I took a package with a Junior suite room for one night, a one-hour spa for exclusive use, dinner and breakfast. What can I say except: EVERYTHING EXCELLENT! Impeccable service, very high quality food and the room and spa so well kept and clean that they looked like they had just been inaugurated. I highly recommend

When you sit in a starred restaurant, expectations are high... and mine were absolutely satisfied. Impeccable, attentive, precise service. Great attention to detail and a relaxing and serene atmosphere. "Mongibello" tasting menu based on land cuisine, excellent in everything, from the amuse bouche to the dessert. Personally I loved the beef tartare with wonderful smoky notes, the Carnaroli rice with goat cheese and sausage and the rack of lamb. Congratulations to all the staff.

Quando ci si accomoda in un ristorante stellato le aspettative sono alte...e le mie sono state assolutamente soddisfatte. Servizio impeccabile,attento, preciso. Grande cura dei dettagli e atmosfera rilassante e serena. Menù degustazione "Mongibello" a base di cucina di terra, eccellente in tutto, dalle amuse bouche fino al Dessert. Personalmente ho adorato la battuta di manzo con meravigliose note di affumicatura, il riso carnaroli al caprino e salsiccia ed il Carrè d'agnello. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

It's Michelin rated and a very pleasurable experience. Our food was unique, tasty, and just the right amount. It's pricey compared to your typical dinner however it's very convenient being inside the hotel and worth a special occasion splurge. You can also order a la carte instead of choosing one of the prix fix options.

Restaurant is the only reason to stay at this hotel. But the restaurant is magnificent.
