26/08/2024: Pizza nella norma, servizio pessimo. Pur avendo prenotato abbiamo atteso 40 minuti prima di sederci. Ci danno un tavolo troppo stretto, tanto che quando arrivano le pizze il cameriere fa cadere due bicchieri, rompendoli, e rischiamo di tagliarci. Il cameriere non sa se la pizza (richiesta senza lattosio) sia effettivamente senza lattosio. Per concludere 3€ di coperto e 0,50€ per ciascun cartone per l'asporto.

21/08/2024: Complete disaster today. We ordered 3 pizzas and 1 burger. Two pizzas came okay but in third we found plastic strap that my girlfriend almost ate. It was big scarp around 6 cm long. Second disaster was the burger. I would be ashamed to serve burger like this. Small bun, one potato sliced to 4 pieces (I askee for fries). Looked like from school cafeteria. Big disappoitment

06/08/2024: On Saturday, late evening, we arrive without booking and therefore without too much hope or expectation of being able to sit down but to our immense amazement they instead tell us that there is room and that they are preparing the table for us immediately, only to then retract after a while saying that first there were two other tables waiting for us and they had evidently forgotten about them. Patience, we decide to wait. After about 45 minutes, spent without taking a breath or making any requests or pressure, we begin to understand that they are finally preparing a table for us, but everything is done in such a messy, listless way, done several times, that we don't understand if they want us sit down or they want to send us away. After about an hour we sit down and the table is set up, also done in installments, they bring some plates, a cigarette break, they bring some cutlery, a chat break, that's fine. The best part comes when, when it's time to order, the girl goes to take the order from a table that arrived half an hour after us with the excuse of "but there are two of them, I'll do it first" (we were a group of 7 among the such as some kids). At which point the endless discussion begins, made up of ignorance and rudeness, with phrases like "shawl, it's Saturday night", "there's no one who wants to come to work" and, the icing on the cake, "but I'm giving you a please let you eat." At which point, to avoid further inconveniences, we decide to leave.

03/08/2024: we ordered on Saturday evening, it's Tuesday we're still waiting... the dishes arrived if you can call them that there was more oil than fish * soaked.... service not even in the kiosk

22/06/2024: Disappointing experience. When we received the bill we were disappointed with the price. We only took two pizzas and a coke, paying €11 more just because there was "music in the evening" (which we did not actively participate in). When booking on the phone, it would have been appropriate to inform you of this variant. For the rest, acceptable but heavy food.

06/08/2024: Service calamiteux, nourriture très moyenne, et temps d’attente de plus d’1 heure. Les serveurs n’ont pas décroché ni un mot, ni un sourire.

05/08/2024: Mi dispiace dover fare una recensione così negativa perchè il cameriere che ci ha servito era veramente bravo e simpatico, ma il cibo ci ha deluso profondamente. Frittelle di bianchetti dure e zuppe di olio, involtini di pesce spada probabilmente riscaldati per cui non si sentiva più il sapore del pesce ma solo del pangrattato. La peggiore cena fatta in Sicilia.

21/05/2024: Excellent products, all top notch, after trying both the ice cream and the cake, I placed some orders, and the shipping was really fast. I highly recommend they focus on quality over quantity like many.

27/05/2024: We got two chocolate and pistachio "granitas" for €4, they didn't have the consistency of a granita, they had that of snow: very small pieces of ice that immediately liquefied in the mouth, too cold, the taste was saved. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. Good environment.

02/08/2024: The environment and service were normal but the food was really poor, only the almond granita was good, the pistachio granita was a green colored almond. The chocolate roll had totally sour chocolate cream I couldn't finish it. Normal coffee. I wouldn't go back.

24/07/2024: Exquisite granitas of various flavours, such as peach mango watermelon chocolate lemon pistachio toasted almond coffee. Serve with an excellent hot brioche. Must try now!

30/06/2024: Ho preso dei panini con polpette di cavallo e li ho portati a casa, li abbiamo mangiati subito, non erano buoni per niente ma questo non é grave, a Catania ci sono posti buoni o meno buoni, può succedere. Quello che mi fa arrabbiare é che ci siamo sentiti tutti male, nausea e vomito, TUTTI. Non si avvelena la gente con le polpette del 1975! Le cose devono essere fresche, si l’ata ghittari, non ci l’ata dari e cristiani.
