Dolfin is short for Dolceria Finocchiaro, named after its founder, Santo Finocchiaro, who began producing sweets and candies in Giarre in 1914. It is known throughout Italy for its famous Polaretti popsicles. It produces chocolate sweets for the holidays and, during the holiday season, also Easter eggs.

23/05/2026: The food is not good quality... the desserts are tasteless and there were only 4 different types of sushi but they are not of good quality... the only good thing is that it is still old fashioned where you can take what you want and you can have the second courses cooked on the grill... the service is excellent and the waiters are very good and super attentive to the needs of the customers.

02/02/2026: A truly pleasant place! I enjoyed every aspect of my stay: the welcoming atmosphere, the kind and helpful staff, and the attentive service. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the food. A place where you feel comfortable and where I would gladly return. Recommended!
