12/04/2025: Fantastic place to stay for a few nights. Beautiful room, lovely swimming pool, very friendly staff, good food and beautiful views of Mount Etna and the Mediterranean Sea. It is useful to have a car with you, as walking is not possible from this location. Rooms are somewhat noisy.

09/04/2025: Beautiful resort with a fantastic pool and great views! The service was incredibly friendly - you immediately feel welcome. The dinner was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and very filling. Overall, a very relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. We really enjoyed being guests at the Talé Resort and will definitely come back!

07/05/2025: “Tastes like Grandma’s”, the name of the restaurant says a lot! You choose your (delicious) meal from the display case, are assigned a place in the cozy atmosphere and enjoy. We ended up here by chance and will probably never come here again, but this review was important to us now! Absolutely recommended!

11/05/2025: Dining at Sapio was an incredible culinary experience. In a restaurant like this you don't go to eat (although I must tell you that the courses are generous for a tasting menu), in a restaurant like this it seems more like going to the theater or a live concert where the dishes become emotions. The tasting menu is a journey in which the amazement begins with the appetizers and ends with the desserts. Variety and taste, quality and creativity, aesthetics and the value of time… In there we lost track of space and we could have been in Catania or New York... suspended within olfactory and visual suggestions in which the palate is enhanced by every single flavor in the awareness of the mix of ingredients. Everything is in its place and meets on the plate to then give a pleasant sensation of surprise. The service is fantastic. In the dining room we found young and very approachable staff. In starred restaurants you might expect a bit of snobbishness but here you can perceive the desire to work well, the desire to work as a team, the awareness of having the mission of serving the customer to ensure they have a truly unforgettable evening. I think it's all thanks to the chef who, in addition to being an artist of taste, is a humble and approachable person who managed to satisfy my dietary needs (and believe me I'm very difficult) allowing me to be able to experience his cuisine too. At the end of the evening, an unexpected anniversary surprise and dessert, a treat that made us feel even more pampered. I would also like to mention the location where the right lights, colors and artistic installations manage to give an immersive and lively experience, we were not inside 4 wallpapers but inside a contemporary art painting. And the cellar? It's worth seeing... wood and stone, two living materials that meet. Lines and curves protect the highest quality wines. Thanks Sapio I recommend everyone to come and live this experience.

09/05/2025: We had the tasting menu at Sapio, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The food was exquisite, with every dish showcasing exceptional quality and flavor – the blue lobster was a particular highlight. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous number of courses, each one a delightful discovery. Beyond the amazing food, the service was truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and made us feel so welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommended!

17/04/2025: A special last evening in Sicily Our last evening in Sicily started rather unusually. After a visit to Taormina, we didn't want to just spend the evening at the motorhome. A Google search showed that this restaurant was the only one in the area that was open that evening - and the consistently positive reviews piqued our curiosity. We were all the more disappointed when we found ourselves standing in front of a locked gate at 7:30 p.m., even though according to Google it should be open from 7 p.m. Luckily we didn't give up and called the phone number provided. A very friendly gentleman got in touch, asked about our wishes - and had apparently already spotted us and our two dogs via a camera at the gate. Shortly afterwards we were shown to reception and warmly welcomed. After a short consultation, the gentleman personally accompanied us to the restaurant. What followed was an evening full of enjoyment: lovingly prepared, unusual and extremely tasty dishes, as they have already been aptly described in many reviews. However, we were particularly touched by the authentic friendliness and motivation of the entire team. Nobody was bothered by our dogs or our camper outfit, which was certainly not suitable for a restaurant. We felt completely welcome and thank you very much for this wonderful last evening on your beautiful island!

15/05/2025: The best ice cream in Catania. Pistachio granita divine. Brioche with ice cream wonderful. Large portions of ice cream, flavors not too sweet, intense flavor. Brioche fresh and fragrant. A revelation. Very friendly service. You can also buy ice cream to go in a thermal box 16 euros/kg.

23/05/2025: Arrived by chance at 10:30 pm to have dinner.. excellent welcome from the staff despite the late hour and crowded place.. inside and out. Excellent food, owner present who spoiled us to make us feel good, good wines, very pleasant and extremely clean environment. Absolutely to try aperitif or aperitif lunch. Excellent. Very good and ... very genuine.

29/05/2025: Very polite, friendly, helpful! We are a group of six people and we got a burger, salad and a variety of meats for two. Everything was very tasty and especially the pork chops in the variety. The sausages needed a little more cooking because we Greeks eat them well-done and not medium.

03/06/2025: 🚨Everyone, please check the online menu and payment amount! 🚨 Tourists and Asians, please be especially careful!!! I visited after seeing good reviews, but I left very disappointed and angry. I ordered gelato, but they didn't ask about the size of the food and gave me the food without permission, and the owner of the store charged us more than the actual price of the food. In other words, they rip me off. I questioned the higher-than-average price, so I compared the price with the online menu and asked for a receipt. Only then did they give me an insincere apology and refund my money, saying the amount was wrong.
