24/11/2025: I'm from Milazzo for your focaccia! Among the best I've ever tasted!

22/08/2025: A bakery with a scent of times gone by, unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the products. The focaccia, pizzas, and rolls were too soft (almost lacking in consistency), but it's also a question of taste.

04/01/2026: I went there for a cappuccino and it tasted flavourless and watery. Don't bother with this tourist trap

03/01/2026: Unacceptable and Discriminatory Behavior During my stay, I witnessed openly offensive and discriminatory comments directed at people from Catania, made by local customers. The most serious thing is that Giulio, a bar staff member, did not intervene in any way and openly agreed with those customers, allowing derogatory comparisons and stereotypes (such as the derogatory comparison of Catanese to Neapolitans) to be easily normalized. As a Catanese, I felt directly affected and deeply offended. A place that tolerates—or worse, ignores—this type of behavior lacks professionalism and respect for its customers. A terrible experience on a human level. I will not return, and I do not recommend the place to anyone expecting even a modicum of civility.

12/01/2026: I definitely expected more from Mythos. Higher quality, more choice, and new flavors. Traditional dishes. What I found instead was a place that resembles a kebab shop. The usual fare, strange names associated with familiar flavors, and dishes you can find anywhere. Very Mid-Range

21/12/2025: I'll start by saying I haven't been to this place in about 3-4 years, considering the old layout. I'll start by saying that the service and ambiance are a fundamental part of this traditional Greek restaurant, now well-known to locals and beyond. While ordering, I opened the menu to read all the house selections, but at a certain point I got confused reading strange names, losing my grasp. However, I finally ordered my beloved Phyta after consulting with my partners. The wait was minimal, about 3-4 minutes, and the result was excellent, savoring all the fresh, quality ingredients offered by the staff. My only comment and flaw is that one of the staff, overcome by hunger and the smell emanating from the stove, ate some ingredients from a delicacy intended for a customer. That said, overall, a positive review. All the best to everyone. (P.S. I'm not attaching any photos because my camera left me and it doesn't work.)

11/09/2025: Huge rustici with lots of toppings and delicious...even if the focaccia is a little thin in thickness, it is also very good and rich in toppings...friendly, fast and super organized service...highly recommended

20/03/2026: Huge disappointment! Sicilian cassata, the queen of our pastry shop, "demands" an almond paste coating. You can't serve cassata covered in green royal icing! Not only disappointing, but cloyingly sweet. The sugar is light, so it costs less than almond paste.

08/03/2026: I'm sorry I can't give a very flattering review of the mimosa cake, but in the cream, besides the Chantilly cream, there is a foreign presence, probably ricotta, which affects its lightness and the sponge cake, especially the outer pieces, is too dry.

28/11/2025: Wasn’t going to book this because of the central location for fear of this being a tourist trap…I was proved completely wrong! Hands down our best meal during a weeks stay in Taormina. Food was superb, reasonably priced and the service was great. It was very quiet when we visited but I imagine the atmosphere will be phenomenal when it is fully booked. The walls are adorned with photos of famous faces who have ate here and I understand why! 100% recommend you to try here if you are in Taormina…you will NOT be disappointed!

23/10/2025: This restaurant is pure rip-off. Before you even read the menu, you're already served water at the table, the price of which is conflated with the wine. The menu is expensive, and although I don't know how it tastes, the way it's done is very bad. This is the only weak point of Taormina restaurants. It's a shame, because the rest of the restaurant is great.

02/01/2026: Very good pizza, friendly and fast staff. Very welcoming place, shame about the bathroom off the dining room.

27/08/2025: Fresh, tasty, and freshly fried fish. Friendly staff, located on the main street of Canneto. The owner even gave us complimentary bruschetta to start. A lovely lunch on our first day in the Aeolian Islands.

29/08/2025: I had a decaf and a cream croissant. Drinking the decaf was like drinking dirty water... how can you serve a coffee like that? Not to mention the spoon to stir the coffee was all caked on. I think some bars in Messina should close down by now. I don't recommend it.

26/10/2025: 1 star, because I couldn't put a 0 one. Came with 2 children under 5. In october. 45 minutes to get the water. Didn't get the menu. Staff was yelling at each other. All they can say is : just wait... After one hour and a half, left waiting with two slices of bread, we left. They insulted us, telling to not comeback anytime. Don't waste your time here in Taormina, there are plenty of friendly places that will welcome you.

22/09/2025: The food was once again perfect and delicious. We sat there with 12 people and enjoyed a variety of hot and cold starters, various white wines, and main courses. Everything was excellent! Always a delight! Grazie mille! ❤️
