We paid 15 euros, which was outrageous, as if we were by the sea, or in Taormina; practically a rip-off. The arancini were supposed to be mushrooms and sausage, but they were just mushrooms and béchamel sauce, nauseating. Slow service; there was no one at the counter or at the register, neither when we arrived nor when we left. Never again .

25/02/2026: What a beautiful spot on the road to Etna. Wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a forest nearby for walking. It felt almost magical, especially with the view. 🏔️ Great staff and a changing menu every evening with delicious food.

10/05/2026: I stayed here for work and found a truly welcoming place, run by a charismatic owner who makes you feel right at home. The food is excellent, and the simple yet well-appointed rooms offer Wi-Fi and a TV. Considering the overall quality, the value for money is truly exceptional.

I left the bathroom and a blonde lady, who I don't know who she was, came in to check. She came out and started accusing me, telling me that last time I (who have never set foot in this bar except to buy a tray of pastries) left the bathroom dirty with "poop on the walls," claiming she and her colleague recognized me by my curly hair and posture, adding that she checked because she was already ready to give me the rag so I could clean up. At the time, I was incredulous and didn't realize, much less say what I should and really wanted to say, but as the hours passed, I got seriously annoyed. How the hell do you dare accuse someone like this?? Especially not knowing for sure that it was NOT me. I don't know if he understood or believed that I had nothing to do with this whole story, but it doesn't matter because it was humiliating. What the heck is going on in your head? Before working with the public, learn general etiquette and good manners, instead of going around insinuating nonsense towards strangers. And the rag you would have given me in your own way to make me clean, use it to wipe your mouth.

12/05/2026: Last night I ordered some sandwiches from home for home delivery, the lady was not only rude but also a liar. On a Monday evening you give me a maximum of 1 hour as a delivery time and they arrive and 2 and a half hours have passed for a damn sandwich, spatti I call us back and he tells me not to come back because we have to throw the sandwiches away honestly from 8pm when I called to eat until 11pm I'm almost completely right, you're too old for me to call you all the time you've lost your best customer, there's no shortage of sandwich shops👋
