11/02/2025: Due to my mistake I entered the wrong street number on Just Eat and they were unable to contact me, they came back specifically to bring me the pizza, excellent quality, as always they don't disappoint, for me the best pizzeria in all the Etna towns, good and fresh ingredients, I advise anyone to try it to believe it, thanks Magic Pizza :)

24/05/2025: Very good pizza, arrived a little late. I am writing this review to give you some advice: avoid responding aggressively to reviews. I understand that there may be frustration, but the responses are public and, in the eyes of customers, certain tones may seem unprofessional. Criticisms should be welcomed, because it is precisely from them that we can understand what to improve. Waiting two hours (it was not my case) is not normal, and the customer, honestly, does not care how much there is: if you cannot manage the orders, either hire more staff and improve the quality of the service, or avoid accepting more orders than you can handle. Making customers wait that long is disrespectful, and it is certainly not their fault. The pizza is good, but without an improvement in the relationship with the customer, unfortunately, it will be difficult to grow. And I would be sorry because the pizza deserves it. Remember that everything you write is public and will be read by everyone. When you reply to a review, count to ten, breathe and don't let your emotions guide you. I hope that this review, if read with the right spirit and not as an attack, can be helpful for the future and contribute to making you a 5/5/5 pizzeria. 02/06/2025: Deeply disappointed. The food is tasteless, out of 10 mussels 5 are empty and 3 are closed... also the portions are really unsatisfactory. The prices are exorbitant and not at all in relation to the quantity and quality of the food. There would be a lot to complain about the service but I will limit myself to saying that the waiters are quite exhausted, stressed and without a minimum of empathy. Too bad about the location because it is very nice.

14/05/2025: Modest lunch, a fish appetizer without infamy and without praise 50€, but it's fish and oh well, I was a little annoyed by the side dish, half a tomato and 4 salad leaves (counted) for 10€, house wine remained in the glass It's a shame to write reviews like this, the service was good and attentive, but 100€ for two you should eat a little better, I don't recommend it.

11/06/2025: I had high expectations considering the exorbitant amount I spent on this sugar paste cake. It looked nice, but as soon as we cut it… total disappointment! Terrible flavor, strange consistency, almost inedible sweetness as if the cream were a bar of butter. A real disaster, especially considering how much I paid for it. Never again!!!

03/05/2025: Absolutely zero. They don't respect anything that is asked of them. I wonder how they are not ashamed of delivering certain products. Beyond the arrogance and rudeness that can be felt inside the place. NEVER AGAIN. A total DISAPPOINTMENT.

The food is really excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, attentive and always available to satisfy every need. We felt pampered from start to finish! Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much to all the staff!

13/06/2025: Wonderful location, clean and well-kept. The guys at the bar are young but well-mannered and the owner is attentive to the guests. I recommend the lido in the afternoon for the breathtaking sunsets and the sea that is enchanting. Very happy to spend my summer season there.

14/06/2025: We've been here three times now during our vacation in Catania. The service is excellent! They serve fabulous coffee and a very good breakfast. You can tell that it's made with love and effort. If you sit outside, it can sometimes get a bit noisy from passing buses, but only for a short time. Inside, there's quiet (good!) music, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend the Teapot to anyone looking for good coffee or a delicious breakfast/brunch!

28/05/2025: A typical brunch place, but with regular food, nothing too fancy or unforgettable. I took a Teapot egg Benedict - was okay, but the portion small - only one small egg and the sauce is really mayonnaise. The coffee lacked strength and you cannot take coffee to go from there. Waitress was really pissed off, she had a pretty bad attitude towards us from the beginning. She spoke a lot in Italian, very low - I barely heard her, she didn’t even looked at us. She seemed like she had enough. The place looks nice in the inside and outside.

11/05/2025: Sicuramente si collocano tra le migliori pizzerie di Catania. Le loro pizze sono, a dir poco, eccellenti. Anche il servizio merita menzione, poiché è rapido e molto attento. Giusti i prezzi in base all’offerta.

Dans l, après midi envie de manger des pâtisseries, nous étions 6,le salon de thé intérieur était fermé,avons choisis différents nos pâtisseries, paiement à la caisse,aucun sourire,pas un regard indifférence totale... lorsque nous avons eté nous assoir en terrasse ,les 2 serveurs nous ont signifié que c'était pas possible,il fallait absolument consommer ( 58,95 € d,achat)..!!! Nous étions habillés correctement...BRF établissement d un autre siécle , bonne pâtisseries mais 2 était rassis

09/06/2025: Ein echtes Stück Italien! Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Granita-Eis und der Aperol Spritz sind von außergewöhnlich hoher Qualität – erfrischend, aromatisch und perfekt zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben: die Arancini mit Ragù – die besten der Stadt! Knusprig, würzig, einfach ein Genuss. Im Vergleich zu Savia nebenan wirkt dieses Lokal deutlich authentischer: viele italienische Gäste, ein lebendiges, fröhliches Ambiente und ein Team, das mit echter italienischer Herzlichkeit begeistert. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort für alle, die italienisches Lebensgefühl suchen!

12/06/2025: Very poor drive thru service, change the staff, put someone a little more experienced alongside the amateurs, without too much criticism I think it's better this way, instead of making people go back or making them think about checking all the products, some time ago only the sauces were missing, now they forget the whole menu directly.
