I ordered my graduation cake and some macarons: besides being both beautiful to look at, the quality is truly unique, the products are incredibly fresh, and you can tell right away. The lady was very kind and delivered on time. She made everything exactly as I imagined. I absolutely recommend it 😘

07/10/2025: Every time I come to Catania, I have to eat these pancakes with pistachio cream — they’re simply irresistible! The pastries and cakes here are true works of art, crafted with such detail and creativity that they look almost too beautiful to eat (but taste even better!).

14/06/2025: The pizza is really good, nothing to say. Even the pizzoli. The dough is good, and the menu is varied. Lately, however, they have raised the prices a bit too much, removed free home delivery, and lightened the promotions (and in the case of the pizzolo also the size). The production of the 1€ hot table has been replaced by that of the sandwiches for ONLY 5€!!! So the quality is good, but a revisitation of the prices would not be bad. A bit too much for a take-away pizzeria. Update 2025: We recently reordered a pizzolo, not only are the prices increasing but it is increasingly smaller! The pizzolo is already considerably smaller than the pizza, this time it didn't even reach the edge, making it in fact a take-away focaccia. The stars are falling.

09/02/2025: A takeout pizzeria with no notable features. Mind you, it's not bad, but not noteworthy either. The food quality is average (probably because the ingredients aren't top-notch, like most other pizzerias), the prices are average, and the service is average—in fact, a little below par, given that they delivered later than expected. So why choose this one?

31/08/2025: I had a mixed experience with this service. I have to say that the food is really good and the quality is satisfactory. However, there are some aspects that could be improved. First, the delivery wait times were quite long, which detracted from the experience somewhat. Also, when I tried to contact customer service to inquire, I found the staff on the phone quite annoyed. I hope these aspects are addressed to improve the service. Overall, the food is good, but there's still work to be done to make the overall experience more satisfying.

12/10/2025: Truly exceptional gluten-free products (the croissants were delicious). However, the service was terrible: after I twice stated that I was lactose intolerant, they still sold me products containing lactose that made me sick. To prevent such unpleasant situations from happening again, I would suggest greater attention and friendliness towards customers, rather than rude and dismissive behavior.

08/10/2025: The quality of all products is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem, and I've been a customer for several years. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: A cute and quaint place, full of items that I don't think have much to do with Ireland. I went on a Saturday night. The service was very slow. I waited over an hour for a sandwich, a focaccia, and a portion of fries. Prices were above average. I'm hesitant to go back, especially since the products are so good.

30/09/2025: The lady at the cashier was rude, a poorly made cappuccino at the counter cost €3; we parked in a truly neglected parking lot, with a fee, of course. We went to the beach, I opened the lounger, and on it was a white mattress, all covered in sand and wet. Cigarette butts on the ground. The worst experience I've ever had at a beach resort.

07/11/2025: At the Leocata bakery, you can find all kinds of bread: from those made with traditional flours to those made with specialty flours. You'll also find all kinds of pizzas and a wide variety of desserts, prepared by bakery chef Maurizio. All served by the very kind Cinzia.

24/10/2025: We had a lovely quiet lunch here during our day exploring Catania. The gentleman serving us was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals (especially the caprese). Would certainly come back if we return to Sicily!

07/10/2025: Me and my 4 sisters attended this restaurant for a birthday lunch, can I start off by saying the restaurant itself is beautiful! The decor is very unique alongside the placement of all the random vintage pieces along the wall magnificent! We ordered a few dishes and the total amount (€160) was extremely affordable we live in London so the price difference for the seafood was great! If you come definitely get the grilled sea-bream it was cooked to perfection, the mussels were very tasty so was the octopus salad! The only downside was the grilled prawns I feel they could have grilled them for longer maybe split them down the middle so they are cleaned better and included more seasonings as they were very bland. Apart from the prawns everything else was amazing the service was excellent and we was even offered lemoncello on the house. I would definitely come back when we are next in Sicily.

30/06/2025: Anyone who knew this place during the historic Centamore management knows exactly what I'm talking about: it was a point of reference for good food, hospitality and an authentic atmosphere. Today, unfortunately, absolutely nothing of all this remains. The new management has completely overturned the identity of the place and not for the better. Once upon a time, you came here with the certainty of finding quality, kindness, professionalism. Today you leave only with the feeling of having wasted time and money. The service is approximate, often improvised, with staff who seem more annoyed than happy to welcome you. The courtesy of the past has been replaced by arrogance and a total lack of organization. In recent times, the situation has worsened further: the place has transformed without warning into a sandwich shop, completely erasing any connection with real catering. But the even more serious thing is that they didn't even deign to inform those who had booked for events, banquets or ceremonies. Customers left disoriented, without respect, without a phone call, without anything. As for the food… better not get your hopes up. What is served today has nothing to do with the cuisine that once made this place special. Dishes without soul, without identity, without attention. It is an insult to the memory of what this place represented. Not even the most mediocre of establishments would have the courage to propose certain things. The problem is not only the decline in quality, but the attitude of those who now manage it: presumptuous, inattentive, incapable of listening. A place that was a symbol of hospitality has transformed into something empty, impersonal, and sadly forgettable. A word of advice? If you have good memories tied to this place, leave them where they are: don't ruin them by returning. The real Casalrosato no longer exists. And what is there now, frankly, does not even deserve the name.

Like many people, I’m working on eating fewer carbs, but not in Sicily. My item isn’t even covered in the price range below, it was half of a euro. I didn’t notice the seating options because that’s not what I was there for, I wanted to get bread and bring it back to my Airbnb to enjoy with olive oil
