20/08/2025: Quiet solarium with a €24 spot (umbrella and two loungers), half price (€12) from 3:30 PM. Beautiful beach area, almost always with clean water. Parking on the street, in front, or on Via Alcide de Gasperi. Excellent restaurant service for lunch, or a bar with a rotisserie and granitas.

11/06/2025: Mr. Messina, for the first time last day I had pasta and a main course. Excellent, I recommend it to everyone. I would have given 10 for everything.

28/06/2025: Siamo andati a pranzo ed abbiamo ordinato tonnarelli alla carbonara e mia moglie il duetto. Premesso che con grande sorpresa ce li hanno dati quasi immediatamente, i tonnarelli erano crudi ed immangiabili tanto che dopo due assaggi li ho lasciati nel piatto, il duetto invece mia moglie lo ha quasi finito con molte critiche. Risultato, dopo poco entrambi col mal di pancia. Credetemi, Mai Più e lo dico con dispiacere tenuto conto che nello stesso ristorante di Roma la qualità era tutt’altra.

05/07/2025: I give one star because you can't give less. I ordered home delivery and they delivered it to me after two hours. Really poor quality pizza. I ordered a pizza with chips and they put them raw on the pizza and cooked them in the oven... I'll let you imagine the final result.

19/08/2025: The best granita we've had in all of Sicily. We were on vacation for 15 days and ordered granita every day throughout the island. Without a doubt, we had the best here. The pistachio and almond flavors were exquisite, and the chocolate granita was also very special. The brioche was also delicious. Highly recommended.

09/09/2025: The staff was not very friendly. We ordered several sandwiches at the McDrive. I understand the difficulty in understanding a large order with several coupons, but they usually don't check, as they've often left out sandwiches from the menu! At a certain point, I had a question: "Are you stupid or do you eat them?" We're waiting for a response. Thanks ❤️❤️

06/09/2025: Perfect location. Too bad they mixed up the orders a bit, maybe because there was a children's birthday party, so it was noisy and chaotic.

30/09/2025: This place has been closed for a long time. This new management is run by young people who are very eager to work. The place is very clean, with a fantastic view and very friendly staff. We opted for pizzas and tempura shrimp and fries, all delicious. I highly recommend it.

27/09/2025: The granita arrives melted and of terrible taste, and the croissants are of poor quality... dirty table and empty tissue boxes...

03/09/2025: We were there last night, and I can honestly say the pizza is truly excellent—I think it's one of the best in Catania. It's packed with top-quality ingredients, and the dough is delicious and easy to digest. Perfectly cooked, the staff are really friendly, and the prices aren't too high. My compliments, we'll be back as soon as possible.

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. When the portion of fries arrived (which doesn't justify the €5 price tag, given their truly small size), they weren't provided with small plates, which we later requested. The Margherita pizza (hard to mess up) arrived burnt the first time, and the second time half-burned and half-raw. The flavor? Tomato water. The fried pizza was filled to the bare minimum. I'd say it was a failed experiment.

11/09/2025: Poor service, staff poorly trained in gluten and lactose intolerance. My celiac friend, not having received a definitive answer about how the fish was breaded and having no alternative for an aperitif because we were told they couldn't adapt to the celiac's needs, chose the granita with gluten-free brioche, and for the rest of the group, aperifish. The table was set with plastic cutlery, a disposable plastic dessert plate thrown to each diner like a Frisbee, truly unpleasant service. My friend's granita was served 3/4 hour before our aperifish, and she found herself eating alone and then later watching us eat. I wanted to return the granita, but she, being too polite, wouldn't have it. At the end of dinner, we asked for a sorbet, since we had eaten fish, and they arrived with five cups of lemon granita. I didn't fully enjoy it, except for the fried fish, which was really good. We will not return there again because of the very unpleasant service.

08/09/2025: Terrible experience. We arrived and asked for a meat platter, which actually had more cured meats and side dishes than meat (two dry cutlets and some obviously not-so-fresh and stringy sausage), not to mention the disgusting baby carrots, both in texture and flavor. They served us a type of pasta I don't think exists anywhere in the world, smooth and raw eggplant, and corn? The whole platter was subpar, we left and ate somewhere else despite having already wasted 50 euros. Only the waiters were friendly :)
