosse dei fiori e della terra trasfusi nei piatti tutta pieni di estate isolana. Pietanze gustose e ottima varietà.

05/10/2024: Local é muito bonito e agradável, mas o serviço e a comida deixam muito a desejar. O chef mal humorado e mal educado! Não tínhamos acabado de comer e começaram a limpar e colocar as cadeiras em cima da mesa para fechar.

25/03/2025: you can't leave Messina without trying the best bakery in the south of Italy. the prestigious pastry master chef Tomasso Cannata make every single item a delicious treat, with the best quality ingredients simply a must in your visit to Messina, right across the street from the cruise port. A 5 stars 🌟 for such a great bakery even today Tomasso himself took care of us

22/02/2025: Focaccia evidently reheated from the day before, you can see that it was absolutely dry at the edges. For the price we expected excellent focaccia not without taste and without love. Not to mention how the boss treated his employee. I won't go back again.

05/04/2025: Food beautiful to look at, terrible to consume, the pizza tasted like cereal dough, it only tasted of yeast, abundant toppings but no flavor, the same goes for the sandwiches. We waited almost 1 hour for the food to arrive, a very noisy environment with no air exchange.

21/12/2024: Tourists from Sanremo passing through the area, recommended by friends from Messina, we land at Celona where we find hospitality, excellent pitoni (unknown before) and good sweets to take with us. Returning to Sicily we will return to Celona.

15/09/2024: I gave one star and I'm also sorry about giving it, we got a really pitiful platter of (frozen) fish! If you want to eat well I don't recommend it!

10/09/2024: Historical meeting place in Messina with the most famous barman in the city where you drink in a classic way in a decadent 80s atmosphere and where the "Saigon" cocktail was invented. Up to this point there are the conditions for a 5-star review, but with pain I leave two stars because it is unacceptable that in 2024 no card payments will be accepted (which is illegal) and that there are no receipts. If you don't like this twenty-first century world, retire.
