19/12/2025: Excellent pizza, even with the smoked fish trio. Prompt and attentive service. The internal air circulation system needs rethinking so you don't have to wash all your clothes before reusing them (as a partial justification, I'll add that in the winter, it's a little more difficult to ensure adequate ventilation, but not impossible).

16/11/2025: Except for the location, which is definitely not part of the restaurant but rather the context, the food wasn't up to par for the price (35 euros per person). The appetizer was unspeakable (poor selection and poor quality). First course: macaroni alla norma (with a small taste of eggplant) First course: macaroni with meat sauce (I didn't see any meat sauce, but a pool of oil). I should point out that the sauce for both first courses was practically the same. Second course: acceptable (good sausage, good roulades, the rest (cold slices, and other meat practically burned) Dessert: edible (but too long to wait) There's definitely better. To top it all off, everything was strictly without a receipt (luckily I paid by card). The owner replied: "We don't give receipts here" (scandalous). We definitely won't be back. See you next time!

16/03/2026: We had a wonderful lunch, highly recommended! Natasha gave us a very warm welcome, immediately played some music for us, and warmly recommended two of the dishes. Afterwards, we were served by the owner, Giovanni, and everything was wonderful. The cook, Grazia, knows how to handle seafood—simply divine! The sharp turn off the main road is well worth it, also for the beautiful sea view.

11/04/2026: We had an amazing time at Kisté. We took the 8 course tasting menu with wine pairing and it was fantastic! Very generous portions, and in particular the bisque, the red shrimp carpaccio, and the veal stood out to us. The staff was very kind and explained the menu, items and wine to us in English, which I’m very grateful about. It felt like a great way to sample many different Sicilian dishes with a unique touch to them.

27/09/2025: A wonderful experience in a welcoming and quiet atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and the food was delicious and fresh, featuring the catch of the day. Definitely worth repeating. I highly recommend it.

27/08/2025: I've been vacationing here for 42 years, and at least three times a week I have to go to this bar for granita. Excellent, to say the least...they have different flavors, all very intense. The brioches are always incredibly soft, and the cream they put on the granita is spectacular!!
