23/09/2025: I already knew Taormina, so I chose this hotel for its strategic location. The hotel is divided into two different buildings, one of which is reached either by stairs or a steep climb, and once you arrive, there's no elevator to take you to the upper floors. While you'll be greeted kindly at reception, the restaurant depends on where you're coming from. The wait staff, especially the brown-haired gentleman, were only polite to a few people, but very rude to us. Be careful when swearing, as Italians understand them very well and you risk administrative violations. Breakfast, in my opinion, was well-stocked but could be improved in quality. Dinner, however, is a plus, with its ever-changing selection. The room was small but clean and had a great view. It's a shame there's no bidet. We're still in Italy, at least we have a bidet!

23/04/2025: Crazy cannoli, large and well stuffed. Focaccia a little expensive, but very good. The best way to say goodbye to Sicily!

20/04/2025: Had a delicious lunch of potato pizza, and found the staff very kind when I asked about ingredients.

23/09/2025: Staff needs to be reconsidered. The gentleman at the pool repeatedly scolded our children even though they weren't doing anything except getting their feet wet. The food is good, but a little more courtesy wouldn't go amiss.

19/08/2025: Sloppiness, disorganization, interminable waits: an hour for two salads. Two people managing nearly 50 covers. Meanwhile, they try to ease the tension by interacting with neighboring tables, where customers discover their order has been lost. Unfortunately, the situation worsens year after year, and I wonder why there's no desire to reorganize the service or at least try to be a little more welcoming to customers. If the problem is a character issue, then it's truly serious.

21/08/2025: A simple and welcoming place. I tried the pork chop sandwich and found it delicious, tender, and flavorful. The prices are really low, which makes it even more enjoyable. Perfect for a quick, tasty lunch without breaking the bank. Recommended!

17/08/2025: Sky-high prices: two sandwiches with two ingredients, namely sausage and mayonnaise, cost €7 total, hand-served, with no service, no table, and nothing. It's true that prices have gone up, but the cost of sausages and sandwiches doesn't seem to have reached those levels. We're talking about a basic place, with plastic plates and cups, and in my specific case they didn't accept payment by POS. I don't know if they offer this service, which in theory should be mandatory, as far as I know.
