07/04/2026: Sometimes we go for an aperitif, we have a great time, the guys are always very kind, the aperitif is good and the price is reasonable.
01/04/2026: It's a really nice little place, with excellent breakfast options outside as well. Everything is very clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional...they always welcome you with a big smile. Parking is also available. Highly recommended.

18/02/2026: We ordered pasta with white pesto and mussels and pasta with sardines a la Palermo – definitely some of the best things we ate in Catania. The location, right on the main square but slightly hidden, gives it a great Sicilian vibe. The older gentleman who served us didn't rush – which also gives it the perfect Sicilian feel, where you can sit, chat, and eat in peace. I highly recommend it.

28/12/2025: We had lunch here as part of an organized tour of Caltagirone. Despite the fact that there were over 100 of us, service was managed promptly.
The staff were available to answer any questions and try to accommodate every request. The owner was a wonderful person, helpful, kind, and approachable. We truly had a great lunch! I recommend it and will definitely be back!

2 flavorless first courses described as pistachio pasta, but hopefully it was with cheese.
To top it off, arrogant waiters.
We're seated and can't wait to leave.

07/02/2026: The bar is a bit dated and urgently needs renovation. The staff is unfriendly and sometimes rude. Despite being a conveniently located bar, I don't think it's seen a boom. The quality of the products is average to low. I would recommend taking better care of both the interior and exterior. Maintaining and cleaning the exterior is also crucial, especially for attracting customers. Let's hope for a miracle.

31/03/2026: Once one of the best-known and well-run bars at the foot of Mount Etna, sadly now it's at an all-time low...
They don't offer table service, the quality of the food has declined significantly, and it's easy to sense poor management that's causing one of the area's most famous bars to decline. What a shame!
15/03/2026: This bar doesn't take the customer seriously. I ordered a pizza, which was inedible...the cheese was so thick it fell off the pizza completely, and there was way too much tomato sauce. It was served cold. I complained and returned it. No one apologized, and, incredibly, it was listed on the receipt along with the coffee (the only thing worth mentioning). I paid €2.80 for a pizza that was awful. Shame!

08/11/2025: I ordered two burgers to go, and unfortunately, both were a bit undercooked. My partner didn't mind, but I'd prefer them to be cooked more thoroughly. A little clarification when ordering would have been helpful. In the end, I had to cook the burger at home, and the fries got cold. An experience that, hopefully, will improve in the future.
