05/04/2025: This is the second time that the drinks arrive hot and without ice. Also, the sauces paid for, do not arrive.

01/04/2025: The menu is a bit modest compared to the chain's restaurants in other countries. On the plus side, there is a lot of space upstairs and very nice service, especially the gentleman cleaning the tables :)

12/03/2025: Excellent experience! A restaurant with attention to the smallest details, from a welcoming atmosphere to impeccable service. The food is really excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, attentive and always available to satisfy every need. We felt pampered from start to finish! Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much to all the staff!

11/02/2025: Due to my mistake I entered the wrong street number on Just Eat and they were unable to contact me, they came back specifically to bring me the pizza, excellent quality, as always they don't disappoint, for me the best pizzeria in all the Etna towns, good and fresh ingredients, I advise anyone to try it to believe it, thanks Magic Pizza :)

21/03/2025: I ordered by phone… the lady was friendly and helpful. I received my order on time and the pizza “courier” was very kind. Congratulations. 🥰. The mixed potatoes were FABULOUS.

15/01/2025: Terrible service, rude and incompetent staff. I ordered Ramen and the dish did not have boiled egg, as the photo shows. Then the waiter, the only one of 3 who spoke Italian, said he would make me add the egg. At this point I couldn't believe my eyes, they brought an omelette over the noodles. I thought it was a joke and the waiter told me that the photos were old, too bad he doesn't know that Ramen are only served with boiled egg. If you want Japanese food, don't go to this restaurant. Very bad experience

31/03/2025: What they write on the billboards is true: for the price of 12 euros, an alcoholic aperitif of your choice, accompanied by a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses and a mix of rustic products. In total we ordered 3 aperitifs and a margherita pizza. The quality is generally modest and you pay nothing for the cover charge.

23/03/2025: We always eat ice cream here, first of all they are made of natural ingredients, secondly they are delicious, thirdly they have a large selection, fourthly and lastly for 4€ you get such a mountain of ice cream that you can't eat it all :)

04/08/2024: Good place, good food and very friendly staff. Unfortunately in the summer period: the absence of external nebulizers and the platform that is too inclined downwards make everything very uncomfortable. I hope my suggestion spurs you to improve.

25/04/2025: Worst site on a four-day tour through southern Italy. The sanitary facilities are a joke. Access to the site was through piles of rubbish in the off-season. Perhaps more can be expected in the season, but please check.

24/04/2025: Beautifully landscaped with palm trees. Older but very clean restrooms. Delicious pizza. Perfect view of Mount Etna. 2 minutes to the beach.

20/04/2025: After 61 euros for two and not even a sign of welcome, the coffee should have been honored, rather than answering "the machine has already been cleaned, we can't bring you coffee".... and it was only 11pm on a Saturday evening... Never again

20/04/2025: The place was chosen precisely because, based on the name, we wanted to drink tea/herbal tea. When ordering, I underline that the very rude and disinterested person who served us told us that it was not possible to consume tea/herbal tea as the cafeteria was already closed and they could not boil the water... I would say quite absurd and ridiculous I would add. So at the table someone decides to get some wine, a slice of cake and two soft drinks (€8 each...a little excessive). When paying we are asked to pay in cash, justifying it with a "fault at the POS" and in all of this, as soon as the payment was made, there was no sign of a receipt, I had to request it directly! Overall I would define the experience as not very pleasant, not to be repeated again, despite the beauty of the place, which nevertheless fails to make up for the lack of friendliness and kindness of the staff, who among other things, at around midnight, gives us the receipt to direct us to go out and get out of the way! Ps: I wanted a chocolate brownie with cream and never saw who took the orders again!

28/01/2025: For me now a fixed point of reference when I work in the Catania area, I choose this Hotel with the company for its excellent location in the area. Large parking lot, structure and rooms a little dated, but really large and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very kind and professional. We usually opt for the half-board formula, and the evening restaurant service works well. Abundant dishes and tasty food, breakfast is a little too spartan.

16/01/2025: I am extremely thankful for Sigonella Inn Hotel. They were absolutely wonderful to me during my extended stay, and I will always remember the good times I had there. I gave the rooms a "3", just because I would have liked a larger television, because the room is so large. The bathroom shower some deep cleaning, and I always feel like at times, the AC was cooling the room quickly. The room was very big, though, and it also had plenty of space to hang my clothes and put my personal belongings. I was "wow"d by the service. The staff was very friendly and extremely accomdating. Anything I needed or ask they provided. The owner should be very proud of his staff and how well they take care of their guest. Lastly, location. Sigh... I was conflicted on how to rate this. When you rent a hotel you already know the location. I enjoy the city. The hotel is close to. The hotel is close to my job, but far from the city. Even though it is not my ideal location, my balcony still had a wonderful view. My room also had a swimming pool view, which I am sure is great during the summer. In addition to the great view from the balcony, the hotel is close to two decent restaurants and has a restaurant in the building. It also has plenty of parking, although it wasn't my idea location. Everything else made up for it. I would stay there again if, for some reason I needed to.

06/11/2024: Impeccable and courteous service. The pizza was very good and of regular size, I also appreciated the Karaoke service especially my son who sang in public for the first time without any kind of embarrassment.

24/09/2024: Now La Fazenda, staid decor, terrible service, passable food but they often get the dishes wrong and the waiter on duty replies: "this is what the chef gave me, surely what you wanted is finished!" Place equipped with Karaoke and frequented by loyal over 60s! Average prices. Courses: Sandwiches, pizza, grilled meat, salads, no first courses! Very slow in bringing the ordered dishes and often wrong but very quick in bringing the bill!! I don't recommend it!

08/04/2025: A restaurant right next to the fish market specializing in fish and seafood (but not only). Fast and nice service. Portions large and delicious. I ate a great octopus dish there. Octopus prepared phenomenally in tomato sauce with olives, spices, tomatoes and potatoes. Fingers lickin' good.

08/04/2025: Service was kurt. Pizza was good. No Amex. If the waiters were more friendly, could be a higher overall rating. Cuperto charged but no chips or bread offered.

05/10/2024: I ordered 3 takeaway pizzas, burnt, hard pizza, it couldn't even be cut with a knife. Poor quality condiments. Very slow service.

17/03/2025: Luogo veramente bello e pieno di ricordi, le stanze odorano ancora di mio zio, docce ancora pulite anche se si notano le usure dí utilizzo. Per quanto riguarda i campi da lavoro, non posso dire nulla si vede che sono stati utilizzati molto spesso. Piacevole l’incontro con Filippo Turetta, ve lo consiglio per un prossimo pranzo in famiglia!!!
