11/01/2025: Behind the main square there is a really nice bar, a nice environment and friendly staff, we stopped by for a coffee and a sweet, the internal room is beautiful, we will return for an aperitif, definitely worth trying.

30/12/2024: The prices do not correspond to the quality and portion size. Waiting time 1.5 hours, on a working day, not during rush hours. The fried seafood was very over salted, some of the shrimps were stale. The only plus was the friendly service.

02/03/2025: Toast per tutti i gusti e anche qualche club e insalatona. Possibilità di fare combo con toast/club + bibita analcolica e patatine fries (buone!). Valido anche per i bambini (si possono adattare i toast più semplici e ci sono i filetti di pollo fritto che salvano sempre!). Prezzi buoni e toast molto grandi, fatti al momento! Buono anche l'espresso alla fine 😉 approvato!!

A pizzeria inside an old monastery, with an entrance that already lets you understand the particularity of the place... the latter, in addition to being very particular and full of nice and unexpected details, is managed by fantastic staff. They are all super welcoming, kind and professional... after reading the menu I left carte blanche on the choice of pizza and beer, and I can guarantee you that they hit the mark with both, Imma the girl who served us provided us with an excellent solution to taste two different pizzas made with different doughs (a bomb of flavor, both delicious) The pizza chefs are very good, and I liked the menu and the combinations they created for the pizzas, bringing back their Sicilian traditions on various doughs with different types of flour, highly recommended... What are you doing, haven't you booked yet??

13/03/2025: Sabir is a true jewel in the heart of Zafferana Etnea. The atmosphere is intimate and elegant, with furnishings taken care of down to the smallest details. The cuisine is of the highest level, with dishes that surprise both for their taste and their impeccable presentation. The service is attentive and professional, always ready to recommend the best combinations. Each course is an explosion of flavors that enhances the excellence of the territory. For the quality offered, the prices are absolutely adequate. A gastronomic experience to repeat! I will definitely go back.

10/02/2025: Restaurant with high level cuisine, impeccable service, we enjoyed a truly sublime grouper risotto, not to mention the desserts, all absolutely above average... Congratulations, we will definitely be back. Prices obviously not cheap but absolutely in line with the quality offered.

01/12/2024: Il castello san marco è quel luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato senza risentire dell’invecchiamento. Grazie alla famiglia Murabito ogni spazio è valorizzato in ogni piccolo particolare. Un luogo dove Charme e lusso si uniscono a professionalità e passione per garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza indimenticabile. I piatti dello chef Giuseppe Bonaccorso richiamano la tradizione siciliana e vengono riproposti con creatività e accostamenti di sapori capaci di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Il sommelier Mario Cutroneo sembra essere un mago degli abbinamenti con vini d’eccezione che si sposano perfettamente al gusto prelibato dei prodotti a km 0 della nostra amata Sicilia. Nulla da invidiare agli stellati! Il saluto finale include la pasticceria mignon tradizionale ed un drink davvero innovativo. “Fantastico” è l’aggettivo perfetto per descrivere un’esperienza dove tutto sembra muoversi al limite tra fantasia e realtà.

Chef Giuseppe Bonaccorso's dishes recall the Sicilian tradition and are proposed with creativity and combinations of flavors capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. Sommelier Mario Cutroneo seems to be a magician of pairings with exceptional wines that go perfectly with the delicious taste of the 0 km products of our beloved Sicily. Nothing to envy of the starred ones! The final greeting includes traditional mignon pastries and a truly innovative drink. “Fantastic” is the perfect adjective to describe an experience where everything seems to move on the edge between fantasy and reality.

30/03/2025: A temple of street food. Super friendly staff, quality food and location just a few meters from the Piazza del Duomo. Excellent fried food “without bones“ in foil and caponata with swordfish! Highly recommended!

Excellent small and welcoming location (as we like it), in room we were welcomed and pampered 😅 by a professional staff. The simple dishes with typical products and their products, applause goes to the chef. We will see each other soon

10/01/2025: Excellent culinary experience in this trattoria located in Piazza del Duomo. The menu mainly offers Sicilian dishes both meat and fish based, but you can also find other more continental dishes. The Scottona steak with fondue and the Ragusano buffalo burger are excellent. The service is quick and the staff very courteous and helpful. Fair prices and generous portions. The only flaw of the evening was the presence of fumes and vapors coming from the kitchen which in some cases could be too strong and annoying.
