22/12/2025: A less than pleasant experience. The main problem isn't the price itself, which is certainly inflated compared to other, much more worthy, bakeries, but rather the attitude of the staff, who were rude and decidedly pushy. Even for a simple coffee, they constantly try to pressure you into buying more, making you feel uncomfortable if you don't accept. Furthermore, the value for money is disappointing: €3.70 for a coffee and a tiny macaron (really "mini" is an understatement) seems excessive, especially considering the service received. It's one thing to pay a little more for a good product and a pleasant atmosphere, but it's another to be treated with condescension and salesmanship. I strongly advise against it!

20/12/2025: Terrible experience with this pastry shop. I ordered a 1-1.5 kg cake for ten people. I left a €30 deposit, but upon delivery they presented a small cake that weighed a full 4 kg and demanded an additional €80. A disgrace.

09/11/2025: Excellent pizza, very friendly staff, they were able to deal with small problems very well.

09/11/2025: I ate there on a Sunday, so it was a fixed menu. Everything was poor.

08/11/2025: Delicious, creative farm to table mostly vegetable dishes. Staying nearby walked in for lunch, had the Cauliflower Pumpkin and nuts dish, Black. Chickpea Hummus and Broccoli ‘Meatballs’ along with a couple glasses of wine. Family run, English speaking, personable and excellent service. Multiple seating areas, space for events. I’m glad I was able to experience this excellent restaurant!

09/12/2025: When I thought the products were substandard, I hadn't tried the services yet. It was a miserable experience from start to finish. Never again.

09/12/2025: I found myself in Catania for work, and decided to spend the remaining hours inside the Ikea store. I decided to have lunch inside, wandering around the immense store, and I must say that, to my surprise, I found some things good and others less so. The salmon fillet was pleasant. The medallions were tasty. The rest wasn't to my liking. I found it to be like a cheap cafeteria, despite the high price. Finally, the €1.60 bottle of water seems like a rip-off. The dispensers that were supposed to work were actually broken, and for these reasons, I gave them a 2* rating.

23/09/2025: Terrible granita, croissants that taste like those bought at the supermarket, terrible coffee.

20/09/2025: Yet another terrible experience! Order taken at 8:00 PM, confirmed by the owner for 9:30 PM. Max 9:45 PM....it's 11:00 PM and after dozens and dozens of calls, I'm contacted by the pizza delivery guy, because the owner doesn't even show his face, and he tells me they had a problem in the kitchen and he'll bring my order at half price. I don't know whether to laugh or cry, obviously I declined, and since it's not the first time I'll never order from them again.... I'm going to make dinner!

16/08/2025: Looking at the reviews, I thought it was a nice place. In fact, I drove an hour and a half to come and have dinner at your restaurant. I ate there with my wife and daughter. I sat down at 9 pm. I waited three quarters of an hour for a waitress to come and take my order. I hadn't noticed something until as soon as I turned around, I noticed the poor hygiene. You can't go on like this without a shred of cleanliness. Okay, another hour passes and the food arrives for my daughter, a pata pizza for my wife and me. A somewhat good seafood appetizer, but now comes the worst: my wife and I get the first course, which was a first course of pasta with fish and pasta with clams. My wife and I didn't even have time to finish them and immediately threw up, and our daughter had diarrhea for a week and was hospitalized at the Cannizzaro hospital in Catania with food poisoning. You don't even deserve a star, not to mention the prices and the terrible service. All this food for 122 euros, but as a man, I paid because I'm not a beggar and I had the chef cook it and it was right to pay. From yours truly ⤵️ Gianfranco Russo

07/08/2025: We had dinner this evening for three at the Javj restaurant in the old station. We had a fish-based dinner... Everything was excellent, delicious, and the products were high-quality... the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable... the owner was kind, helpful, and very professional. We will return to Javj as soon as possible... absolutely recommended.
